Do not trust this site, we had money transferred out of our bank account via pay pal, deposited into pp and then withdrawn all in a couple of minutes. £750 was taken and it took weeks of complaining until our money was returned. Look elsewhere.

Have been with paddy power a lot of years with no problems until I couldn’t access my account, forgot password etc. the assistant was very patient and good at explaining how to get back on to it.

First of all I would like to say I enjoyed my time with paddy power I deposited a lot enjoyed the games and sports betting and withdrew a lot all without fault ! One day my account suspended they want to check my details (again this had already been done ) I thought ok no worries sent what they asked for TWO weeks later my account is still suspended no emails no correspondence. Dunno how this casino is average has anyone seen there jackpot prize line ya can put €20 euro on it and get lowest or prize on the wheel or bet builders that have one leg to let you down or really high odds put in with low odds …. I’ve been playing with paddy power some time now. Never been a problem up till now! I’ve made a withdrawal of £2000 and they keep cancelling it! They are quick to take your money but won’t pay it out! Bating in mind I’ve made other withdrawals after this £2000 and I received them.When speaking with their customer service on chat I’m told a bunch of lies everytime. That’ll I’ll receive the money in 2-5 days and then it changes to 1-4 days. I was then promised this morning that I would have the money in 2-5 hours! Absolute crooks! The law requires the RTP of their slots pay out their RTP but they pay out exactly NOTHING when they are LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PAY OUT THEIR RTP. You can put literately THOUSANDS IN AND GET NOTHING BACK. Opened a account no issues, deposited money and made a bet to get the new user offers no problem. My bet won problems started suddenly now after I won had to prove who I was, my address and my funding. Sent in my driver’s licence was rejected but the same photo was accepted when I renewed my passport? Sent in my bank statement attached to account but was rejected as they don’t accept Monza or Chase banks but we’re quite happy to allow my deposit from Monzo to go through. I asked why were they asking for the info after my bet won and not when the account was opened and got sent some link to help pages but no answer.

I thought I’d bet on the grand national and I opened a paddy power account not wanting to go in a shop I’m female they wouldn’t take my card because my digital bank is based outside the UK? I’m British? Weird so I tried to close the account and I was going in their shop to place a bet, I don’t bet except for the grand national. They won’t let me close the account for seven years??? It’s like they are strong arming me into using them? Out of principal now I won’t ever go in their shop! I tried everything to persuade them to close the online account as I can’t use it? I’ve never used it? If this was someone with a gambling problem surely this is a bad thing if they try to close their account they can’t I think the financial ombudsman or gaming authority should look at this.
