I would be interested in seeing if people could update their review once theyve been paid out so I can get an understanding of the time frames. used to love this casino but.the withdrawls used to be so fast on here within an hour sometimes now they state 2 to 24 hours and even after its long passed 24 hours still no withdrawl sent you need to step up your game like other casinos that pay almost instantly. also customer service are like a bunch of robots same cut and paste awnsers all the time. just like the cut and paste robotic replies to everyone else on here lol.update. withdrawl as now been sitting on processing for the past 13 hours live chat claim they are waiting for their bank to send the funds lol seriously 13 hours what bank are you using

Have been with Netbet for years and havnt had much of an issue.However after a max win on 29th April it seems Netbet doesnt want to pay out! Typically when withdrawing money pop up message coming all money will be process in 2 to 24 hours but it's almost 6 days passed they don't have processed the payment.when I talk in customer service in morning they saying it will done today, than I message in evening they saying bank haven't release the payment due to high volume of transaction they everyday lie.i don't know whether I receive the payment or not.its proper fake company they not paying money to any one.i am just waiting for tommorrow otherwise I am goin to resolver team.i really frustrated with these.

I have never had one problem with netbet and all withdrawals have been received within 24hrs but this week its very different,I only have a mere 78 due yet this is the 4th day I've been waiting for it,I've emailed with no reply as yet,I've also been on live chat to various agents over the last 3 days and each one gives me a different story,1st agent saying they have a very high withdrawal count going on so wait your turn sort of thing,2nd agent telling me it will be in my account by the morning at the latest,it wasn't!,3rd agent saying its been processed so just wait for your email confirmation of as yet I have not received,I'm finding this all highly suspicious on there part,it's as if they want to hold onto the money for as long as possible or maybe they've run out of money! Who knows?,whatever the reason I feel its bad business and is severely lacking compared to others I have used in the past,unibet puts it in my account literally within 5 min and no more than an hour so why is netbet so complicated? It's all very fishy to me and unfair to their paying punters who certainly deserve a much better service than they are getting,I hope things get better sooner rather than later

Exceeding customer service expectations for me … I feel netbet is a great casino .. I’ve played on many sites and had lots of problems from withdrawals to depositing and so on .. but netbet I have had no issues at all .. everything straight forward .. give them all the correct documentation and you have no issues at all .. I think LUKE , Hazel and the rest of the team are great .. always happy to help and always polite !! I love using netbet and will continue to tell my friends and family members about it ..

I opened an account with this company, and deposited money. I was given 25 free spins on 2 games so I played them and won roughly 5 from them. When I went to play another game it said I had no funds, my deposit was gone without me placing any bets! I done a live chat with John and he told me that Id placed 2 bets, which was incorrect, I hadnt placed any real money bets yet. He asked me to show him proof via my bets option on my account, so I showed him a screenshot and a screen recording to prove that no bets had been placed yet. He then sent it to the technical team and said Id hear back. I heard nothing! So I went to log in and theyve closed my account!! So I live chatted, again with John, and he told me that the technical team agreed that the bets had been placed, which they had not! As I showed with proof! And my account was closed because my email address contained my childs name!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer, especially a new customer! Id have happily played often on their site if this hadnt have been my first experience, I want my money back and an apology also. Not a chance Ill use this company again or recommend to anyone.

However, small stake player like myself 40p a spin and every spin but 2 lost. over 80 consecutive losses. now that isn't random. contacted support asked for licence number, because I believe that the games need testing independently because nobody is that "unlucky" they won't give licence number. why wouldn't a legitimate company supply the details? 1 star, is 1 star too many. should be an option for zero. not a sore loser, lose more often than not, but gameplay is horrendous on this site because there is NO RANDOM. none

Over 95hrs and my withdrawals are still in a pending status, not even processed by the netbet team.... there site states 2-24hrs for processing when verified (This is clearly a lie / false advertising) and there lack of communication is ridiculous.I have contacted them multiple times and all thay say is there waiting on another department, no information and they refuse to provide any ETA.... This isnt even my first withdrawal, I'm fully verified so there should be no excuses or isses.Note: I have already emailed your team, all they do is say its still in processing and it will be escalated.... considering it was escaleted three days ago via chat and they still have not provided any information, or estimated time till completion they were not helpful at all.Case: 06162168

I don't understand the method here at all. They put a deposit limit of 230 a week on my account which is fine. I deposited that amount and was playing. I was at 118 and a message came up saying 'you've reached your loss limit for this month'. It didn't even let me see the result of that game and still took the 8. What is the point of putting a 230 limit on the account then stopping my play when I haven't even used it? I've withdrawn the 110 I had left (after it took the 8 and didn't even complete the game) and I'll be going elsewhere. The logic makes no sense

I’ve withdrawn the 110 I had left (after it took the 8 and didn’t even complete the game) and I’ll be going elsewhere. The logic makes no sense

I like netbet because it offers many games, more than most of the casinos in the UK. Loyalty shop is cool as well, and I had a very good contact with customer service. Angela was very polite, fast and helfpul. So I would recommend.

As per the majority of the reviews here, not what it says on the tin, a/c opened and first deposit made but no free bet received as per the welcome offer.Email message sent via the online help centre but no reply.Looking at every netbet response to poor reviews here - "please message us again with your a/c details so we can look into this further" - no, I won't waste my time chasing what is a free bet owed by this company as the reviews here tell you that would be a waste of time.In comparison, as someone with practice of many accounts and online since 2005 this is the first time I have experienced this, it is poor practice and service.

I understand theres a delay in releasing funds but as a big company Id expect these services to be rectified quickly. This is a rare occurrence and Ill be patient because we live in a real world and things like this happen. Im awaiting 410 in withdrawal I just hope it doesnt take too long. Rest assured I will still deposit on this site :) keep your head up staffUpdate - Just had confirmation my funds are on the way to my bank all issues have been sorted ??????
