Opened an account. Deposited £50, placed a bet and won. My account has been suspended and have spent hours over the past 4 days on their chat leaving me frustrated. I simply want my money and have sent id and proof of address. They now want bank statements which is none of their business so I can’t withdraw my money. They should ask for any info they want prior to opening the account, accepting a deposit and placing a bet and not after the event and refusing to pay out. I’m now going to visit a shop and demand my money but I suspect the police will attend and side with them telling me it’s a civil matter. Outrageous so my advice is avoid them

Had my account locked for over 7days everytime I try speak to an agent fobbed off to the next one because no one wants to deal with my case! Bring back phone calls that can be resolved because your whole team on the PCs and horrendous 0 customer support training

I was enjoying playing some Blackjack on the Paddypower app today. As ever, up, down, up again etc etc… When i came to playing my final hand with some of the profits I increased my stake to £65. As the timer counted down for the bet to close the Paddypower app crashed on me and the screen went blank. My first thought was that i would reconnect and my bet would be waiting for me to ‘go again’. This was not the case, and it had resulted in a loss. How can one play a card game where the aim is to get to 21 and beat the dealer in the process without having visability on what cards i have or what cards the dealer has. Without the ability to hit, stand, split, double etc etc. Once the App started working agiain, i noticed my balance was £65 light and got straight onto live chat where you have to tell a robot 104 times that you want to speak to a human. I eventually got through to a robot like human called Pardeep. Who was about as useful as a wet paper bag. After explaining the issue, i thought it would have been a straightforwar ‘sorry our app is SH*TE, here is a refund or worst case scenario, a free bet as a goodwill gesuture’. Nope… nothing of the sort. They went into T&C’s and how the RNG (Random number generator) will take control and play for you until resulted and connection is regained. I dont know about you, but i dont tend to enjoy staking bets for someone / something else to play on my behalf. I would genuinely have more fun wiping my arse with £20s and flushing them down the loo. After all this was discussed, Pardeep couldn’t offer any form of human nature or goodwill gesture and must have left the chat to reattach his lips around MR PADDY POWERS you know what. Since this happening i have withdrawn my balance and taken a screenshot of my open bets to ensure if any of them result in a win I will be back onto them to PAY ME MY MONEYYYYYY. Moving forwards, Paddy Power can well and truley ‘Get in the bin’. Bunch of Idiots.

Stay away from this bloody crooked site. All slingo games are not now regulated, so paddypower alters payouts, fact.Played slingo bingoton, had 23 spins at £1.37,trying to get last number, didn’t bloody come in.staked approx £34, Won £4.,which was what I had before I done the spins. This happened 3 effing times, .thieving crooked bastrds.how do they keep getting away with rigging the bloody reels, time and time again.Enough is Enough, stop loss now £1.Am annoyed as I had open bets ,and forgot to do loss limit £1, yesterday.Won’t be making the same bloody mistake again. Dont touch this bookmaker as there are many other much better online bookmakers out there.Offer free bets and when i went to use them they took the bet from my credit balance and not the free bet.Contacted help and support and didnt understand the problem,couldnt help me and just kept asking for a screenshot which didnt show the problem.Totally useless.

Stay away from this bloody crooked thieving crooked site.It just gets worse and worse.Payouts are virtually nil.I expect a fair run for my money, but crooked paddypower has other ideas.as soon as my open bets settle ,account will be closed its6 impossibleto play say 16 hands of blackjackandlose 12 or 13 hands in a row, and win 1 hand.This is not a one off, it happened nearly every day. if you play roulette in their shops beware they might not have any money to pay you. i won 900 euros in a dundalk shop and the very ignorant staff said we have no money to pay you. i said put on my bank card. give me a cheque. no no. i was told to drive 30 miles to drogheda to another shop to get my money.what a joke of a business

I absolutely hate this rigged garbage site, not as much as I hate myself for playing Blackjack time and time again, knowing the outcome and knowing the dealers hands before they are turned over. I bet 25£ on a match. I won 622£ and they suspended my account with the explanation that my betting activity is suspicious and then closed my account without further comment. They also banned my IP so I can’t reach the customer service. These people and their services are completely rubbish and robbing people’s money.

Paddy Power exploit vulnerable customers and intentionally ignores and changes deposit limits. I reopened my Paddy Power account following a hiatus in which my sister sadly committed suicide. When I returned to the gambling site I clearly set an affordable limit of £500. During the initial few days I had some winnings, and Paddy Power allowed me to put money back in up to my agreed limit. However, without my consent they actually increased my deposit limit and I ended up depositing £600 in one single deposit just a few days later. I ended up losing all my winnings and deposited alot more than my agreed budget. I understand that I should take responsibility for my deposits, but Paddy Power overrode my agreed deposit limit when they realised I was winning so they could get back the winnings and more. I have complained to Paddy Power and their responses have not been unacceptable. I will complain to trading standards and the gambling commission, but the odds seem to be stacked against the complainant. I will not give up though, as I know that Paddy Power have blatantly broken safer gambling rules and believe from their blasé response they will get away with it. Therefore, I implore that those with similar experiences get in contact, so I may build up a portfolio of evidence against this unethical and irresponsible company.

Used to be so good,payouts now are rubbish, £160 played finally got a bonus ,won £3 , played the live games bonus never really come and winning is ridiculous, will be giving this site up again . Website was fine taking my money… different story when I went to withdraw. Made me upload multiple documents. This was not good enough even though they were clear scanned images (including driving licencee and bank statement). In the end, they had me taking a selfie where I had to hold up a piece of paper with the date and photo I.D. to get my now blocked account reinstated. To rub salt into the wound I won again later that day, went to withdraw and had to do the whole process again!. Absolute joke will never use them again. No other site I have ever used treats people in this way.
