What an absolute joke of a company very quick at taking your money yet do all they can to not pay out when you request a withdrawal they continue to ask for verification of documents although previously done this on 4 occasions I would avoid this situation at all costs they are robbing c##ts who always end the chat when you question them and don't have management on chat support

Extremely slow to check document's, The first set was checked within a couple of hours and I had to re submit them , now 3 days later still not checked and still have a pending withdraw

Absolute SCAM of a company so I deposited £90 and I won a accumulator which I won £1392.57 upon a few deposits I was never asked for ID or anything then as soon as I win they ask for all sorts of ID asking me to go on live chat with my phone company to prove my phone number is mine?😂 anyway once I provided that I got a email saying this Please be advised that, after an in-depth investigation run by our anti-fraud department concerns over the third-party use of the account have raised serious and alarming questions.Considering this fact, your winnings were voided, and your participation fee was returned accordingly back to the original source.Absolute crooks I’ll be taking this to the police as just robbed me and my money I advise to not use this site at all costs

Below is what I just emailed these thieving corrupted SCUMBAGSI wish to make a complaint about you thieves. I wagered my bonus. I won a bet for £400 but you only paid me £200. I then cashed out a bet for £34 and I have not received it. I now want a subject access request. I want all deposits, all withdrawals, all bets placed, all winnings, everything. Fail to provide me with this information within 28 days? I will contact the information commissioners office. Once I receive my subject access request I will then forward it to Debbie Carter at the gambling commission. It's not the first time I've had to do this when another site tried to scam me. I will be putting in a claim to IBAS. And let's see how long it is before you have no choice but to surrender your licence.Update: the SCUMBAGS are now not paying me the £200. But it's ok. Let them keep digging themselves a hole. I already put in a claim to IBAS because I knew this would happen. By far the most corrupted site. I can see these surrendering their licence like most have been doing over the last few years.Update: Jim Cremin from IBAS will now be contacting these SCUMBAGS regarding refusing to pay me my winnings. Payouts are fairly quick.Some decent slots,but a lot seem dated now.You win some which is nice however once withdrawn the first time, winning seemed to be harder.Bonuses seem low in relation to other sites as well.Overall not an enjoyable casino.I have just permanently closed this account and any other sister sites in this brand.

They are quite happy for you to deposit money to bet but as soon as you want to withdraw they need to verify you identity. This includes submitting a copy of a recent phone bill, recent bank account statement, picture of your bank card front and back, a picture of photo ID, a picture of you hold said photo ID alongside your face and a hand written consent letter saying you allow them to remove money from your account to bet. If this sounds excessive, that’s because it is, and if they asked for this in advance of using them I would have told them were to go.It took two weeks to get my money back, and to be honest I half expected them not to return it at all. Especially as their terms and conditions include the right to hold your money on their digression.What this company does not have a shred decency in the way they act, they hide ridiculous t&cs to do enough to be classed as legal but what they do is not ethical. Mark my words, cowboys get found out and this ‘organisation’ will not be around in four or five years.And don’t trust the ‘good’ reviews I have no doubt that they come from employees.

I verified my identity before even placing a bet using my driving licence and bank statement, these documents were verified very quickly however when I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to provide a copy of a recent phone bill in PDF format showing my name and the phone number I used to deposit. Also, I was asked to upload a screenshot of a chat with my mobile provider, confirming that the number used to deposit is in my name. I submitted these documents multiple times in different formats however all were rejected and when I use online chat to ask why they are rejected I am given no explanation and requested to resend them which causes the issue to come full circle and once again be rejected. I have submitted so many documents that the server now refuses to accept any more as it states upload has reached the maximum allowed. Already registered a complaint but so far no reply and cant get my money back

Firstly, most people just supply one document as proof of address, I sent three without being asked. Secondly, one of those was not only my tenancy agreement letter, but I rent my home from the local council, as in the British Government is my landlord, yet somehow some idiot at Mobilewins can't match up the address on three seperate official documents as proof of address, even though one is from the British Government, how thick can someone be???? It was even more farcical when I was asked for the bank statement in colour, I actually went to the bank to get my bank statement, they come in black and white, I must remember next time to ask them to supply me it on pink paper with orange print!!!What verification do Mobile Wins want of my ID? My blood? a DNA test result? I won 503 and then it asked me for lots of id documentation which I have submitted. I still havent received my money and there is no way of contacting other than through live chat. When you speak through live chat they just tell you that they are dealing with it. This is a joke of a company and needs shutting down! They was quick enough taking the money off you without id, and even with id still havent payed out! SCAM

After reading the reviews over here I decided to give it a try anyhow. Played a little slots and hit cash out. The procedure indeed took a little while and I did have to provide my KYC documents. When all turned out in good order I however received my funds within two days.KYC procedures are a pain in general but Mobile Wins correctly following them gave me a reliable feeling. Its when casino's do not follow the rules when I get alarmed. I will most def try out their Sportsbetting as soon as the Worldcup starts.

After reading the reviews here got quite worried, but to be honest I don't see what the fuss is all about. Deposited 100 last week, played some slots and got a win for 5k. They did request a bunch of documents, but I sent them all the same day, they all got approved today and I received my winnings, buzzing!

Which means the account is fully verified today I was shocked when they asked me to send my bank card over as proof of payment. I did this and they still haven't verified a already verified account my next option is going to IBAS and reporting this fraudulent company you should do the same mention to IBAS for them to check there Trust pilot reviews

0 Stars. This is a scam website. I deposited 320 and won. Withdrew 1,800 and then the bull started. They fully verified my account and then an hour later that status changed to not verified. Passed around as usual. I dont expect the withdrawals to happen and if they do I will change this review and eat my phone.

Started off fine but constant issue with the website not allowing me to log in when trying to place winning bets. Eventually stopped me due to affordability, again at the very moment I had a betslip full of winners. If you use this site be prepared to provide a sample of your blood and every document under the sun. They will try absolutely everything not to pay you out. I have already sent in a grand total of nine documents and they are still not happy. Happy enough to take my money but are trying everything to hold on to my withdrawal of 90. How the Gambling Commission gave this bunch of crooks a licence is beyond me. I could literally get a mortgage with less documentation. Stay clear of this hell hole of a gambling site or be prepared to take them to court if you want to get hold of your winnings.

Wish I read the reviews before I signed up! Appalling bookmaker, just a cheap site with a cheap mentality of profiteering from customers. The app is basic in the extreme and, at best, almost unworkable. This, no doubt, is to keep operating costs at an absolute minimal whilst they screw every penny out of customers they possibly can. You may be lucky, follow all their ridiculous terms and conditions to the letter and possibly make a few quid but, I can guarantee they'll make it as difficult and as costly as they can to do so!

Scam betting more like it. Opened account deposited then when I tried to withdraw they said could not withdraw. I had to deposit with different card again to get my withdrawal but still nothing. Uploaded all documents. After that told to upload bank statements. Sounded like just going round in circles. Big scam for a company to take 25 off of its customers. I hope they get rich of that and karma is around the corner.Thanks for the bad taste left.

Absolute scammers. Avoid this site at your own peril. They want above and beyond verification documents and when they have everything a legit casino accepts they then want more. Quick to take your money but when I requested a withdrawal I have to physically jump through hoops and create magic and still not enough. Logging with the gambling commission this place needs shutting down!!!!!

Took over 3 weeks to get paid out and still waiting sent appropriate ID this place is a JOKE I wouldn't have even given them 1 Star it's only because I had to for the complaint to go through place should be shut down tbh the gameplay on the site is nearly as bad as the site it's self like I said complete Joke don't spend a penny here!!!!!!!!!!!
