I haven't used this account for over 2 years. I just found out the sports betting wing has closed. None of the contact addresses work and I can't see any way of contacting them now.its not a great deal of money but it is mine!Do I have to go to the Gambling Commission to follow this up?

I won but it won't allow witdral, I submitted documents but not verified it says region not allowed.But it verified my account on signup.I didn't settle for it I filed a dispute, filled the form with MILNE CAPITAL .IO.2 days my held funds released to my account.

Absolute Trash, I won $1400, took a week to get it.... then I go back to finish my bonuses.... and keep playing... they took my bonus promotions away, from all the casino sites that this company owns.Basically.... you are not aloud to win and get the bonus money, if you do win they take away from you.... If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made a single bet with this so called betting site and after a day was sent an email to say they were closing my account as they found it to be suspicious! I thought to myself their loss and tried to take back my deposit only to receive a message saying I couldnt. Contacted live chat (which kept knocking off..its obviously done on the cheap like everything else about them) to be told by the very rude agent they were keeping MY OWN MONEY because they thought I was a fraud! Unbelievable. When I told the agent how annoyed I was that I now have to go through the palaver of sending documents to withdraw my own cash, I was told I was making a big deal out of it - so unprofessional. I can see from other reviews they are doing this all the time and I would expect a large proportion write it off as they cant be bothered to jump through all the hoops. They are robbing thieves!

I Have deposited and withdrawn a few times. Usual withdrawal time was around 4-8 hours But on this one occasion it was over 24 hours. They then phoned me and explained the hold up was because they needed to do some checks. Lance who was the advisor was very helpful and after 3 or 4 mins on the phone he had all he needed from me and issued the payment which was received within 10 mins. One of the better customer services i have dealed with.

Never had this before and can't even deposit now. Spoke to Elon on live chat but am patiently waiting now. Will update review once resolved as website is ok and easy to use. Hoping it's legitimate as they advertise with my football team. Another update....won a whole 80 and received the following..Following a routine review of your account at MansionBet, we have taken the decision to revoke your eligibility to participate in promotions and receive bonuses and/or free bets. Please note that promotion eligibility is at the sole discretion of MansionBet.What a pathetic embarrassing company. Do not open. Live chat was horrendous....agent basically confirmed they restrict accounts when someone wins a few quid. 80 quid....and they restrict accounts. Even if you do withdraw they want selfies and take days. Please stick with credible accounts like skybet and Paddy.

I only used them once. I signed up a couple of weeks ago as they were promoting a £10 free bet if I signed up and made a bet of £10. So I did that, and then was promptly informed that they were revoking my eligibility to participate in further promotions/bonuses/free bets with no explanation as to why. Wont use them again!

I’ve always found Mansion Bet support to be excellent not sure about live chat but they reply to emails almost straight away & are very helpful. Their agent Lance kindly resolved an issue for me which was actually my error but unlike other gambling sites I’ve dealt with Mansion Bet were happy to help me.

Placed a bet and won just over £300. Tried to withdraw but I was asked to send in ID documentation. Bank statement and driving licence photos sent but apparently invalid due to poor quality. Got them scanned using an office scanner which is used to send medical documents and was rejected again stating poor quality - absolute rubbish!! There is no way they were poor quality. Have now tried to send my passport but god knows what they’ll say to that!! They don’t give a toss about their customers. Apparently I can still place a bet but can’t withdraw until they verify me but my money is obviously good enough to take. Avoid at all costs!!!

Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later Im still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. Avoid this company!

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.
