Marathonbet not paying my winnings, after deposit and win they cancelled my withdraw that time deposit works fine by binance pay in terms of withdraw they claimed binance pay had some issues but the funny things are deposit works fine. Drama start after I complain on that ask to submit documents for verification I send them all of these after 15 days of verification delay they now decide to deduct my winnings also with transection fees between binance pay completely free to use. They deducted my all dollars giving 1/5 of my total balance by using There fraud policy. As a user I’m completely disappointed… Avoid this if you want to be happy..

Marathonbet is not paying my winnings for almost a week now. They claim that they have technical issues with paying out by using Binance Pay. But depositing works fine, unbelievable…And it is not easily possible to change the withdrawal method since they only let you pay out winnings with the payment method you used for depositing the money that was the basis for your winnings.In fact my money is stuck and they also refuse to give me any timeframe how long these “technical issues” might last. Really unbelievable, I cannot repeat often enough.

MARATHONBET IS A HUGE SCAM! They may first suspend your account for nothing (or probably for trying to withdraw often times without success or for chatting them up frequently). Then they block you from withdrawing with the easy options like visa. Then they leave their Bank withdrawing option with another lair they’ve set for you. Upon filling details for bank withdrawal, they first set a high minimum withdrawing amount about $70 or more. Otherwise, the other lairs they set is to always pop up error messages that your SWIFT code and / or BRANCH codes are NOT valid.The long and short is that they’ll frustrate your life till you exit. At least that was my experience. I wish I took my time to search online for reviews before dabbling into it. I really wonder how companies like that stay online. Is there no regulation or what?

My astropay account is good and I sent the astropay support statement. but withdrawal denied, says marathonbet support team. I been trying 1 month and still struggling atleast they haven’t responded and saying our relevant team will be contact you shortly. but I sent several emails even they haven’t responded yet. I had a terrible experience with Marathonbet. It’s practically impossible to withdraw money from their website. I’ve been trying for weeks to withdraw my funds, but the process has been nothing but a nightmare.Their customer service is also terrible. Do not let those who play on this site are scammers. I sent a document 1 week passed and they kept saying it is in the process of continuous processing. In this 1 week, I waited to withdraw my 2800 dollars, saying that the documents were approved and not used. But they never confirmed it, after they finally finished all the money on random bets.
