Joined the site in order to take advantage of the Bet 10 Get 10 offer. My initial bet being voided as the match was postponed due to the Queen’s death. They duly returned my initial stake which I then bet on another match, bet lost. No sign of 10 free bet. Spoke to live chat who told me I was not eligible for the free bet as my ‘first’ bet was voided and voided bets do not count !

Ive just went onto LV bet to see if my withdrawal has been processed yet after 2days and its saying that my withdrawal has failed and now my money has gone out of my account????!!!!!

I have had an account with lv bet for a long time now. In the beginning, I had some issues with my payouts and verification cause my documents were not getting approved, so I had to wait for a week to get the entire issue resolved, which thankfully did happen. First of all, awsome customer support. They get back to you immediatedly – also I feel very safe using LVbet. I have always recieved my payouts. I feel like there is alot of verification steps, like when I deposit from card I had to contact my bank for plenty of files, take a photo of front and backside of my card, hide some digits, sign my card, (which was very hard to write on,) but once it is done and is verified everything is smooth. Please note: Using your website on phone are really glitchy. But at the end of the day, I trust you guys!

Issue I have is that they charge an amount for every withdrawal which is kinda frustrating. The collection of games is quite nice and the support team is always there to help you.

Crooks. Deposited twice , won that same amount back and withdrew it, then get an email saying my accounts been shut down because I had made another account which I don’t remember doing… and then they only refund me half of my first deposit. Emailed customer service and got the same email as before just they had highlighted part of their guidelines in bold, stating they “have the right to withhold any transaction” Absolutely awful, thieving lowlife scumbags, don’t give them your money for nothing

I want to rate 4 stars but the withdrawal times are madness. Games are great and i do love playing on this site, however waiting 3/4 days for a Skrill withdrawal is insane when the site indicates 6-24 hours.I know there is a caviat that advises 3-5 days for them to process withdrawals however when other sites can withdraw into my account in less than half an hour, with the same games and RTP it outs a huge downer on LV!

Signed up today and was blocked during registration for no reason. I spent over an hour on live chat trying to resolve what went wrong with the registration process only to be deflected and stonewalled at every turn. I emailed the help desk and have been ignored there too. Quite frankly with customer service like that they can go to the wall.

anyone reading this do yourself a favour. LV like many other backstreet bookies are gangsters. i havn`nt lost any money to them as i have made the mistake of signing up to other gangster firms like them. stich with hills and ladbrokes, paddy power, bookies you see in the high street etc. dont let these chancers tempt you in with free bet upon deposit. because if you read enough of reviews you will know what i am telling you. Finally i think people like this should be traced and tracked down and put behind bars,the lot of them.

I found this telegram group named hunk_crypto alias name hunk rahul. They took 11K from me to put a bet on games and told us that will receive money 10-15 times. I send the amount I asked for it. Then they send me a message stated that you have won a bet with 143556 rupees against your bet. But their team asked for 15% to pay a s commission before starting withdrawals. I asked but they said without paying commission they will not start the process.I paid that amount and they share me snapshot of paymnet started from their UPI.But after sometime didn’t received anything. So I chat again with them but again same thing asked for more money to pay the GST charges against winnings money. I denied that and informed them but they are not ready to sort out. I dont know what to DO now. I know I lost the money and dont know will get it or not.. this people are some kind fraudsters.I Hope this will help someone before doing anything.

This is a good bookie… if you lose.In case you win and want to withdraw your winnings, they cancel your withdrawals and ask for a ton of documents, which they reject.The gambling comission states that you should request the documents BEFORE you customer asks for a withdrawal. In case you think this is “standard procedure for all casinos”, IT IS NOT.
