Not sure how many times have to wager 5 quid until i will be able to withraw? 40x? wagered like 100 times, and still only 19%, fu you.
Closed my account after an hour of opening, first time i was this much disgusted,
I do not recommend it, i would rather go to playojo or betfair, they are fair.

Got of to a bit of a slow start as far as putting winnings in my bank account and some of the paperwork needed was annoying but everything has been fine and pretty quick payments aswel now. So if was asked would I recommend the site the answer is yes

They let you deposit money but if you lose a few hundred pounds they stop you betting unless you send a load of paperwork. Pointless site. Avoid.

You sign up you win or lose as is normal but when it comes to withdrawing get ready for the amount of paper work needed you can get a mortgage with less details. Never known anything in my life ask for 6months worth of bank statements in a certain format, they want photo ID a photo of my bank card and utility bills and whatever you sen didn’t good enough. Great site and great games just ruined by that!

This website dose not deserve all the bad reviews I opened an account 3 days ago deposited 100 won 2000 on the live roulette and was paid in to my account today – 3 days later. I did have to send documents to get my account verified but was processed quickly. Also they took a 30 fee off my winnings for some reason but that's no big deal after winning 2k. Overall a great experience on this website I will have no worries about using them again.

Found this site to pay out really well , had a run of decent wins , you have to put in a fair bit and bet higher stakes , found blazing mammoth and starburst to pay out really well , one day I had 10 free spins on statburst in bonus funds this had a fairly high wagering requirement 50 x I believe , but with this small bonus I smashed the requirement and won over 1000 pounds from depositing no money , pay out was fast and had no problems receiving my money . If your going to only play 10p stakes you won’t win much , but if your prepared to take the risk , it seemed to pay off !

If I could give no stars I would. Stay away they are an awful site. Don't take their free spins you will get nowhere. The slots take your money very quick without giving you free spins or bonuses. Don't waste your money.

My 2nd Review of this Criminal Company, I just deposited a small amount to try it again, just to make sure. And yes its now considered rated my No1 Dodgy Corrupt Casino out of all the ones I've reviewed. 3 Bonus wins on Dog House and the biggest win was 2.80. and after that no matter what Slot I tried, every spin was DEAD!!!!!! Your live chat assistant Victoria was extremely helpful and a credit to your company though her abilities to satisfy customers requests are extremely limited due to the offers you lack. I would recommend daily free games that require no deposit as most gambling sites do. I’d also recommend giving your assistants the authority to administer good will free bets where necessary again to build customer relation. I would like to again compliment Victoria on her customer service she was awesome and very understanding!

I deposited 30 and withdrew 20, the next time I log in my account is limited, I have had too many special offers apparently and can't have any more. I think I had 2 betting offers which lost anyway and a few free spins which I didn't use because I couldn't figure out how to use them.

They employ people to devise offers to attract new customers, email you the offers and when you take them up they pay someone else to stop you accepting any more. I wonder how this company remains in business.

The worst thing about my experience was them insisting on seeing my bank statement. I find this very intrusive. I told them to close my account immediately. There are other bookmakers that are far easier to deal with and won't ask you for a load of intrusive details before they can fully verify your account.

I do like this online casino. However I found it better to play on there app then via Internet explorer. The games load full screen on the app and it runs smoother. I found it very slow and the games wouldn't play very well on via there website, there was a bar at the bottom that you can't get rid of?
Get a ton of free spins but it's not very easy or clear how to claim them and use them.
Withdrawing money is simple and surprising quick.

This company is crap. I deposited 200 into my account and it didn’t show in my balance. I opened a case with PayPal. Apparently PayPal was down at the time. It took me a long time and various messages to get my money back eventually. They would not even compensate me for the stress. Customer service also not very helpful.

I made an account. All up and running.then I get emailed to send a whole list of pictures. They take my money no problem whatsoever but I'm not allowed to withdraw until I send photo I'd. A photo of the bank card used. A photo of utility bill and photo of my bank statements. People think they will only want 1 or the other but that's not the case.ive got a tick list what to send and it's all the above! After signing up only a week ago and placing a few bets on football, I had my stakes restricted to a maximum of 1. I have been told by their customer services that I can't be given any reason why I have been restricted but that I have to "change my betting pattern" if I want to be unrestricted, saying that I can't bet only on football. Essentially seems like they to use their site I have to bet on what they want me to bet on. Complete joke of a company.

Rubbish. No one expects to win millions but what I dont understand is you don't win zilch and if you want your first time customers to come back then they need encouragement. I blew ten pounds in minutes and think I won around a quid. Not the best of sites.

I join and leave casinos all the time, I join to have fun and I leave if I feel I am being ripped off and the games are loaded against me. I have remained with Netbet for years because I lose, but I also win and they pay out quickly without having to jump through hoops to get your winnings. Don't get me wrong I lose but always get a run for my money and when I win it is in my bank within 48 hours. That's what I want from a casino.

Have taken 10 out of my account but won't let me into the site without the intrusive questions and photos that they need. Dodgy website take your money scam site. Just deposited via my PayPal which cleared.however not in my Paypal. Go to live chat who messages sorry out of hours and closes the box instantly. This is at 11:05pm I will get a refund tomorrow and close. Shady website stay clear!

Don`t waste your time people, I deposited 40 as a new customer and received 30 free spins to which i won 3.09p. I only played on slots that I knew from previous Casinos that were decent payouts etc, but on NetBet it felt very different. I only played for 10p – 20p a spin and my money vanished in no time. You would swear I was coming of a Huge win on every spin, It just felt like theft. Shocking. The hassle I went through to withdraw 10 pounds was ridiculous. The selections aren't even good. They set weird random maximum bet amounts on accumulators. Poor customer service. Poor everything.
