No idea where all these good reviews have come from. Never win a thing. £863 in spins (over 4000 spins) and didn’t hit a single bonus round. Never again will I deposit here.

I would absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. I made a deposit and tried staking a few bets , their system repeatedly refused to accept bets on certain horses. It actually guided me to strike a few bets that I did not want to do , which does not seem right ! I appreciate that I did not need to do that but anyway I chose to withdraw the remaining balance of my money and it is just stuck processing , I have contacted them with no resolution , they just say you will get it back asap. The whole process of working with them has given me an uneasy feel and I would go as far as to say do not trust them! How they have so many good reviews is beyond me , a lot must be fake.

Updated review Deposited £20 won £60 had some tooing and froing and unfortunately as I’d used someone else’s PayPal (my fault) they couldn’t honour the win in all fairness to them they are following correct procedure The customer service were a bit slow responding however I believe if you were to play and follow t and c and make sure deposit with correct method you’d have a great time using the site as I enjoyed playing Some sites you can play £30 and win 10p I found the RTP on netbet to be fantastic and enjoy able to play as the wins matches the bets rather than just playing and not winning at all My personal experience is unique and if I continue to play I’m sure I wouldn’t have these issues in the future Just waiting on a response from CS if account can be reopened

Shows how flawed trustpilot reviews are when a company like this can get rated so highly..obviously they try and get bad feedback removed. Have you noticed how all the 5 star reviews are invited and mention how great customer service is? They’re a Bookmaker, why they mention of the really uncompetitive odds?They made me wait 6 weeks and then I was limited to £10 per 30 days ~ hahaha what an absolute embarrassment of a company you are. Take all the 5 star reviews with a healthy pinch of salt

I’ve reported net net to trust pilot due to an obvious scheme to ramp up stars. Don’t belive it when they say it, I’m using nationwide and Halifax both do and use the fast withdrawals and accept it so they may use this as an excuse it’s down to your bank but again it’s tried and tested many times before these banks do fast withdrawals

They force u to set a bet limit which is monthly, they set it up for £20 and you have to message them for raise that limit but no more then £50,You have to message them again, obviously struggling to message them like 30 minutes just for someone answer you, then replies every 10 minutes or even longer.I closed my account with them with money in my balance just because I couldn’t play anything because of that “bet limit”

Deposited using Apple Pay. First time did not process my end so tried again. Money was taken out my account both times. Taken them over 2 weeks to try and resolve. I have sent bank statements proving the transactions but still nothing. Will be going through bank to get money back. Avoid.

Absolutely pathetic gambling site. Been making deposits to my account with the same card I used to withdraw my winnings, they come back telling me absolutel nonsense about a withdrawal to my bank card was declined. Been on live chat trying to solve this issue and all I get told is one excuse after another, card declined withdrawal, being manually withdrawn to my deposit card, will get an email in regards to this issue (no email received) one excuse after another after another. These sites are quick enough taking deposits yet when you go to withdraw your winnings they do absolutely everything to stop you from collecting your winnings. Their live chat host’s are fake and tell far to many lies. Definitely will not be using this gambling site again.

They gave me free Spin and I won around £18.90 and after that, the game didn’t work and I tried different games same issues. I was advised to change my network and I switched to phone data still same issues. Even they didn’t allow me to use my £18.90 in a different games. You can only play in some games to just lose your money. I talked to Mike (the agent), he tried to help me out but not useful info. Looks shady business happening over there.

Anyone else feeling we might not be getting our money? After depositing for the welcome bonus and using the free spins I noticed the bonus credit I won from said spins wasn’t credited. Contacted them and they asked my Affordability aka where the funds came from which I replied birthday funds only to find out WITHOUT them notifying me they have blocked my account. This is now day 6 of not getting my withdrawals,they keep saying its been processed and they are just waiting for their bank to release the funds,what sort of business are they running?
