So hellou I have register 2 yet as sgo in netbet site yeah 5 days ago make deposit from avaliable bonus get the bonus but after when have done bonus the vining amount not be add to my account so I have contact support the say I restrict from bonus . I say how just now have opt in avaliable bonus make deposit spend the money and no I restrict really...okay the say wee chcek your account okay wait 5 days today ask from me bank statement okay send after jour again I say I have send yo you send I not working I old lady and the still ask me and still ask me all the support people not helping realy I ask something 20 min wait in chat for respond like when waiting for buss realy realy bad the department team I dont know what the want for me l detox insurat size from shoes realy very bad very bad now have closed accounts t I closed my account beacous the make me angry 100times say not work and still want income omg if have 20 years the I send big income .. realy guys not play on netbet the support ignore not help arrogant horrible bay

In what universe are netbet rated 4.3? It just shows what a joke this trustpilot is. Nobody in their right mind gives them 5 stars unless they've been offered an incentive. Some of the worst odds I've ever seen in my life. Customer service is a joke too.

I don't think reviews are fair I almost daily deposit in hope they will give sone win but total loss no withdraw only drposite. Seems very poor company only sucking our hard money.. be aware guys.

Signed up with sign up offer last night, received 25 spins and deposited 10 for extra and didnt receive it, won 5 on roulette and it logged me out and when I try getting back into my account it says password incorrect even though I set up the account 10 minutes before and wrote the password down, tried getting customer service help but couldnt get any at all so now Ive had to email, wish I never signed up for NetBet now as its taken my money and locked it away.

Need much improvement business wise, they are stingy in offering free bets without wagering like other brokers.Also need better design to guide on the betting options, for example a double bet being called x1, x2.. not very helpful.

Always been a big fan of Netbet decent sports odds and good variety on casino, disappointed that since the turn of the year they seem to have removed every single promotion from the site. They used to have some of the best and most interesting promotions going and really set themselves apart with this. Now it just seems like every other site.

Took my deposit and restricted my play to 10% of my deposit without any consent. Went to withdraw and get CHARGED to withdraw which only happened because they wouldn’t allow me to play with my own money. Company is poor, ignores emails, doesn’t respond in good time. Awful experience all round. I advise you to go somewhere more reputableEdit after their response- already done what they said. Unrealistic and using the terms and law in their own favour to protect their own financial interests and actively prevented multiple wins by cancelling bets saying I couldn't afford it. If I couldn't afford how do they allow me to deposit amounts apparently beyond my means? Basic dishonesty even in their response

When opening the site it is slow and keeps crashing because of a pop up message asking me to deposit even though it then wont let me because the loss limit is too small and despite sending the documents in twice everything just went silent on that front. Bonuses are really hard to understand and when I asked from help on the chat his advice worked but also made me loose £5.35/5.62 of the balance to which he replied "I am sorry to hear that" - I am sorry I have wasted my time on this site- and have learnt my lesson for the future. Goodbye 2022.......Goodbye Netbet.......

I could only play a monthly limit of 520 and a loss of 516 monthly after reaching these amounts i couldnt still play the free daily bonus and receive it yet not play it even though its FREE MONEY and could potentially win something from it wouldnt use this site again at all having to send more details to increase limit if i want to increase my limit to play my money then thats my decision so i closed my account do not use this site

The 5* reviews are laughable. I notice most of them are extremely short and end up praising the chat. Nothing about the oddsI have been limited to 10 a month, that's after weeks of waiting after sending bank statements inI logged into my account and got a pop up asking if I wanted to deposit money hahaha The odds on sport are dreadful so I won't be losing sleep, I wouldn't believe any of the 5 star reviews though
