Don’t waste your money or give them your time !! I made a withdrawal of £250. said it would be with me within 24-48 hours. They only offerd me a “wire transfer” Got email saying I need to upload various bank documents etc with absolutely ridiculous information. If I knew all this I would never have bothered. They are so quick to take your money but when it comes to paying out its a different one. I’m STILL waiting on my £250 AVOID

Waited 3 weeks for a £800 withdrawal which should have put me off placed another bet which won and the customer service team has said there is a technical issue and are investigating why it hasn’t been paid into my account.No bookies likes paying out but this one takes it to the extreme. Is the 2nd time when a succesfully settled bet is not paid on time. Any attempt to resolve the matter and obtain my winning are at this time unanswered and the issue isn’t resolved. AVOID

Second time in 1 x week, I’m chasing a valid winning bet of mine, that was settled but never showed up on my balance. This would NEVER happen, with a professional, legitimate company.Contacted them through each of their contact channels, email and Watsapp, still no joy nearly 24 x hours later. Very bad business!

When coming to withdraw even though I have had an email advising that all my documents are in order , I still am getting emails asking for my documents to be uploaded ! Customer service don’t seem to realise I’ve sent them AND that they verified them already ! I also don’t want to have a bank transfer but paid back to my card but no option for this is allowed !

Majority of good reviews here are by people with 1 review, fake reviews? Gambling sites have more losers than winners, which means they can expect two stars at best from trustpilot. My experience is as follows. The games just don’t pay out bonuses often enough, I’ve wagered £150 on 20p spins on book of the Irish. No bonus yet. I’ve wagered £200 on 40ps on centurion megaways – No bonus yet. That’s just absurd compared to bookies and other sites online. I’m currently waiting for a measly £30 withdrawal via wire transfer and it’s taking ages! Been 4 days.

Have been with Netbet for some time.Have won and lost bets and made several deposits and withdrawals.After requesting a small withdrawal recently, they have emailed requesting a copy of my bank statement.As I understand it, as per the Gambling Commissions guidelines, they should not be doing this:excerpt:17.1.1 – Customer identity verification2. A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. This site is a scam, they returned my won bets. I bet in first set table tennis odd 1,72. After my player won match they returned my bets. If it was a loss, they certainly wouldn’t refund anything, scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed two bets with odds of 6.5 and 10, after I placed them a few minutes later they changed the odds to 4.25 and 8, cannot access live chat to try and void them as it said agent offline and now the website is down for ‘maintenance’

I would absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. I made a deposit and tried staking a few bets , their system repeatedly refused to accept bets on certain horses. It actually guided me to strike a few bets that I did not want to do , which does not seem right ! I appreciate that I did not need to do that but anyway I chose to withdraw the remaining balance of my money and it is just stuck processing , I have contacted them with no resolution , they just say you will get it back asap. The whole process of working with them has given me an uneasy feel and I would go as far as to say do not trust them! How they have so many good reviews is beyond me , a lot must be fake.

Updated review Deposited £20 won £60 had some tooing and froing and unfortunately as I’d used someone else’s PayPal (my fault) they couldn’t honour the win in all fairness to them they are following correct procedure The customer service were a bit slow responding however I believe if you were to play and follow t and c and make sure deposit with correct method you’d have a great time using the site as I enjoyed playing Some sites you can play £30 and win 10p I found the RTP on netbet to be fantastic and enjoy able to play as the wins matches the bets rather than just playing and not winning at all My personal experience is unique and if I continue to play I’m sure I wouldn’t have these issues in the future Just waiting on a response from CS if account can be reopened

Shows how flawed trustpilot reviews are when a company like this can get rated so highly..obviously they try and get bad feedback removed. Have you noticed how all the 5 star reviews are invited and mention how great customer service is? They’re a Bookmaker, why they mention of the really uncompetitive odds?They made me wait 6 weeks and then I was limited to £10 per 30 days ~ hahaha what an absolute embarrassment of a company you are. Take all the 5 star reviews with a healthy pinch of salt
