Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find ”good” odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And…. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. Outsanding job Mansionbet!!!! Please keep up the high amount of different markets and good odds!

I won a substantial amount of money on this site. They will prolong the verification process and reject your documents in the hope you continue to gamble and lose your money. All pics I took were with a GALAXY 21 (the highest resolution camera on the market) and were extremely clear and legible. I've resubmitted my licence and passport four different times only to be met with differing excuses. They are the same pics used to complete verification on four other gambling sites. Do not use this site.

I would never recommend anyone to use this company at all. Signing up and depositing your money, is easy and straight forward to do. Once you want to withdraw your money out of your account, it's a nightmare. The customer service can't give you a straight forward answer on when the money will be deposited back into your bank account. You supply everything they want and they still take ages to deposit. I've be waiting 4 days now. All I recommend is deal with a different betting company

A shame I can't give them no stars. Opened an account, placed four 5 bets, won about 30, restricted within a day to 50p bets, must be some sort of record. Not even worth the time registering and going through the verification process.

Me again. Thanks for your reply telling me I need to patiently wait for an email. Only 38 days now! I notice other people are having the same problems as I am. Common theme here. Someone wins and you withhold funds. Sent so much info to u including many different copies of my driving licence (front and back) , a recent bank statement, bank statements from previous months, national insurance card, birth certificate, a tax return, a P60, a recent utility bill, the front and bank of my bank card and verification of my employment. Oh and now proof of source of funds. Is that enough for you???? DO THE DECENT thing and pay me the money you rightly owe me in my account balance. You were quick enough to let me deposit! What can I say. So far 6 weeks to verify my account!!!!I have a balance in the account so they have let me deposit in the first place. No reply to emails and complaints. Many different documents sent as they now want source of funds verified. If funds are not sent back to me in the next few days then will be going to IBAS and the gambling commission. How you can let someone deposit funds, place a bet and then once they win refuse to payout as you say the account isn't verified and then want documents for source of funds which I have supplied. Still waiting and 6 weeks gone. Balance in the account since 26/08/21. Username higgsy10. Have phoned up pretty much every single day for an update (over 30 phonecalls and 20 emails) to be told to wait and that they would escalate it. Nothing has been resolved!!! Happy to remove this post if resolution in next couple of days and I get the funds which are rightly mine sent back to my bank.

I tried using their livechat but was consistently disconnected forcing me to reconnect and go through security again.Use one on the bigger names, the service is so much better and you'll be treated with respect. I wish I'd checked the reviews here before signing for an account with MansionBet. There's no smoke without fire as the saying goes, two thirds of the reviews here rate this company as BAD - 1 Star!

For now, everything is fine, payouts always arrive within 24 hours, but unfortunately I am a player who often bets on football and they have poor offers for this sport, they only offer good deals on dog or horse racing that do not interest me, mansionclub is a good idea but they only grant the bonus on Mondays, in my opinion, it would be a better idea to get this bonus faster (bet 5x10 in sport get 10 free) Regards

I'm really suprised by the bad reviews. I've been with mansion bet now for about 7 weeks. I've always recieved my withdrawals the same day. I sent in my driving licence and most recent bank statement and I was verified after a day or two. If I've ever had any problems I've called up and the service has been great. I really don't understand how all these people are complaining. One of the best sites out there and the fast withdrawl is fantastic recieved the same day every time I've withdrew. 5 stars from me

This company are the most blatant scammers you will ever come across. They openly lied about things that have happened numerous times. The crazy thing is it seems totally orchestrated. Each customer service person had a new lie. Each time they'd pause come back and have a new story. Be very careful in being sucked in by good bet options or promotions. 1. As many others have said you will be removed from such promotions should you win 2. They make it very difficult to withdraw 3. Any problems you face will be met with delays, hanging up on you, refusing to reply, lying to you about what happened. Doing everything possible to make you give up or forget about it. They are the worst company there is. I genuinely can promise you that. Every dealing with them has been pure hell. They from the top to the bottom are scammers

Opened my account 2 months ago and have been unable to place a bet! I have provided all the required documents and was informed the account was fully active and approved but the deposit feature is blocked. I emailed he customer service weeks ago and have followed up several times since and I haven't received any response at all. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ok this is without doubt the most poorly managed and badly run betting company that has existed. In my case they allowed an account to be deposited of 1k with no ID verification and then tried to pocket the money without returning the money despite being in the account. It's one of the most audacious pieces of scammery a company could attempt to do. I have been dealing with covid issues but I'm back to make sure this scam company crumbles like they deserve and make sure I get my money back in full. From what I have seen from others. They attempt to lure people with novelty markets and a good selection + bonuses BUT if you win they basically void bonuses & don't offer you promotions anymore. They make it extremely difficult to withdraw especially if you're winning They hire very few staff and take a long time to reply to emails. They try to hide behind dubious TOS to justify their awful actions and they're all round pants. Please do not treat them like a credible company they truly are not. I promise you. They have tried everything possible not to do the right thing. I've never seen such a badly run company in a long time.

I am verified at over 10 mainstream casinos and bookmakers. Mansion bet is quite simply the worst time I've ever had verifying an account. As of now I am still.unverified, I have sent utility bill after utility bill, followed by a drivers licence, and then another utility bill.... they are beyond a joke. First because my address changed they rejected my utility bill from the same week and said we need an explanation of why the address is different. So I then sent them an email explaining it and further supplied my drivers licence. Low and behold they don't accept drivers licences for proof of address 🧐😳😅 they responded and I re sent them my utility bill. Still not verified. If by some miracle mansionbet is some crazy good betting site I kight update this to a 3 stars but at this point I'm losing hope of being verified 🤣🤣🤣

After many months of sending in payslips and documents and bank statements they sent me a deposit limit 420 they have allowed me somehow to spend another 400 so this is a complete breach of the rules!!! A shambolic app to try and navigate and a really poor service received. I actually won a free bet competition on Twitter from this company but I still find myself dissatisfied with the process and service received. After winning the competition and messaging them my details, I didn’t receive a response for 3 days despite chasing them and the free bet wasn’t actually credited until 6 days after. When attempting to use the 50 free bet error messages occurred which I did not understand. I then attempted to use 10 worth of the free bet and this time the bet was placed, however when going back into my account the 50 free bet had disappeared despite only using 10 of it. After numerous conversations on twitter and live chat they finally agreed to give me the remaining 40. I then went to place this on an accumulator that day, but once again received all sorts of error messages trying to place a bet. (This would have resulted in a large win). When speaking to customer service they said you cannot place any bets before providing two types of identification, even though I’d already placed bets that day. Shortly after I attempted to bet again and it took, resulting in a loss this time of course. A free bet competition which should’ve been a joyous moment instead made more hassle than it’s worth having to spend several hours on messaging service trying to resolve the numerous account issues. Missing out on hundreds due to an apparent ‘legal requirement’, as I’m sure they really need this months bank statement as they requested from me. And finally when expressing my concerns via Twitter DM they rudely ‘liked’ my message and that was that, no explanations or feedback. A painful app to use and a painful customer experience.

I decided to open a mansion bet account and was immediately advised my account had been verified, the message encouraged a deposit as a result, I decided to deposited 400, I played for a bit and managed to win over 100 and placed my bets for the following days football and left it. I attempted to log in the next day and received a message advising my account had been closed and to contact customer support, it was suggesting a live chat however you need to be logged in to do this so I’ve had to email them. I hadn’t received any explanation as to why my account was closed, however I sent in an email explaining what had happened and was responded with an email saying they would reply within 24 hours, no surprises guessing it has been way over that time with no response. My bets have settled and because my account was closed I didn’t have access to cash out and couldn’t monitor my spend. After saying my account was fully verified and encouraging a deposit I find it staggering that I haven’t even been advised as to why my account was closed. I’ve requested to withdraw the funds in my balance back in a couple of emails and I’m still awaiting a reply. Don’t use the site, just stick to the proper bookmakers who you know even if there’s issues with your account you can rely on a quick and helpful response. Mansion bet and their customer service as a whole represent a Mickey Mouse company. Maybe one day I’ll be advised as to why my account was closed 🤷♂️

Okay, so if you think the welcome offer is actually a thing, think again, if I could post screen shots in here I would. But this is how it went. I deposited using a debit card, and I got a message after saying this payment method used means I will not receive the promotion. So anyway I went to love chat and they said that because I'm from halifax, I would not receive the promotion. He spoke about BIN ranges, what ever they are this is why I didn't get the promotion. He so said that I should have listened to the pop up before I deposited saying I wouldn't receive the bonus with this payment method, there was no prior pop up🤣🤣 Anyway he then proceeded to tell me that the payment methods accepted were 'visa, MasterCard, credit cards and PayPal'. I was so confused with the situation, in the end I understood their intentions, they bait new customers in with the welcome offers, to give out poor excuses why they can't have it, and I think they're expecting you to just lose the money as you've deposited it on there anyway. Poor effort at scamming, I'm withdrawing my money straight away and expecting to have to get in contact with the disputes team for this... Sigh... What some websites will go through to scam your money...

I have tried live chat and same robots give me the same answer. i am beyond fed up of this process , all my documents are statements are recent and all within my means. Bet365 took 3 days to lift restrictions , and mansionbet employees take months.. My case manager Tom never responds , does he even exist? what a joke , i shall continue with the other bookmakers. your loss , something tells me that Mansionbet will lose there gambling license in the UK soon.
