Still waiting to hear back from this company about why they took my winnings back out of my bank account reversed the transaction my bank cant do anything about it due to visa regulations stay away from this scamming company theyve left me in overdraft due to this and ill be closing my bank account as i shouldnt have to pay back the mistake of the company and ill definstly be closing my monster casino account

On the 21 of jan 2025 i withdrew 42.12 as i wont it and on the 27th of jan they reversed my withdrawal leabkng my in over draft and a 12 pound overdraft fee i didnt want to write a reveiw as i thought they said its been solved but it definatly hasnt my overdraft fee is about to go up another 12 pounds…

They scammed me I did a deposit of 76 euro’s and won 300. Now I have won 500 that is still in the account but Im not even gonne cash out Its a scam!! They just let my withdrawel dissapear and I received nothing in my bank account.

Avoid!! I signed up and was sent an e-mail link which said I would receive my welcome bonus if I deposited through the link in the e-Mail which did. I placed the qualifying bet but found I did not get a welcome bonus. I contacted support and was told I need to deposit through the sports page to get the welcome bonus!! Well that is not what the e-mail says!! I’m not depositing more money as there will probably be another excuse as to what I can’t have the welcome bonus.

I signed up as a new customer after seeing the ‘£30 free sports bet’ promotion on their main page after finding the site on a Google search. I deposited as per the promo and didn’t receive the free bet… instead received free spins which have to be wagered (irrelevant anyway as I don’t do slots). I contacted customer service and spoke to ‘Simona’ (in all likelihood not a real person) who (after waiting a very long time on the chat) said I didn’t sign up through a valid link for the promo, and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I showed screenshots showing that I had, which she ignored and just kept trying to end the chat. So they advertised a sign up bonus which they don’t award… a complete SCAM

Unfortunately, this casino seems rather shady. Few examples:- I created an account and then started to play my first few hands. It was a £1000 bet, 2x £500. I got 2x 10s and was about to double on each. Then I got an alert from the site saying they put an auto time out on my account, I couldnt play my hands and thought I was going to lose but by miracle, I won. I dont understand how this is possible- I then play again another few hands and each time same story but still ended up winning.- In 2 days I wont £3000 and they sent me an email expelling me from the websiteSo yeah dont use with a website that also lags a lot

Do not sign up with monster Casino they are a scam. They will do everything in their power not to pay out. I got a big win and they requested some information which I provided no hesitation then they kept finding more and more things to prevent them from paying me out bearing in mind they have previously paid me out on small withdrawals in the past without any issues but the minute you get a big win, they will do everything in their power not to release the Funds. Do not use them. They are a scam. They have no loyalty to their customers. They need to be put on blast. I haven’t even started.

Predatory practices. They let you sign up and bet, but then won’t offer the sign up bonus, won’t say exactly why. Will make an official complaint to the Gambling Commission. If you intend to block someone from having the welcome bonus at least tell them before they deposit or gamble money, some sites do that and it’s fair that way. Won’t recommend or use again. The website itself it’s terrible, horrible to navigate, can’t palce a bet unless you try multiple times etc. Honestly feels like a betting site from 20 years ago, it is really that bad.Will never use again.

All you lot moaning and crying are obviously hurt you’ve lost, can’t win them all. You win some you lose some that’s gambling but from my experience I won, plenty of bonuses and triggers on features and the payout states 2 days but it was in within an hour. Can’t fault these guys.

Crooked company. Let you join using a link for free bets. Then when you join deposit and place a bet no free bets appear. On contacting them they say you can’t get free bets as you previously opened an account with another ‘Progress Play company’ despite the fact they let you use the free bets opening bets link, deposit, place a settled bet. The worst experience ever had with a gambling site. Free bets are misleadingly advertised and Ts and Cs very unclear. Despite meeting all the criteria for the free bets including the original wager, use of the free bet in specified time and wagering on cash winnings first before winnings from free bet they did the following. Refused to pay me over £70 winnings saying the bet settled 2 hours too late. They had happily allowed me to place a bet. Their customer support team seemed to find it funny that I had missed out. Their complaints process was totally dismissive and showed zero sense of customer service. I have used many other sports betting sites – and have always found their support staff helpful.
