Been blocked on this site now for a month over turning my games section off , the next day my account is suspended, I’ve used this site for years & being treated like a criminal!!! I’ve been on & spoke with their chat & it’s useless thy put me thru to their specialist team who are also useless I’ve been waiting for an email from pp for over a month now & not heard a thing ! Try treating your customers properly pp because your a disgrace !

Live casino roulette cheatsI don’t know how they do it, but Paddy Power are very clearly cheating on live casino roulette. Perhaps it’s the magic ball (which does exist if you google it), but something is clearly not right hereI always play the exactly same numbers and leave the exactly the same numbers out.Just 8 numbers left out (this is 100% true)Out of those 20 sessions the 8 numbers I’ve left out have come up 47% (when it should average 21.6%). Nearly 1 in 2.Needless to say, ALL 20 sessions have ended quickly and in a loss. Conversely, I have 8 big winning numbers on the board, which have come up 7% of the time. How on earth can 8 numbers left out come up nearly 7 times as often as the 8 winning numbers?????A bunch of cheating scam artists who need to be closed down.

Paddy Power, unfortunately, is a dirty casino, just a scam. They will never give you any chance to win. They have terrible control of the magnets in roulette. I believe that all casinos are owned by one person, because I have the same dealers in all the casinos of the world. The same people, unfortunately, and I do not know why.

Thieving crooked bastrds. Absolutely crooked cheating bastrds, pure evil.played blackjack, didn’t win a hand, lost £110, how they keep getting away rigging the hands is beyond a bloody joke. Slow dealing cards yet again, dealer 2nd card not turning over properly when I have stuck, I get 20, dealer gets 21 in 6 effing cards, twice in a row dealer got blackjack 3 hands in 4. Only on paddypower does this happen, never on any other site I play on. I don’t mind losing but I expect a fair play but with paddypower it’s just TAKE TAKE TAKE ALL THE BLOODY TIME.Enough is enough, never play any games on this crooked site again. Regulator just allows this to happen regardless of the complaints they receive. Rtp 99.2% is supposed to reflect the returns to player ,BUT IT IS ALMOST 100%BACK TO PADDYPOWER EVERY BLOODY TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED EFFING BLOODY FIXED SITE. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

If your here trust your gut and use a different bookie, firstly paddy has a lot of issues like not settling bets correctly, never offering cash out when your bets doing good, terrible odds and all their “boosts” are worse odds than normal selection on other bookies.Now for the slots, very easy to tell they’re made for A DEFINITELY house win, if you get a bonus you’ll see how suspiciously bad it is and how little you get (THATS IF YOU GET A BONUS) they never hit no matter what day, time, game you play or however long you play for you will receive nothing… your first big win will be after paddy has made 3x minimum of what they gave you. A finished basketball game was there for more than 6 hours. Anyone who doesn’t know how to bet and lose, how dirty Paddy Power is. I was winning the other game 5 times, my bet was locked, while my team was losing, I wanted to bet and I won that game.

They’ve become so obsessed with bet builders and forgotten about the customers who do accas. Conveniently for them as BB are hard to win. Their wheel of fortune soon as lands on £100 cash it then goes in reverse fro a 10p scratchcard. Lost my bets after 7 years or more as a customer.

How thy treat loyal customers is a disgrace , I took the gaming & poker off my account & the next day my account is blocked I’ve had 6 or 7 online chats with them & there expert security team what a joke that is ! Opened account to make one off bet on Grand National. They were happy to take my bet. However irrespective of the many ways they have tried to help me do this. Every method fails. Its not like I am money laundering. I simply want my messily bet with winnings (£50 bet- £52 won) back. Horrible experience just to get £2 back.

It obvious the people dealing with betting queries dont understand betting. I had a bet on Saturday and took 14/1 about a horse, it was placed at 28/1 so I should have been paid our at 28/1. I got 14/1.Ironically I had a bet earlier i the day, took 9/2 place at 5/1 got paid at 5/1. The person dealing with the query couldn’t see similarly and just kept telling the bet was settled correctly. CLUELESS. I have closed my account. Not that that concerns them, plently of other book makers. PS while i was studying for yesterday I noted that the majority of PP early prices were 2 points lower than the majority of other leading bookmakers….Outrageous.

Registered and deposited and then account frozen saying I’m in a different country and spent 3 days trying to resolve and nothing no one to call, they take you money and then feeeze accounts to stop use of deposit bonuses. Very rude and never resolve any issue. Have screenshots of conversations and how useless they are

From someone who does gamble or put bets on (don’t even know how to) I decided to create an account today for the grand national so I could put some on. I tried to create an account and was told the details have already been used for an account? I went to live chat to be told they will create me an account so I sent the details that were required, to be told there is already an account with those details and they can’t help me this is impossible I’ve never made a betting account??!!
