Completely useless betting company. You have to provide every document under the sun before they even contemplate processing the withdrawal you’ve made with YOUR money. They also using a completely dated system where it takes days & days before you receive YOUR money. (I’ve still not received my withdrawal I made)

Started playing here, had to upload my identification before I was allowed to play, I did that and it was all processed quickly and sufficiently and account updated! With Zero issues, that was refreshing , I gave it ago deposited played a few games and had some free spins from a offer I played them and had quite a big win from a 5p stake (£50) played and got upto around £170 played it down and decided to withdraw £100 and leave some to play! Withdrew through PayPal all processed and done with in 24hours (slightly longer then some other sites but it’s not really a issue 24 hours is reasonable ) so everything from joining, to been verified to withdrawing with easy peasy and done with absolutely no issues! So I like that about a casino! They have all my favourite games and I’m impressed with the bonuses & spins they offer, they have a tonne of daily promotions and deposit offers! Which you don’t really see much these days! Will definitely be playing here again! So far I’m really impressed with it!

I have put in over £250 since christmas and to my surprise i have not won a single thing. Please bare in mind these are all different deposits and yet still havent won anything. This site is so rigged it’s actually disgusting. To be quite honest i am sick and tored of being robbed by this site

I won £1300 and 10 days later and I don’t know how many emails with different customer service agents and I keep being told my bank statements including my full name, sort code/account number are not acceptable, they need the IBAN/BIC codes, I send those and hear nothing, I have this afternoon been told by Max from NetBet that I just need to send in sort code and account number 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️really, I’ve sent so many proofs of my banking I am beyond knowing how many, but each time I’m told to send something else, when I send that, I’m then told you need to send something else as we can’t accept what you’ve sent via pdf This is the worst customer service ever, no contact number, live chat is always “not available” at this time. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the team ignore that. I totally get they need verification and all other verification documents have been accepted and approved, but weirdly my banking details are not suitable to NetBet. Absolutely distraught at 10 days of hell and still don’t have my money which I won in good faith. Avoid their company. My next solution is to go to Resolver. I’m glad I kept every email to prove what has been said.

Chat was so quick, the person helping was so quick that it felt like I had their complete attention. My query was resolved but, even if it hadn’t been, at least I’d have felt like I was being treated as a priority!

Nothing wrong but Netbet just stole my money so careful guys when you play with this casino, poor customer service, they don’t have contact phone number, they don’t have a manager or supervisor, all the time they said I will contact you but nothing!!! No recomand stay away from this casino !!!

I recently joined this site, and had issues that affected my account and some things I didn’t understand about the site, I used the support services chat provided here, and was assisted in a matter of minuted, under 3 minutes actually. A suggestion, if the site could also provide sport betting, I know a lot of people would love to sign up

Has anyone had the issue where its offered me a cash out on my bet, but when I’ve gone to cash out it comes up with an error message! Match not found or something? It’s happened multiple times now on this site, I don’t see what the problem in.

I asked for my account limits to be reviewed 10 days ago. With all documentation provided immediately to support this. Namely proof of income, ID, etc. 10 days on. This remains unresolved. With regular contact chasing up progress, I get the standard no frills reply “ Thank you for contacting Netbet. Our team re-escalated your case because we haven’t received any news so far. We apologize for the delay experienced and for the inconveniences created, and want to thank you for your patience so far.”The issue has been re-escalated five times now, with no response. The service is shockingly poor and unprofessional. Complete and utter waste of time. When they do finally review my account, I’ll have long left and taken my custom elsewhere!

Deposited £10, games kept glitching and crashing, got lucky once on slots and got upto £65. Tried to withdraw and they closed my account stating I had more than one account with them, which I don’t.

I don’t understand how people gave 5 star rating to this company. No doubt they have wide range of sports and markets . The only drawback in the company is their slow process of withdrawal. Sometimes they process it in 24 hours and sometimes it is taking more than a week time. Their website it shows withdrawal process time 24H-48H which is not true . I am surprised my latest withdrawals are processed earlier than the ones i made a week before.

Avoid at all costs if you want your winnings!Absolute joke or a customer service and withdrawal times. Won two football accas one for £145 and another for £150 and the process to withdrawal has been nothing short of a joke with zero help! It’s been nearly 5 days and not a single penny has reached my bank account. With all correct documents submitted!

Look at their page on here and you’ll see just 5 star reviews because they report bad reviews and get them taken offline. Why would you want to bet with a company like that?The odds are embarrassingly bad and they limit you really fast. No way are they brilliant in any sense of the word

Deposited 300 on the 4th of December and they claimed they didn’t get it then after showing them proof they’ve said they’ve credited me which they didn’t then now there speaking to paysafe about it and I’ve been waiting 2 days for a response about that and to top it off today they taken another 300 of me and I’ve had to start the same process again 9 days later.

The site itself offers loads of games to try & new games are updated often. The interface on the site for me has been okay to be fair no lag or anything whilst playing games… Customer support can be tricky it randomly goes offline during normal uk business hours which isn’t so good if you need to speak to someone.. Now onto the withdrawals; I withdrew 100 & was processed next day and got the money to hit the bank that day too ? Great! Then I won 5k with a deposit of 1K basically & they say the processing times may take slightly longer because of the amount of win? Due to them verifying the wagers which led to the win.. hmmmm ok no problem but at least specify a time frame but in all fairness I don’t understand why if I win 100 it gets processed at a quicker rate & if I win 1000 it has to take longer.. Overall good site though nothing crazy wrong here just abit slow sometimes on withdrawals I shall wait for mine

Where i do start!! The site is terrible, glitchy and overall crap! They’re quick enough to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing your money is a different kettle of fish! After Several attempts I gave up. It says the account number is incorrect and after trying 2 different cards id had enough! I Tried contacting the customer service team and the gift that keeps on giving says the agent is offline. I was forced to spend the money in the end after failed attempts of trying to withdraw it. My experience with netbet has been very poor. The website is really glitchy and I constantly get error codes when browsing the site. A lot of the games won’t load for me. I’ve tried using different browsers and different devices etc but it still doesn’t work for me. The wins and bonus rounds have been extremely poor compared to the other sites I use. The only time I’ve ever won anything on netbet was when I was awarded 3 free spins, I ended up winning £97 but of course I couldn’t withdraw any of it as it was bonus funds and the bonus funds require 40x wagering. The error codes, games never loading and no bonus rounds/wins has made my experience with them very poor. I am currently waiting for an agent to go online so I can close my account.

What a complete nightmare. This casino is the most fraudulent, disrespectful, theives I’ve ever seen first hand. I won a freeroll tourney made 12$ played a few slots, turned it into 1100$. 2 different tellers or “service theives” took turns taking the money out of my account! 1500$ GONE. I tried to log into Netbet using my email address that I’ve had for at least 15 years and was told that no account existed linked to that email address. This confused me as I thought I’d had an account previously but thought I must have closed it. So, I set up a new account using all my correct personal details, email, phone etc. and at no time did I receive a warning that I may already have an account. Deposited £100, wagered on slots and eventually ended up with a balance of £143. Requested a withdrawal and waited for my money. Next day, tried to log in and Account Closed flashed up. When checking with Netbet support, they said I needed to submit verification documents which I did. 1 week later, I receive an email saying that they had found evidence of multiple accounts and that therefore they would not be paying the withdrawal. So, Netbet fail to check my details when I register and when I deposit £100 but when they have to pay out, they suddenly decide not to. Bunch of crooks. Avoid at all costs!
