I have had lots of interaction with agents at paddy power lately that don’t even meetv1 ⭐️ but after alot of patients and time I git sn agent called kelly who listened to me and supported me with my complaint and she deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for listening to me and to support me to deal with complaint and to raise another complaint om how I have been treated I think kelly sud b put encharge and the rest re trained.Hopefully I get answers in 24hr thankfully to kelly

I think this has to be the most terrible casino I have played throughout my years. After you have created an account for some time it’s almost like you never get the daily rewards or win while spending money unless you spend a bigger amount which you lose more if you decide to play it. Terrible experience for someone who has used it for a while, use anything else then this.

Very bad casino also thieves, deposited total of £300 to play, got error message saying transaction declined on there side but was approved by my bank, so tried again another £300 which was accepted total credit to play was £300 only not £600 So when I checked my bank account was negative of £600 from paddy power, I would like my additional £300 pounds back that you stole from me please. Also my account has now been closed and no way of returning my money that they stole. I will be reporting you to my fraud team for taking my money and not credited. Please be careful with this site and watch your bank details. Name was JuicyGG I will be taking legal action against paddy power to get my additional none used £300.I have managed to contact them, and I will receive my £300 in 42-72 hrs of money has been received I will delete this review.

Spent 3 hours on chat today. My account has been suspended and then when reopened they put a 7 day time out on it this is so i lose my £5 free bet and 25 free spins from paddy power rewards club. This is extremely unfair and seems paddy power turns it on us the punters. I will be looking to take this further for this treatment and to make a statement. I hope paddy power are smart enough to add these to my account next week. This is principle. I don’t like there disrestpect and belittling. You may have control of my online account and that’s where it stops. Disgraceful. Oh yes not to mention my account is up so they extracting there loses back via there slots. This is why they suspended my account as I complained about there slots. I have all chats recorded for future claims. Deborah is very invasive do not waste your time on chat with him or her as they just added a 7 day time out which will lose my free bet and spins. Tried to set an account up and sent them all the information they asked for including personal details to verify the account. Said they would take 5-10 minutes and get back.3 days later nothing keep asking me to upload documents which ive done 3 times. You can’t even speak to anyone. 5th time I have sent a review and still refuse to answer! Seriously couldn’t be bothered to reply! Have no respect and hate their customers! This proves that they could not care! Awful, still haven’t got in contact and blatantly refused access to my own account despite having over £289 in my account! They state that I had to be verified even though this has already been done! Despite fulfilling there requirements they have now suspended my account! I have been advised by my lawyer to warn them of impending interest and charges!! Doubt they will even bother to reply!! How do. I go about speaking to someone as lastnight my account kept crashing, cleared caches, date, deleted app and reinstalled played today fine and now the same is happening but it plays fine on ebeything else. No customer service standards!Recently had an issue with one of the live games where the game froze. It was a video poker gam, I was halfway through selecting my cards when it froze. It would have been a really good hand to use, but obviously that’s not what was used. Customer service refused to refund the hand or allow me to replay the hand.

They offer completely free bets all the time and I don’t even really spend that much compared to my peers. They do really well to take care of their customers and any time I’ve required help the robot on chat has helped, or if you simply ask it to speak to a human you will get transferred through to a very helpful customer service representative. My previous review was removed.I told the facts as they were. Playing blackjack and losing 12 or more hands in a row without a win, this happens most days. Its blatantly fixed without a doubt. Slow dealing cards that turn over slowly. Dealer had blackjack 4 times in a row.Then had a 7 card 21 and a 6 card 21.Etc.etc. it’s just unbelievably but hey this is paddypower.Please read my review then decide if you join.The slots hardly payout also.enough is enough.Paddypower is now reducing promotions on sports betting too.Enough is Enough. Stay away!!!!!!They are the worst online gaming platform ever. I have a limit set by myself on what I spend monthly. I play a little bit of blackjack but mostly poker. So I have £500 left to deposit. I did that and confirmed it with my banking app. The deposit fails on there side. I due to play to tournament in 20 min. They do not credit my and remove the remaining amount from my limit. You can’t call them. You can only message. And then chat with a bot for 30min before chatting to a real person. Then they tell you, sorry it’s a mistake on our side but it will take 24 hours to sort out. There costumer service in the worst I have ever seen. And they really done give a dame about there costumers. Again SAY AWAY. You will be very disappointed.

Stay away from this bloody crooked site. Played blackjack because I won on sports.What an effing mistake that was.12 hands..no win.Slow dealing cards. Cards not turning over properly.Dealer had blackjack 5 bloody time.Dealer 20/21 4 times.Then had a 7 yes 7 hand 21.UNBELIVABLE.I have been playing blackjack for over 50 years and this is the only site I have ever seen this happen.Occasionally I have seen a 6 hand 21 Dealer hand, however on this site this happens quite often.Lesson learned, never play on this site again.This shows this site is blatantly fixed.My advice is play somewhere else.Read reviews but ignore 5star reviews they have nothing to do with gaming whatsoever FACT.My review is not because I lost that’s the chance I take when playing blackjack.However on this site I just don’t seem to get a fair play unlikevitherxsites I have played blackjack on.I certainly have not lost 12 or more hands in a row.
