Was told via Live Chat something regarding my bonus bet incorrectly to what was found out to be true so I was not merited with the free bet. Also attempted to withdraw winnings and was advised to send a photo of my card unsecured via email. Really difficult company to work with who have breached GDPR for not treating my data securely.

This company is not in uk.Legal advice can not help you..Also small claim court not let you fill up the form and now i'm asking ppl if anyone know about take them in the court..i only lost small money but i'm not going to give up..i advice everyone don't go there don't use the site..they are robber..they robbed in day light and uk law can't do anything..i willing to pay court fee because i have a strong avidence with the photo and i can't do anything right now just advice to ppl just stay away from them..if anybody know how to sue them please tell me in comment..thank you everyone.

I joined this casino hoping to finally find one that ticked all the boxes after having so many problems with a multitude of others over 10 years and closing them. So I followed their guideline requesting KYC (know your customer) documents BEFORE depositing. These were accepted on the same day as sending them, which pleased me. I deposit with Paypal and updating my balance is done immediately. This casino's "lobby" page is very well laid out and their search facility is ace. In fact locating everything is just so easy, unlike others. I play on a tablet and the sheer choice of slots are amazing. In fact playing on a mobile here is not a hurdle at all. The only gripe being that they still have slots with flash so not playable on a mobile. Withdrawals and I have done a few are either done within 2 hours or instantly. This really impresses me because this is a first. I did have to contact by email customer support and the reply came back next day. But sadly my comment was totally ignored and answered with unrelated text. Additionally they are not just a casino because they have a betting department, but this is not why I joined.

I had to complain about these crooks to the Gambling commission and IBAS. I made a withdrawal of over 800 but the money wasn't paid into my account for nearly 3 months. Kept fobbing me off and only replied to a few of my emails. Kept asking for verification when my account was already verified. Anyway, I did resend the verification to them and they still had my account deactivated. This will likely happen to if you withdraw any money. Do yourself a massive favour and don't bet with them. Scammers AVOID!! I got my money back eventually after I complained to IBAS.

Avoid these guys at all costs. I've no idea how they are still operating. They will try every trick in the book to get out of paying you your winnings. If you point out to them why one reason doesn't make sense, they will come back with an even more ridiculous one. I'll be submitting a complaint against them to the UKGC. There are lots of options for online casinos & betting sites, just make sure you don't use these guys. Update: Did a bit of research on these guys, including checking their accounts on Companies House - they're basically skint, especially for a casino! They also have a long string of dissolved companies. As dodgy as they come, explains their reluctance / refusal to pay winnings to their customers. How they've still got a GC licence god only knows! It's also completely obvious that the people giving them 5 star reviews on here are connected with the company. I'd put good money on them having their licence stripped very soon. Complete cowboys!

Love this site not been a customer very long but so far so good everything seems great, Support are extremely friendly and helpful I had to verify my account which I was told that they had electronically verfied me so all I needed to send was a simple proof of address which I sent and that was verfied within a hour. They have lots of promotions already in the last week I had 2 lots of wager free 50 free spins added I asked if they was any promotion's available and support said they would email the correct department and they will contact me and sure enough they did and added 10 no wager bonus. This casino used to be extremely good but as gone hill really fast in the last 6 months, use to get regular free spins and cash bonuses but now they give you nothing, I've also noticed that the slots seem very unfair, feel like no matter how much you deposit there is not any chance of winning anymore.

I mean, who could predict this situation?!Now they confiscated my winnings (cca 750 gbp). I registered on the site, verified ID and POA, played some casino games and lost. Later on, I deposited more, made a 15-20 sports bets (up to 4000 GBP total), bet only on soccer corners which were available on their site. Before the games were played trough, Novibet deactivated my account. They asked for various documents (selfie with my ID, an official document that proves that my register mobile number belongs to me, Neteller screenshot and a picture of my credit card), I sent them everything they asked for, they accepted them but still did not verify my account, reason being: "We would like to inform you that your account has been deactivated and is currently under review by Novibet security department. You will be informed by the company on any update regarding this case, when the investigation is completed". So basically, after they verified all of my documents, accepted it, they deactivated my account again. I don't believe that this is a coincidence since when I was losing money my account was working fine.

Deposited, got bonus, lost both. Then went on months later, wagered and won a small bet of just 100. Tried to withdraw, then got email asking to verify bank cards!!!! Why? So i sent pics in an email. The reply was that i now needed some form of bank statement verifying that the cards were mine. I mean come on, thats too much hassle. And that didnt happen when i deposited. I have a few quid left in account but wont bother withdrawing cause i wont get it as well as the initial bet winnings. Beware of this site.

I think I can back up what most people are saying on here I opened an account and had to verify it with some documentation then played a few quid (couple of hundred to be precise) and lost most of it, went back on a month later and had a bit of luck won a few hundred back and withdrew it only to be told I had to verify the card that I had registered on the account isn't it funny they didn't want verification when they were taking my money so I did as they asked and received my money fast forward to several wins later my account has now being restricted to placing bets in pence instead of pounds looks like they really don't like losing money(well hey who does) but they offer me no explanation as to why so I've emptied my account and will be closing it down so to sum it up if you want the chance to win money find another bookie with better morals and customer service and don't waste your time jumping through hoops to get your winnings back!!

Practically ALL one star reviews left here and the .com page are sour grapes from people who have happened to lose some money. But guess what.......That's gambling for you! That's the risk. If you won each and every time you played, there would be no casino to play at. If I had had a problem of ANY kind with this company, believe me you would hear about it, because I've had some shady things happen to me in the past from now known rogue casinos. I just wish people weren't too quick to jump on to a review site after hitting a bad run......and sometimes bad runs can go for a long time. If you're not prepared to lose, don't gamble. Simple! More than 400 spins on book of dead without bonus says all about this casino. 50 of them were free spins they tried to avoid giving me as advertised, they ended up giving the spins but the game was a money eater, I gave up after a while as I suspect the game has the free spins feature removed :D Poor experience with the other ones, except Great Rhino that gave me a bonus because I double-clicked the spin button and had the luck to catch 9 nice rhinos. Novibet for me is a good bookmaker with a really cool website that is pretty easy to navigate. They offer a wide range of markets for any punter to pick from and they offer pretty great odds but with any bookie, you dont win all the time. Novibet is another interesting bookie. It has a good website, and a range of markets you can choose to bet from. The odds provided by this bookmaker are not so great especially the fixed ones. They give weekly promotions and the have great customer service delivery. On your first arrival on the site, you get a welcome offer of 25, however to get the bonus, you must be one who accumulates three or more games with 1.7odds.

Really bad service. I signed up in order to receive a free bet only to be told I did not qualify for the free bet and when asked why via live chat person didn’t respond and disconnected the chat. I therefore withdrew my winnings only to be told I need to provide ID. I have signed up to other bookmakers and never had to do this. I sent a copy of passport, driving licence (both sides) and bank card as requested. I received an email the next day to confirm account verified and you will receive an email when we process your withdrawal request. I am still waiting on them sending me my winnings despite account now verified and don’t know why they couldn’t carry out the request at the same time as verifying my account. Don’t use this shocking company. Use a more reputable company such as William hill, Betfair, bet365, paddy power and sky bet. Much better service than this company

So far pleased. I had a 1000x plus win and had to verify my acc to withdraw this however, I wasn’t prompted to provide docs on previous smaller withdrawals days before. The sports platform isn’t great for racing as the e/w bets are clearly less substantial than most book makers and the places are restricted to 123 even in the Aintree Grand National! and must be one of very few if any betting companies to offer this! Customer service seem friendly and efficient with quick processing.

Great customer service and fast withdrawals. Signed up last weekend and so far everything has been great. Documents were verified very quickly, cash out has been processed very quickly and when they said it would. Cannot recommend this site highly enough every customer service request I have sent has been responded to within 24 hours and most times quicker. Also love that you can put a cancellation of withdrawal block on so that once you withdraw you have no option to cancel for another week, great great option to have. Would recommend this site for sports betting to any UK customer.
