After reading some of the reviews I was slightly skeptical at first about these guys, however since signing up I’ve been pleasantly surprised. They may not have the selections like Bet365 but when an issue arises they don’t feel like the usual non human corporate. I had a slight issue on my account which they got to work to resolve and happily compensated me. Their twitter account support is second to none and once a few little niggles are sorted and they expand their markets I can’t see any reason why they won’t keep growing. Would easily recommend them

Yeah something isnt right with this site or the sister site. It no longer is linked with bet victor which I wasn't aware of until recently. The games have all changed and been taken over by a different company. The slots are rubbish and impossible to win on. Tried it out for a few months but excluded permanently now. Don't trust them at all.

The worst bookie I've ever used. Offer a free bet then take it away within 10 minutes as they believe you might be misusing the bonus!! What the hell! Thanks for nothing morons.

Poor customer service.Was over 10 minutes to log in one evening which resulted in me being unable to place the bet which I wanted, complained via webchat and was basically told well you should have placed it earlier. The webchat was taking an average of 4 mins to respond to a question then at one point the girl chatting to me terminated the chat whilst I was awaiting a response. As I was not finished I started a new chat and it was the same girl who stated she had asked if there was anything else she could help with before closing the chat which was nonsense as I had an unanswered question so that response would not have made sense!

Not Clear T&Cs. Was drawn in by the matched deposit offer. I tried really hard to find t&cs. When you click on t&c's apply it just takes you to sign up. Obviously now that I have placed the bet I've been told it doesn't apply to promo bets. Although this was completely impossible to find. Help team don't care, they have got my money now and this is how companies like this survive. Avoid - Stick with the genuine ones as they are exceptionally misleading. Atleast show the T&Cs on the ad or make it possible to find them.

Fraudsters. I opened an account for the first time and deposited. They took 25 pounds. They tell me wrongly I already have an account and have self excluded from them. They are not letting me access the account and awful customer service. Fraudsters. Avoid.

Im in Scotland and joined for the signuo offer. I mostly bet on Scottish sporting events. I placed 1 bet But Mcbookie didnt give me the free sign up offer and closed my account with No explanation other than it was their right. Very Bizarre. Avoid!!!

Beware!This is not a legitimate company. I didn't pay any attention to the review (or lack thereof) and I lost a lot of money and time because of it. If you are contemplating joining them, don't. Give your money to the guys playing Three Card Monty on the street instead. Much better chance of not getting robbed blind.
