Even one star is a lot for that casino.Absolutely disgusting scam .After I deposited 20 pounds and playing with £11 the casino suddenly sent me notification that I reached my limit and blocked me from playing .I closed my account and wanted to withdraw that poor £9 ,but mission impossible..don’t recommend this casino even to my enemies! Stay away if you don’t want to get the the edge of nervous breakdown… hundred times I sent my documents and always they refused to verify my accountI went to Resolver and the poor £9 were deposited in 20 minutes into my account ..The Resolver is a great alternative.. very helpful and fast solving any problems with any casino.. I recommend it everyone who has got problems with withdrawal to turn to the Resolver .. Brillian as The Trustpilot ! Over 95hrs and my withdrawals are still in a pending status, not even processed by the netbet team…. there site states 2-24hrs for processing when verified (This is clearly a lie / false advertising) and there lack of communication is ridiculous.I have contacted them multiple times and all thay say is there waiting on another department, no information and they refuse to provide any ETA…. This isnt even my first withdrawal, I’m fully verified so there should be no excuses or isses.Note: I have already emailed your team, all they do is say its still in processing and it will be escalated…. considering it was escaleted three days ago via chat and they still have not provided any information, or estimated time till completion they were not helpful at all.Case: 06162168

I don’t understand the method here at all. They put a deposit limit of 230 a week on my account which is fine. I deposited that amount and was playing. I was at 118 and a message came up saying ‘you’ve reached your loss limit for this month’. It didn’t even let me see the result of that game and still took the 8. What is the point of putting a 230 limit on the account then stopping my play when I haven’t even used it? I’ve withdrawn the 110 I had left (after it took the 8 and didn’t even complete the game) and I’ll be going elsewhere. The logic makes no sense

As per the majority of the reviews here, not what it says on the tin, a/c opened and first deposit made but no free bet received as per the welcome offer.Email message sent via the online help centre but no reply.Looking at every netbet response to poor reviews here – “please message us again with your a/c details so we can look into this further” – no, I won’t waste my time chasing what is a free bet owed by this company as the reviews here tell you that would be a waste of time.In comparison, as someone with practice of many accounts and online since 2005 this is the first time I have experienced this, it is poor practice and service.

In what universe are netbet rated 4.3? It just shows what a joke this trustpilot is. Nobody in their right mind gives them 5 stars unless they’ve been offered an incentive. Some of the worst odds I’ve ever seen in my life. Customer service is a joke too.

Signed up with sign up offer last night, received 25 spins and deposited 10 for extra and didnt receive it, won 5 on roulette and it logged me out and when I try getting back into my account it says password incorrect even though I set up the account 10 minutes before and wrote the password down, tried getting customer service help but couldnt get any at all so now Ive had to email, wish I never signed up for NetBet now as its taken my money and locked it away.

Always been a big fan of Netbet decent sports odds and good variety on casino, disappointed that since the turn of the year they seem to have removed every single promotion from the site. They used to have some of the best and most interesting promotions going and really set themselves apart with this. Now it just seems like every other site.

Took my deposit and restricted my play to 10% of my deposit without any consent. Went to withdraw and get CHARGED to withdraw which only happened because they wouldn’t allow me to play with my own money. Company is poor, ignores emails, doesn’t respond in good time. Awful experience all round. I advise you to go somewhere more reputableEdit after their response- already done what they said. Unrealistic and using the terms and law in their own favour to protect their own financial interests and actively prevented multiple wins by cancelling bets saying I couldn’t afford it. If I couldn’t afford how do they allow me to deposit amounts apparently beyond my means? Basic dishonesty even in their response
