I’ve reported net net to trust pilot due to an obvious scheme to ramp up stars. All you need to do it look though the reviews and you’ll see they are all almost the exact same but worded slightly differently, also three times in the past I’ve done and honest review of them and because it was a bad one they flagged it up to trust pilot hoping I’d just give in, they have done this to every bad review they have ever had hence why they don’t reply to the bad ones, if you’ve got a bad review then you will see what I and many other mean. Anyways my review I’ve given an bad review due to this, the so called “Fast withdrawal” reg trade mark is when casinos use this as a way to make faster payments to your bank fir instance sky vagus is fast withdrawals and you will have your withdrawals instantly yet they do ask for 2 hours sun vagus, sun bingo, fab bingo, Mecca bingo, virgin bingo the list goes on all who say fast withdrawal and use the symbol all pay within 2 hours to your bank account so you have the money in the acc that day. Now let’s talk about fake and misleading symbols net bet use a slightly different symbol to make yous think you will be paid the same day within 2 hours, now I withdrew at 9 pm last night it’s not 8:15am still nothing, I read again at there T&Ca and it states 2 hours fast withdrawal this is basically they will review your payment within this time and you will be paid it within 24 hours always 24 hours later they say it’s due to rules and regulations which is a total lie and made up if this were the case then how can almost every other competitors pay same day within 2 hours some instant. Don’t belive it when they say it, I’m using nationwide and Halifax both do and use the fast withdrawals and accept it so they may use this as an excuse it’s down to your bank but again it’s tried and tested many times before these banks do fast withdrawals

They force u to set a bet limit which is monthly, they set it up for £20 and you have to message them for raise that limit but no more then £50,You have to message them again, obviously struggling to message them like 30 minutes just for someone answer you, then replies every 10 minutes or even longer.I closed my account with them with money in my balance just because I couldn’t play anything because of that “bet limit”

Deposited using Apple Pay. First time did not process my end so tried again. Money was taken out my account both times. Taken them over 2 weeks to try and resolve. I have sent bank statements proving the transactions but still nothing. Will be going through bank to get money back. Avoid.

Absolutely pathetic gambling site. Been making deposits to my account with the same card I used to withdraw my winnings, they come back telling me absolutel nonsense about a withdrawal to my bank card was declined. Been on live chat trying to solve this issue and all I get told is one excuse after another, card declined withdrawal, being manually withdrawn to my deposit card, will get an email in regards to this issue (no email received) one excuse after another after another. These sites are quick enough taking deposits yet when you go to withdraw your winnings they do absolutely everything to stop you from collecting your winnings. Their live chat host’s are fake and tell far to many lies. Definitely will not be using this gambling site again.

They gave me free Spin and I won around £18.90 and after that, the game didn’t work and I tried different games same issues. I was advised to change my network and I switched to phone data still same issues. Even they didn’t allow me to use my £18.90 in a different games. You can only play in some games to just lose your money. I talked to Mike (the agent), he tried to help me out but not useful info. Looks shady business happening over there.

Anyone else feeling we might not be getting our money? I’ve had the emails from them stating my withdrawals have been processed yet their is zero in my bank account from them,they are telling me it should be in on Tuesday yet they supposedly processed it last night and my bank accepts faster payments even at a weekend,sorry but I can’t help but feel suspicious right now,I hope I see the money then I shall be closing my account immediately with them because this just does not happen with other betting sites,dreadful from them!

After depositing for the welcome bonus and using the free spins I noticed the bonus credit I won from said spins wasn’t credited. Contacted them and they asked my Affordability aka where the funds came from which I replied birthday funds only to find out WITHOUT them notifying me they have blocked my account. After asking to refund the unused deposit they are now asking me for bank statements, id etc. Needless to say I went through my bank.Honestly I’ve never had such an experience just from the welcome bonus.Go to any other casino site other than these!

When a bad bad bookie who limited me to 2 a bet, can get rated excellent on trustpilot then it’s time to give upI see none of the 5 star reviews actually say anything great about the odds etc. They’re all talking about customer service. That should tell you all you need to know about how genuine they are. Avoid. You’ll only get restricted as quick as a flash

This is now day 6 of not getting my withdrawals,they keep saying its been processed and they are just waiting for their bank to release the funds,what sort of business are they running? Everytime you contact then its the same generic message they give you,I for one will never be wagering with them again after I receive what I’m due,something is seriously wrong there end and I don’t feel I’m getting told the real truth by any of them,I’m going to try resolver to see if I can get anywhere,they are cowboys….please please everybody you must stop depositing to them as I believe they are in financial trouble and you will not be getting any withdrawals so you are throwing money away,they are lying to everybody and being told to do so…DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!….so I’ve now received an email saying funds have been transfered to my bank but as of yet the money is not in so I won’t believe it until I see it..I can only hope they are true to their word

I understand theres a delay in releasing funds but as a big company Id expect these services to be rectified quickly. This is a rare occurrence and Ill be patient because we live in a real world and things like this happen. Im awaiting 410 in withdrawal I just hope it doesnt take too long. Like the reviews below. Still waiting for a withdrawal made 4 days ago. Stuck on pending. Different answers from all support staff. Pay what is owed. I would be interested in seeing if people could update their review once theyve been paid out so I can get an understanding of the time frames. Have been with Netbet for years and havnt had much of an issue.However after a max win on 29th April it seems Netbet doesnt want to pay out! Typically when withdrawing money pop up message coming all money will be process in 2 to 24 hours but it’s almost 6 days passed they don’t have processed the payment.when I talk in customer service in morning they saying it will done today, than I message in evening they saying bank haven’t release the payment due to high volume of transaction they everyday lie.i don’t know whether I receive the payment or not.its proper fake company they not paying money to any one.i am just waiting for tommorrow otherwise I am goin to resolver team.i really frustrated with these.

I have never had one problem with netbet and all withdrawals have been received within 24hrs but this week its very different,I only have a mere 78 due yet this is the 4th day I’ve been waiting for it,I’ve emailed with no reply as yet,I’ve also been on live chat to various agents over the last 3 days and each one gives me a different story,1st agent saying they have a very high withdrawal count going on so wait your turn sort of thing,2nd agent telling me it will be in my account by the morning at the latest,it wasn’t!,3rd agent saying its been processed so just wait for your email confirmation of as yet I have not received,I’m finding this all highly suspicious on there part,it’s as if they want to hold onto the money for as long as possible or maybe they’ve run out of money! Who knows?,whatever the reason I feel its bad business and is severely lacking compared to others I have used in the past,unibet puts it in my account literally within 5 min and no more than an hour so why is netbet so complicated? It’s all very fishy to me and unfair to their paying punters who certainly deserve a much better service than they are getting,I hope things get better sooner rather than later

Typically when withdrawing will get payment confirmation and funds the next day but its been 5 days and had no confirmation at all! When contacting through live chat they have a templated response.Its seems theyre fine paying out small wins but bigger ones they wont and are still holding on to my money.PAY IT OUT

Exceeding customer service expectations for me … I feel netbet is a great casino .. I’ve played on many sites and had lots of problems from withdrawals to depositing and so on .. but netbet I have had no issues at all .. everything straight forward .. give them all the correct documentation and you have no issues at all .. I opened an account with this company, and deposited money. I was given 25 free spins on 2 games so I played them and won roughly 5 from them. When I went to play another game it said I had no funds, my deposit was gone without me placing any bets! I done a live chat with John and he told me that Id placed 2 bets, which was incorrect, I hadnt placed any real money bets yet. He asked me to show him proof via my bets option on my account, so I showed him a screenshot and a screen recording to prove that no bets had been placed yet. He then sent it to the technical team and said Id hear back. I heard nothing! So I went to log in and theyve closed my account!! So I live chatted, again with John, and he told me that the technical team agreed that the bets had been placed, which they had not! As I showed with proof! And my account was closed because my email address contained my childs name!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer, especially a new customer! Id have happily played often on their site if this hadnt have been my first experience, I want my money back and an apology also. Not a chance Ill use this company again or recommend to anyone.

Despicable… sign up and try and sign in, it says “there’s no account under this email”. I then try and sign up again and it says “there’s already an account under this email address.” Try and email them and it’s literally impossible because there site is so bad. Well, there goes my info to a 3rd party.

absolute joke. everyone knows only sites really win.
