This was my own fault for not querying it especially after it being the 2nd time in 6 weeks but they are a bunch of robbing b#####ds!! I done a 20p lucky 15 with a £3.50 ew acca written on the same slip. 1 nr, 2 placed and a 10/1 winner. They paid me out £29.27 in the Edgware Rd. shop. Thought about it 20 mins after leaving the shop and checked it on PPs bet calculator and it should have paid just over £43, not a lot but how many people have been done over like this?? As I said, my own fault but still peed off they’re stitching people up like this!

I had a bet on the greyhounds a forecast double ,the first forecast won, the second had a non runner but the remaining dog won . I thought the winnings went on as a single. That’s I seen on the website. But no , bet void . Refused to pay . This is the same shop who showed the results to a meeting that never happened. . Only when I rang Oxford greyhound track and was told meeting abandoned, due to electrical . I got my money back. Would love an answer

The spin the wheel game never wins unless it’s a scratch card, which only happens about twice a month and still you win nothing from that. Also the beat the drop game is fixed. When I get an answer correctly, towards the high questions it will say that I’ve lost even though I’m right, so then my chance of getting a good cash prize. It’s fixed and full of crap

Not 1 STAR. ZERO! I made money from Paddy Power for the first time. I wanted to withdraw the money and the money has not been transferred to my bank account (HSBC UK) for 3 days!!! I contacted support; they said me “the money will be transferred to your account within 2-5 days. It is related to your bank; If it doesn’t work, get in touch!” There cannot be a problem caused by HSBC UK! Also; one of them said that they will check me, whether I am eligible or not for the payment! I live in the UK, I have issued a UK Bank Account. Moreover; It is complete nonsense that they do not check whether I am eligible when depositing money for betting, but check whether I am eligible when making the payment! I have never seen such nonsense!!! I also bet on Betfred. Betfred is extremely good at this. When you win, your money is transferred to your account within 1 hour! Also; I tried “Wonder Wheel” 3 times and every time the results are the same ” You lost” !!!

no cash out offered on doubles 30 mins apart, when you have a winner in the first leg. Bets not settled on games where they are abandoned due to weather that start at 11am still not settled by 6pm, who the heck is going to restart a game 8 hours later – avoid

I am a customer with Paddy Power for several years. I bet very little but when I do love the experience of competitions with my husband. I used my maiden name for years and then changed my credit card to my married name but my account name is still my married name which I cannot change. When I win I cannot withdraw my money and I have tried chatbot, email and phoning.. Nothing has worked. But surprisingly enough I can bet. They are willing to take the money off me.. What a contradiction.

Devi a customer service advisor was absolutely ridiculous today. An advisor asked me to come back to chat on the 2/05/24 and said there would be a bonus availble. So I came back on to be told I was chasing a bonus and my account would be timed out. All I did was simply follow the instructions from an advisor to check on todays date. Devi not only spoke poorly too me all Devi did was try and get rid of me. Not listen to me. Try and palm me off but most of all just didn’t listen to me attall and began reply’s with things that had no context. There was no empathy not understanding no nothing infact it was just ridiculous purposely winding me up. Jesus I only asked if anything was availble because I was told to come back on todays date a simple no there’s nothing sorry would have been fine but instead Devi was just taking the wee probly laughing behind the screen because th is left such a distaste in my mouth I thought oh my god this person is actually taking the wee with the responses. Devi clearly needs training and to be watched what a terrible service Devi give and a auwfull outlook on paddy’s behalf. Needs training and needs a eye watching as Devi is not a good person to have on the team. With training may turn it around but needs to listen understand then reply not palm Poeple off and not listen to a single thing

Awful casino. The slots are not paying and it’s very difficult to get bonus rounds and even if you do you will get small wins. I spent over £400 and literally landed 1 bonus round and got £68 on £2 stake. My honest opinion go play somewhere else if you like slots not at PP.

Absolutely shocking site as soon is around end of month u won’t win anything from 50£ I got 1£ back and its funy how it always rounds up ur balance so u have 0 left is that coincidence??? To be honest Paddy used to be a good site but it’s an absolute take on now. Cash out is always frozen, cash outs are much lower than they should be, poor odds , the casino games never pay out. I put £300 into some games and got £20 back. The bonus games never kick in and when the game looks like it’s going to pay out an error always occurs coincidentally. Those pragmatic games are terrible for a pay out. Paddy is terrible! Bet builders always freeze, the winning parts of the bet builder are never ticked green so Paddy power doesn’t have to offer a cash out.Luck of the Irish! Ha…you should be ashamed to call yourself an Irish company.Hopefully you get investigated. I’m absolutely disgusted with playing your site. Very poor customer service. I placed a bet a week ago and when I tried to log back into my account for winnings my account was blocked. I contacted then and they said my account had been suspended 2 years ago even though I managed to log in and deposit more funds. I’ve contacted them now on their ridiculous system about 4 times now, having to go through the same thing over and over again. They eventually sent me an email which I responded to which was then blocked. Don’t use this company!

I won a bet builder for fouls. However, PP scammed me by not paying because their technology couldn’t account for a retrospective yellow card for a FOUL. GILCHRIST in Arsenal v Chelsea. Their support tried to bend the definition of foul which was ludicrous. How many people have been conned? Complaint to Gambling Commission on its way. By the way. They ASK YOU TO GIVE A REVIEW if they’ve given you a free get. In short, they are buying reviews which must be against Trust-pilots policies?
