There is a fair few low reviews which I can’t really seem to understand. Look I’m not daft, a casino / online gambling site is exactly what it says it is. It’s a gambling site, of course it’s going to be slightly sided to the house that’s just how it works and you’ll never find a casino that isn’t. But in all honesty, I’ve had nothing but enjoyment on NetBet, sure i’m lost my fair share but I’ve certainly won quite generously a fair bit more! That’s more than I can say for any other of the big name sites such as betfred, 32red and so on. I would 100% say that this site is much more fair and kind the player than any other I’ve been on. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would do.

Been using netbet for years without much problems. 3 months ago netbet decided to put a £50 a month limit on my account without justifying or explaining anything? After speaking with customer service (if you call templated responses speaking) I’ve literally gave up trying get them to tell me why. £50 a month is chump change so I’ve taken my business elsewhere. And like most other 1* reviews I’m sure netbet are going to get this review taken down. Anyway, netbet has sh!t odds on their sports, low rtp on their slots and the website is like browsing something from the early 2000’s.To all newbies to netbet, don’t bother they aren’t worth it

Guys don’t waste your time registering with this company. Like the review below me these clowns have given me a deposit limit of £11 a week which is ridiculous and have asked them to increase this on the 02/11 which was 2 weeks ago and despite repeated emails asking for an update it’s not been increased so have decided to close the account.Also the withdrawal process is pretty slow compared to other companies, I was able to withdraw but think it took around 24 hours to process but once it was then it hit my account in a a few hours so only reason I’m giving 2 stars otherwise would have been one due to the £11 deposit limit lol

Normally contacting customer service team is rather a unpleasant thing to do (to say the least) mainly because it’s for when things go wrong. But this time… this time I had an absolute pleasure and priviledge to speak to THE best customer service person in the whole world… – Daisy! What an absolute star and diamond! You people should realise that and promote the #£@* out of Daisy until she is the top of the food chain in your company! Honest, patient, amazingly thoughtfull and the knowledgable – these all are characteristics of a hero! I have been with netbet for a while. I typically deposit through the boku option so the withdrawal option is very bank transfer.I recently closed my account with Santander and opened a new account with starling. I processed 2 withdrawals, specifically providing the bank details for my starling account but someone can’t read too well and sent my withdrawals to a closed account with Santander!!!!!Why ask for the name of the bank, sort code and account number during the withdrawal process if you don’t bloody read the request. I am beyond pissed off and have raised a complaint!!!!

Only joined a few days ago won a few bob so withdrawn my winnings took 24 hours to get paid out. It’s ridiculous waiting that long in this day and age. so closed my account and went with bet 365 won on a double got paid out in 2 hours. Netbet get with the times and make sure you’re customers get paid quicker into their account 24 hours is madness 😠.

I’ve played at a fair few casinos and would rate this as below average for payouts and above average for customer service. On the positive side, there are a large variety of games to choose from and also offering a variety of different payment methods to suit. You are not penalised from receiving the bonus offer for using pre paid wallets such as PayPal which is a huge positive. The customer service is also extremely prompt and helpful.The downside… A lot of the games lag frequently throwing you out, Aviator and Slingo being the main two I’ve encountered. This can be extremely annoying when you have spent money warming up the game. In the case of Aviator being a live game, lagging is a big NO. Also, quite, a fair few of the games give you dead spin after dead spin, having to invest heavily before hitting a bonus which more often than not are very little. My main game is Slingo and this has to be the worst site I’ve ever played the game on. I’ve tried this site many times, playing a variety of slingo games. I’ve even used my mothers internet and IP as she has never gambled in her life so there is no recorded history with the casino / game provider. Yet, I found it even more difficult to win a penny and found I had to lose a lot first and then win it back gradually which is tiresome and boring. I’ve had a few wins, but very small amounts, nothing to get excited about and nothing more than my deposit values. The RTP is certainly not the worst, but equally not the best. If I’m honest there are better sites out there, depending on your go to game. However, I’ve not found a game that’s had a decent payout, I find you have to feed the games heavily first in order to bank any small win, again not an enjoyable experience.. However, the customer service is in my experience efficient, unlike other sites, the likes of spin genie where it is non existent.The few wings I e cashed out have been slow, but no issues and straightforward with no hassle.

Really can’t understand the relative high review points this site gets. There are lots of negatives and very few positives. The site is not a scam as some of the reviewers below will have you believe – no doubt losing casino customers – but it doesn’t offer anything that you can’t get elsewhere a lot better.The biggest negative is the painfully slow (in this day and age) withdrawals. 24-48 hours to “process” your request, whatever that means and then the time waiting for it to actually hit your bank. The odds offered on the sportsbook are invariably terrible in relation to their competitors and the range of available markets, especially in play, is again way off what their competitors offer.A positive is the chat is quick and easy and you actually get through to an English speaking human being without having to dodge bots and endless questions to get there.All in all there is NOTHING that this site offers that you can’t get better, bigger and quicker elsewhere. Four and five star reviews are baffling.

Seems this company makes it difficult to make a withdrawal. Deposits via PayPal are instant, but when you ask to withdraw funds, they not only want your bank details but ask for your private bank statements. Avoid

They stole £314 from me.My name is Nicholas (bennet*******mail.com)At first, Netbet accepted and paid out quickly enough, but at some point they began to request a huge number of photos, which I provided to them. Having refused to pay my winnings, Netbet, on August 31, 2023, informed me: “This account has been closed from this website.”.Then they constantly asked for something, then time, then photos, and as a result, today (09.28.2023), almost a month later, after the message about closing the account, they tell me: “our team has already decided to close your account and cancel your withdrawal request” – these scammers simply took my money as soon as I began to win a little more than I lost.Don’t use their service, NetBet.co.uk is a scam

Buggy game resulting in no winnings.Games system seems fine at first use, no obvious errors apart from one game and good choice of games to play from.My main issues which has made me 1 star this is because:On 1 hand customer service were absolutely useless when interacting with the regarding my account.And on the other hand, was alerted to a bonus on one of their games, bonus ran through and gave me my winnings then the game crashed on a “server error” opened the game, it resumed the winning spin same cash amount same spins etc then crashed again at the same point.Logged a job who couldn’t see anything and asked for references, I show them my account slip which shows no bets had been made and my balance was still reducing, even though there records state I wasn’t win/loss ing anything.Got in touch heard nothing back, said they’ve log a job. Still waiting to hear back.
