After reading their responses about 2022 rtp at 94% I must be in the unlucky 6%Thought I’d give them a go today but I didn’t hit a single bonus game with my deposit. I played the same game I play on another provider to keep it fair. If on the other provider I would have hit a bonus within that deposit. Disappointing.On a positive note, they do have large collection of games from different providers and also allow mobile billing.

Processing times are way longer than any other website! 2 days to process then 1-8 days to receive money so a total of potentially nearly 10 days to get winnings! Yet they take the money from your account instant! I like this website for high amount of great games it offers.. it’s just a shame it’s the longest to get winnings!

If I could I would give no star that is how I feel right now. So casino offered me 50£ of bonus what had to be wagered 40x before any withdrawal could be made. I was glad that even I didn’t win previously that I have at least same sort of bonus. Magically I managed to wager 2000£ what literally never happens.Problem what I had was that while I was playing game never give me notification that I played for real money so I lost 178£.So I contacted support about this and they admitted that I should receive the notification. They told me that they will look in to it and it will take 1-2 days.I contacted support 5 times via live chat. I contacted support via email and I never had response on email from them. They never let me know that it will takes longer than usual. Now is 7 day I waiting for any kind of resolution. A very bad casino. They limited my account from £540 to £50 without notifying me after I passed all their checks. The withdrawal process takes 4 days each. Identity verification can take up to 5 days. The support staff are useless!!

A very good casino with a lot of games. But unfortunately their withdrawal system at the moment is the worst and weakest in the entire united kingdom. Before a withdrawal lasted between 2-4 hours, now I keep you like a sucker for up to 72 hours. Disastrous experience on withdrawal. They take your money immediately then tried to withdraw £1450 and they removed the option to transfer to card. Don’t waste your money or give them your time !! I made a withdrawal of £250. said it would be with me within 24-48 hours. When coming to withdraw even though I have had an email advising that all my documents are in order , I still am getting emails asking for my documents to be uploaded ! Majority of good reviews here are by people with 1 review, fake reviews? Gambling sites have more losers than winners, which means they can expect two stars at best from trustpilot. My experience is as follows. The games just don’t pay out bonuses often enough, I’ve wagered £150 on 20p spins on book of the Irish. No bonus yet. I’ve wagered £200 on 40ps on centurion megaways – No bonus yet. That’s just absurd compared to bookies and other sites online.
