There is some persistent glitch in Netbet’s system that won’t let me access and use my rewards. Whenever I click on ‘Claim’ for any of them, I get asked to log in again. And round and round it goes in this same loop. I emailed them asking them to look into this, but haven’t heard back. It doesn’t give me a lot of confidence to keep playing with them, and therefore I’m closing my account.

Theyve asked for transactions – They are not accepting because it doesnt have my account number – they had no issue withdrawing any other money. Ive raised a complaint and theyve ignored me now for over one week and had no acknowledgement or response

I deposited 50 and closed my account on Monday due to constant issues i was having while playing games, i withdrew my money and closed my account – 72 hours later the website are being awkward and failing to pay out despite my method of withdrawl being the same as every previous withdrawl, I advise not to bet with them and take your issues to the regulator

what?!!! i always trust UK TRUST PILOT but they have to create some tools to stop posting FRIENDS&FAMILY /FAKE reviews . i mean come on netbet ?!! 4 stars ?!! lol its like giving Michelin start to local chippy runs by Jamal&Tracy !?!lol tried them for 3 years , 10s of deposits 0 withdrawal ,the funny part was when i asked to close the account , you cud still log in no problem ! i delted my wallet so they had no access to my cards , even changed my personal details to something made up (when they wudnt close the account ) to make it impossible to deposit , i swear i still have the screenshot, to test i entered 20 and clicked deposit , guess what 20 pound credited to my account ?!!! i contacted them nd i said how on earth you take money of my account when i asked times and times to close the account , when i tried to delete my paypal and bank card when i changed account holder name from xxxx to micheal jackson , how ?!! they said it takes time your changes registered …!!? wud u beleive that , then i said ok i want to withdraw that money . listen to this one , he said since you chnaged account holder name we need new identity and when you done NEW account verification you can withdraw your money !!! i mean for a week i cudnt pick up my jaw of the floor lol .!!! THEY HAVE ZIRO NOT EVEN AN ATOM OF SHAME to uktrsutpilot , if they wanted to be funny nd try reomve the feedback , i had account with them i think from 2016-2017 until 2020-2021 with same email as i registered here

I seen the reviews and thought would be a good website to join, Ive been waiting over 72 hours while my withdrawls havent been processed and have been in processing, ive messaged as no website should take this long, i just get scripted responses we have high volumes you will receive your withdrawls, no help what so ever, very dissapointing

What an utter joke the reviews are. Excellent, don’t make me laughI’ve been limited to 2.50 and it wont be reversed and had to wait 3 months for that decision. Absolutely pathetic offers cashout which you can never cash out. I tried to cash out about 15 times over a 20 minute period with one team left and everytime it said it was suspended even though it wasn’t. The absolute cretin of their customer service said they reserve the right to not offer a cash. I said that’s not what I asked, I said what’s the point of offering it. Morons. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Netbet is the worst betting site I ever played!!! Do not make my mistake and do not open an account with them. I am undecided about this casino i made my first deposit via paysafe on the 13th of this month sent my id up and that was verified within a reasonable period of time.so all looked good to play. I had a fantastic run on the slots hitting a wow pot of just over 100 quid on a 20p spin and then 220 odd quid on Christmas mega ways again off a 20 p spin so i have to strongly disagree with reviews about netbets slots not paying out. now when it comes to withdrawal this is where the doubts come in i was asked for a bank statement to process my winnings so i sent a screen shot of page one of my statement 48 hours later i was informed we do not accept screenshots so i sent the full statement in pdf form 24 hours later i was told via email your cashout will be processed within 24hours by us (the casino) and be in my bank within 5 to 8 days that has not happened… so far after asking for my funds on 15th of this month they still have not even left the casino and still show as pending in my account thats 8 days so far with 5 to 8 more to wait once netbet process the withdrawal that means it will be at least half of one full month to get paid out i really wanted to play poker with them as opposed to slots but if this cashout process is the norm then i have to go elsewhere as most good sites nowadays have your winnings in your bank within mins or hours not weeks going on months. I am more than willing to accept that as this is my first cashout kyc can take some time and because this is such a good casino and they also have poker i will continue to play at netbet until cashing out is a proven issue! so overall i can say im having the time of my life playing there but have come across a few issues with payments. I would like to add whilst writing this review the funds have now left the casino and are on the way to my bank. giving me every confidence that future cashouts will processed much more efficiently as kyc has been completed in its entirety
