They closed my account for some unknown reason. I spent half an hour on the chat box yesterday and ended up getting nowhere. I asked to have my balance refunded to me but was told that I need to talk to Customer Service. I spent one hour today going through a lot of the same again, giving my full name, passport, drivers license and other information. After one hour they are Now just passing me onto a different agent. This is the third agent today. They tell me they will ping me when you’re available as they are very busy. Unlikely that they we will come back to me but Paddy Power still has my money.

Have lost approx £35,000 with them in the last 2 years.I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply pay) and I also know a senior paddy power employee who advised me so. They and most bookmakers make 95-99% of their money from problem gamblers and the £1 yankee crew. I e-mailed their safer gambling protection team and said I was extremely low and needed help and they have as of yet ignored me. I have written e-mails to them as have my friends outlining and asking why they continue to allow vast deposits from me and they have flat ignored everything.I have spoken at length with the gambling commission who have insisted on me asking the bookmakers that served me and only after I see their responses and rationale to report to them. The whole thing is just one big scam to keep the turnovers increasing.

Notification I had 5 euro free bet so decided to place 10 euro on upcoming race. Pressed the 10 euro icon on the app as I have done thousands of times before. Horse lost and thought no more about it. Logged in a couple of days later and to my horror saw that 109 euro had been taken for bet. Went on to webchat but basically told it was my responsibility to check the bet. Offered a 1 euro bonus bet as compensation.

Last night placed just a £5 double on rangers to lose and both teams to score same with Man Utd v Porto .Rangers were losing 1-4 and Man Utd losing 3-2 when tried numerous times to cash out ! I placed a bet this morning, believing it be Best Odds Guaranteed but under Paddy Power’s terms and conditions I have to opt-in, which I hadn’t done. The agent was very understanding and made an ex-Gratia payment as a free bet for the difference. They didn’t need to do this, but as a sign of good faith they did.

Overall good site. Like the promos/rewards. Many other sites don’t offer what they do. They reward you for playing with them. It is gambling so you have to expect loses but Ive had several wins on slots and bingo and never had issues withdrawing takes minutes to hit my account. Happy customer will continue to use!

I was paid out on a bet of over £40 and I withdrew my winnings and went on app later on in the day and put my account in minus as they put the bet as lost so I’ve been on customer service live chat for over an hour and they are refusing to clear the minus on my account but offer me free bets which is out of order. There’s something seriously with PP slot games, the RTP’s on their own games is most definitely been abused by them. Don’t be fooled by their slots when it says higher chance of cash collect spend a little more. This company has never heard of cash collect unless its less than 50p. 120 spins with a chance of higher cash collect and not one cash collect. Do not register with Paddy power my account was £385 in profit and all of a sudden got suspended, i went online to see why and had to speak to a advisor who was basically making things up to suggest I was a gambling addict. My account was limited to £20 per day but was accused of making 351 cash deposits in around 2 months, If you win on this site guys you will be suspended
