Bit oddset me a monthly limit and were fine about it, then the next day they suddenly demanded tons of ID, i asked them why and they ignored my email , i sent it twice and nothing back from themI know they read feedback as they reply to ppl who have given it 5 stars so any chance you can reply to me?I wont lose sleep if they dont bother as the odds are poor and the customer service team totally inflexible, I was a few minutes late for a promotion and rather than give me the bet they stated terms and conditions and refused. I can see there have been plenty of negative reviews here about Novibet, and people can only talk about their personal experience.So far, I have found them to be excellent. I have encountered no problems with them whatsoever. The customer service has been brilliant, emails and live chats have been answered quickly and some minor issues dealt with promptly.They offer excellent sporting and casino promotions, and all of the free bets and free spins I have qualified for have been paid on time. A recent withdrawal I made went through without delay too.10/10 so far.

Another one of those “you win once, you lose for the rest of your time there” types. Customer service is poor like all the others say. Had to verify myself multiple times for no reason. Website buggy, bonuses they try to tempt you with don’t even hit immediately like pretty much any other site. Games reliable on other sites seem absolutely destined to fail only on here? Spending £70 in tiny bets and not getting any bonus rounds on slots. It’s just miserable. Unless you plan on losing every bet, go somewhere else. won 4/5 of my last bets and as i go to place my 6th I’m told I’m not allowed to place bets in excess of 20. Ey? Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later Im still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter!
