As a person living in Dublin I’m extremely disappointed with this company which markets itself as an Irish bookmaker.I requested a withdrawal of a small sum of e177. Needless to say it was refused due to nonsensical wagering rules on their casino. MRPLAY is a huge scam casino!!! I win 14.000 and when I tried to cash out, I had to wait 48 hours, when I checked today they blocked my account because of “suspicions if I was the player on my own account?” Like what, I gave driver license and everything but they just refunded my cash-in, and banned my account! Huge scam casino!

I signed up for an account on MrPlay.com with the intention of claiming their advertised £15 free bet offer. However, after placing a qualifying bet, I discovered that bonuses had been disabled on my account.I contacted customer support to inquire about the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to reactivate the bonuses. This is basically a pay to lose app!!!!! It’s absolutely disgusting and a dirty con that they charge you to deposit then charge you to withdraw!!! And if that’s not enough the odds are ridiculously low!!! You’ll pump in a few hundred without a single bonus on absolutely anything!!! And if you do very rarely get lucky and win £100 or so you’ll have to pump in every penny of that before you win a single thing again!!!!! Opened an account depositing was not a problem, requested a withdrawal. Sent all ID required and wanted a signature from me to give permission to my partner to use my card. Once given this kept asking for us to write again as signatures don’t match. Sent both our passports bank cards etc and still not enough to issue winnings. Don’t trust these scumbags they will take all your money and not pay you out. I honestly believe anyone who leaves good reviews are fraudulent creatures who work for this scamming company. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFIRE SIGNING UP!!! Luckily they closed down the account for telling them what we think of them.

No problems with them i use paypal for payments and although they charge a small fee money is in my account within the hour sometimes so dont mind paying the fees. I always refuse the bonus and free spins so i dont get in a pickle afterwards which seems to be what most complaints are about

It seems I am not the only person that has had their money stolen by this shambolic outfit. I’ve sent all the documentation over 50 pics in fact and they’ve just closed my account down for 6 months because I said Id never use them again but still insist that I need to send extra documents. I’ve been getting daily emails from them but there email address is set to no reply, leaving me no way of sending the extra documentation because I can only contact them through the contact us page, which of course does not allow you to send pictures. Save your money and your time! I got the details of offers from OLBG whom which is making me question the authenticity of this site also!

I shouldve known mrplay was too good to be true. the slick website and hyped-up testimonials blinded me to the TRUTH – this is nothing but a well-designed SCAM. they took my $8,100 investment and VANISHED into thin air. I almost didn’t play with Mrplay because I read the reviews first. When I did play, I found a really good casino! Even if you don’t win enough to withdraw, you win enough to play for a while instead of some casinos just taking without winning a thing. When I did have a win worth making a withdrawal I was worried because of what I had read, but my very first withdrawal was in my account in 2 days. They also do have live chat and it’s very quick, I am in New Zealand so I’m not sure if that makes a difference.

Left a review a few months ago for mrplay and my opinion has not changed in the slightest. They are – for me, the best bookmaker I have used and will continue to use regardless if I win or lose. At least one free bet offer a week, extremely helpful customer service, withdrawals are almost instant (as I provided all documentation to begin with). This is my genuine opinion about mrplay. I really can’t comprehend the bad reviews at all!

Farcical.I’ve never been on a site that never seems to give bonus rounds on any of the slots, for example, Jack and the Beanstalk. An old game from NetEnt. Terrible website, looks like it was made by an amateur about 20 years ago. Awful jpeg of a poker chip with white edges spins on the screen, giving an incredibly amateurish vibe. Also, you are charged for depositing to your account. I’ve never seen that before! Customer service is also atrocious. When there are countless bookmakers in the UK, it really begs the question, why would anyone ever use Mr Play? Just don’t. Worst bookmaker I’ve ever experienced by a wiiiiiide margin.

Over the years I’ve played a lot of casinos and this is by far one of the worst!! It screamed red flags from the beginning!! When i tried to deposit money it kept saying “a problem occured” then all of a sudden it took my money 3 times!! Biggest win out of £100 staked was £6. Again should have read the reviews. This site is unbelievably predictable at losing. Got the bonus on fishing frenzy and won £0. Never known it. I wish I had read the reviews of this company before signing up! They take a % on all deposits and withdrawals and won’t let you withdraw until you have uploaded every bit of personal data in unlikely photographs, each being rejected for spurious reasons. Literally no other site does any of these things to their customers. I wonder if I will ever get my winnings from them.

Avoid like the plague this site and there network sites are on the edge of being fraudulent. Never known so little payouts. Game interruptions. Logs you out all the time. They flood you with emails about offers everyday but you’ll never win of them. Safer gambling is a joke. Or did I?As my withdrawl is still processing since 26th October on 27th October they wrote to me saying all documents ID a.d everything they needed was verified and all was good to go.Today I get live chat asking me to verify documents again. On the plus side, Live Chat is answered promptly (not that they’ll be able to help you with much) and my withdrawal was eventually honoured (after 8 days), but I found many issues with this book. The biggest annoyance was the withdrawal process. I don’t have an issue with providing verification documents, but to request a photo of you holding your ID AND bank card is ludicrous and just gives them an excuse to reject your documents for being ‘blurry’ or ‘low quality’. Not that they will bother to tell you this until you chase them – the documents are simply removed from the portal. It’s hard to come to any other conclusion than they are trying to make it as difficult as possible to withdraw any of your money.And you’ll be lucky to have any money to withdraw in the first place. Not only are the sportsbook odds terrible, you are charged to deposit AND withdraw and can only withdraw in whole £’s, so say you have £29.99 in your account you’ll lose £1.99 of that. I actually had a small bet in the casino to take my balance slightly over £30 on the basis that I would have lost the money anyway.Speaking of the casino I’d had a win on some free spins, but immediately gave up on the WR on realising they were taking real cash rather than the bonus balance. I also did not receive one matched sportsbook offer – which was slightly misleading when it specifically referred to ‘today’s offer’.As others have said, the website is terrible. Aside from the performance, you will frequently be directed to ‘Error! Page not found’, or a bonus link bearing the legend ‘UNDEFINED’.
