Again these folk want every document under the sun and to know everything about you. I deposit £60 and TRY to withdraw £153 but you guessed it I'm being fobbed off. The only thing they don't ask for is a urine sample or blood. I can honestly say I'll be waiting an eternity to get the cash. Please people stay away from these charlatans.

Stay well well, clear is full of house bots for a start, taking the same time every time to check, raise and fold no different timings on decisions , so many times ,me having a pocket pair for example like JJ and then the same user names producing QQ and KK in the same hand but the main red flag is timing, every hand the taking the exact same time on the clock to make their choice, that isn’t a real person, sit and go was real players but the Tournaments section is full of them, you will notice, customer service a joke when reporting. Poor withdrawal times, On google comes up as “instant withdrawal” I can assure it it is not instant after days of chasing still no winnings over £1000. Just another company that is quick to take your money but take forever and a day to give it back. I won’t be using again only keeping my account until I hopefully eventually get my withdrawal!!

You deposit, lets say, 500 and start playing. You lose 200 and then, massive win, 150. Then, you loose 250. Boom! Massive win, 190. You say, all right, I'll try another game. The same thing. Eventually, you lose your money. That's it! Nothing to say more about Netbet. Avoid!!

Never used or heard of NetBet so only deposited £10 on sign up. Won £50 and tried to withdraw before using it any further. Shock horror, it’s been a week now and no funds and withdrawal stuck in a Pending state. Documents provided for ID and accepted. Yet no movement on funds. Typical for these casinos that enjoy taking money but don’t relish paying it back out to customers. Only deposit I’ll be making.

I have to say this has been the worst casino for me so far, in the last 2 weeks I've put in about £600 and I've had a total of 5 bonuses throught different games which 4 of them were dead bonuses and the 5th won no more than £30-£40, the payput have been atrocious and hardly ever win on normal spins either...its a shame as all over aspects have been greatMy Account is KING13KING13 if netbet was to see what I'm saying

I was worried! I had put money on this casino and won £500 at the time I was happy until I saw the 3.4 star trust pilot and the reviews were bad! Saying people didn’t get their withdrawals and that people didn’t get paid! I emailed my information which was wrong and they helped me instantly to correct it and within 24 hours £500 in my bank. I was worried like I said so emailed the support team and they gave me multiple updates! I will use again and I think it’s unfair 3.4 star on here!

Found netbet through searching "online casino" on Google. Advertised as instant withdrawals. Withdrawn money as a test , a low and behold they need sensitive information , bank statements, driver licence, debit card and utility bill. Takes one day for finance team to look at the documents then a other 48 hours for them to process withdrawal. As usual these companies are quick to take your money and try everything to not give it back.

❌ stay away ❌ one of the worst sites I have played on , you get a small win upon joining then it takes and takes your money. Absolutely disgusting £1.05 spins bring in £5 win and the scatters are very far apart and when they do come in you get nothing for the first 6 spins then pence for the other 4 spins and if you manage get the extra 10 spins not one comes in. Same on big bass bonanza, bigger bass, big bass Christmas, big bas fisherman, book of dead . Contacted support who say the usual that games are generated and they have no say in wins which I think is rubbish. I will update if any different but in the meantime don’t waste your money here as you will not win.

I just made a £700 withdrawal and am not concerned at all by the reviews - The reason being is if they mess me around I'll speak to my uncle who is a very senior member of the UKGC and they won't know what hit them!For anyone who gets asked for ID after a winning. This is againat the UKGC regulations and they're not allowed to ask for ID as part of the withdrawal process if ID could have been requested earlier - Please remember this.I'll give them 1 star until they send my withdrawal - which i expect to receive today or in the morning at the latest.

Not much i can say for the moment, I'm new here.I see that free spins are there to reedem very often which is amazing considering other bookmakers don't do that at the same rate.Maybe on the on sports section on football matches more options to bet will be great for example: Multi bet correct score Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals / 3.5 goals etc.. Double chance and over 1.5 goals / over 2.5 goals etc..Oh and maybe an netbet app for Ireland would've been great

I read some of the negative reviews and as a result noticed that you have delayed paying people because of verification documents. I have uploaded mine and also emailed the support email as quoted on your website. I have requested a withdrawal today and so there should be no delay in paying my winnings out. It is only a small amount however the delay in you paying results in me being unable to take a timeout while I wait for it because I Darenth take the time put and not be able to chase my withdrawal should there be a delay. This then results in me spending more money and as a result you are contributing to irresponsible gambling. The verification policy you have is merely a device to delay paying people out and potentially gambling what they are trying to withdraw. There is no legal basis for the unreasonable amount of documentation required and it is irresponsible of you to expect as much.

I registered and started playing some slots, had a lot of fun, even managed to win a small amount 30gbp to be exact and as I am currently off work and receiving a low income I was delighted and withdrew the funds. That’s when you asked me for document after document after document. I have never been asked for any of these documents by any other gambling site I have used and I think that there is something very strange going on here. There is no reason to make things so difficult for the customer to withdraw their winnings. This will put people off from depositing and playing because you guys are happy enough to take money from customers without problem or delay, but you become impossible to deal with when we want to withdraw anything, even just £30. I have sent you the requested documents and I await you sending me the money. If this is not resolved quickly I will be extremely frustrated as this money is going to provide food for me and my child.

When you first sign up to Netbet you get some wins and quite good gameplay and bonuses.It doesn't take long before that changes.The RTP becomes non existent and takes hundreds and hundreds of spins to get bonuses which 9 out of 10 times end up being dead spin bonuses.The base games become mostly dead spins with minimal wins to deplete your funds.Netbet is the worst casino I have ever played and you will not get fair play on here.

I made a withdrawal over 2 weeks ago and this has not yet been processed. I am absolutely furious.I made a withdrawl of £1000 which I also had to pay a fee on - for what?Following my withdrawal I was asked for a bank statement which I forwarded.I then received more emails asking for a bank statement over the next couple of days which I sent again.7 whole days passed before you contacted me again asking for more documents which I forwarded.I have now been waiting ANOTHER 7 days for these documents to be verified and my withdrawal to be processed. This is completely atrocious.The gambling commision state what you are doing is against their rules as I had deposited both before and after this large sums of money without requiring further verification.I have sent around 15 emails with only one reponse which gave no update. I have complained on chat 5+ times and have been promised an update within 24 hours 3 times which hasn't happened.Process my withdrawl immediately and provide some sort of compensation or I will be forced to contact the relevant authorities.Also when I complained on chat you closed my account which is riduclous.

Lack of urgency and transparencyNot really one for writing reviews but I want to tell you my experience with Netbet.co.ukSigned up over a year ago, sent documents etc came back all fine and continued to play no issues, then mid January I tried to deposit and a message appears saying my account needs to be reviewed before I can play, I had no email or call from customer service so I emailed them...I had a message back 4 days later saying they need more documents (same as ive already sent) so i sent them... This was over a month ago ..I've emailed them 4/5 times asking what's going on nobody can tell me, they just say it's been sent to the relevant department as soon as we know we will contact you!!! Over 2 months ago now.... how long does it take to look at some documents? Do they have like 1 person working for them ? I've had a few accounts with other casino's /poker sites and unfortunately this is the most frustrating experience I've had, never put the customer first it's a poor showing and I will not be using them as much as before if this ever gets sorted.....Very poor avoid...I will update this if I ever get a response or an update

Error in slot-machine or with network (hard to say which as all I had to do was reload the site), leads to me losing a significant amount of money during a bonus round. I contact their support with screenshots of it, which promises to credit the money to my account but does so as a bonus with a 40x playthrough. When I question this, he says he will contact their technical support to fix it and e-mail me. He, of course, never does so. I have 1) never had this happen on any other site, and 2) to say you will do something, and then not do it after it happens destroys any credibility. It has now been five working days.

After emailing my documents to support who never replied I decided to re submit them on the site but it asked for different documents than the email bur submitted these anyways. Haven't heard back from this either and no live chat facility. So thought maybe if I withdraw my money at least theyl reply about the documents but still nothing. Eventually I thought about it and said I'll press withdraw anyways and see what happens. Then it said that I will lose the free bet that they advertise to make you join if I do that so didn't do that yet even though I'll likely lose the free bet.Now see that this company is based in Malta so that's also a bit dodgy isn't it. I've used quite a lot of gambling sites and would say this is one of the poorer ones that I've used. The portal and website looks like something a child on a Fisher price computer would design. When you go into your cash withdrawl and deposit part it is very awkward to go back to the sportsbook. In fact if you have no interest in casinos like me it is very hard to use the sportsbook in the first place.Also when I submitted and uploaded my documents to the online version of the site for submission and pressed send the send button just went faded and it didn't confirm if my documents had even being sent Overall I would say AVOID this sportsbook. They may give you a free bet but they equally make sure that you have to jump through an excessive number of hoops before being able to claim your money.
