I have been playing PP slots for a couple of years. They do not care about what you deposit they have to follow gambling protocols. When they have decided on your deposit limit they set, then this is PP approval to take the monthly amount. Since January they have taken all available deposit limits with no plus month. I am going to try to add the graph. I am 100% down this year

Absolute thieves. My bet was settled incorrectly & when I raised the point the agent refused to accept. Insisted that bet was settled correctly & bullied me into accepting a good will gesture of £5, after blatantly lying to me. In the meantime however they resettled a previous bet for the same event as “lost” when previously they had settled it as a winning bet?? Couldn’t make it up. When I then tried to raise a complaint I was threatened with permanent closure of my account. Told them to close the account, good riddance. Can’t believe how bad this experience was, especially considering I was completely in the right.

I’m shocked at how paddy power can actually rip customers of the last 3 deposits totalling £70 on Gold cash big spins did’nt hit any bonus spins no 3 bs symbols dropped in to trigger bonus spins just nothing.I can honestly say from being an ex employee of a bookmakers i never known anything to be this bad.I did record the game as i was playing as this will be my proof when i cantact the gambling commision and the ombudsmen and this is not about the loss its about being greedy and this company should be shut down

I placed a bet with Paddy Power for NZ to beat England in the rugby yesterday. NZ won. Paddy Power didn’t pay out.I searched the website for an explanation – none of the FAQs helped.I contacted the “virtual assistant” which couldn’t answer the simplest questions. I was eventually put through to “Shayla” of customer service, who couldn’t answer the simplest questions. Shayla finally contacted “the team” who, 50 minutes after I started the conversation, gave me a reason why the bet wasn’t settled in my favour.The reason they gave wasn’t explicitly stated on the webpage when I made the bet, or in the settlement, or in any of the FAQs and T’s & C’s on the website. If Paddy Power’s own customer service staff are unable to understand the terms of their bets, what chance do the punters have?

Great games loads of fun the play. I had a recent access issue and I got into the customer service team about it. The bot was strangely helpful and I have felt with a lot of bots with other companies and they don’t always understand the reply but this bot was very good so we’ll done to the IT Team that clearly work hard with the bots. The representative I spoke to named Wazeer was very friendly and helpful in my enquiry and I would absolutely recommend that if anyone is having an issue the team are happy to help where they can.

I am eligible to comment on this site after playing for last few months, I have given it enough time! It’s Honestly the worse site to play! They take take take! I even set my self deposits every month (750) every month it goes! Every month! Enough is enough! They are not getting any more out of me! I had a Paddy Power account for over a year. My account was fully verified — not just “age verified,” but fully verified. On October 19, right after requesting a withdrawal of €1256, I suddenly received an email saying, “You need to verify your account” and asking for an ID, a utility bill, and proof of deposit (though they didn’t specify how to send these, as all their email addresses are inactive). I sent all the requested documents that same day.A few hours later, I received an email titled “Account Closure Notification.” Confused about what happened, I joined the live chat to find out. Support told me that my account would be closed, though they didn’t know the reason (as usual, support was no help). They said I could only receive the refund of my deposits, not the full withdrawal amount, to my bank account. When I calculated my deposits made throughout the year, it turned out they were actually higher than the withdrawal I requested. And there it was — Paddy Power showing their true colors!I was almost certain they’d refund the balance in my account at best, but not my deposits, even though they had announced loudly, “Only deposits will be refunded, not winnings!” And sure enough, after 10 days, they refunded an amount equal to my requested withdrawal, but it was still less than the total of my deposits. Completely unethical behavior! I’m sure they pick and choose the amount that’s most convenient for them to refund. Where’s your integrity, Paddy Power? Why wasn’t the full amount of my deposits returned?It’s no secret that sportsbooks use cheap tricks like this to benefit themselves. I would not recommend this sportsbook to anyone, just because of this unethical conduct.

Well…. how funny I left a good review yesterday and today a bad one because I entered a promotion on f1 whatsodd pp bet £5 at odds of 1/2 get a £5 free bet when it settles. I didn’t receive it. Went on live chat and agent manoj has had me go round in circles for 40 minutes. I sent him my bet I’d. A screenshot of the promotion and the link. He says he still can’t see it in my account. And I didn’t opt in when I always opt into promotions. This is out of order. Now chat is unavailable to me. Agents like this should not be working for betting firms they are frustrating and incompetent.

To be honest there’s always ups and downs with gambling but I will say pp is always very good with promotions and bet offers and reward club. They are as fair as any bookmaker can be. Even boost evens to 2/1 which is nice. Customer support is always there and they do there best too. For me I think pp is one of the best out there. The instant withdrawal method is excellent too. All respect to pp. Super sub is excellent as it keeps your bet running and live and maximises your chances of winning.

PP makes it increasingly different to qualify for promotions. If you don’t jump through all of the hoops you don’t qualify. When you contact them they are not interested. Surely it would be better to offer a £5 free bet as a goodwill gesture than to lose a regular customer.

Got qualified ie gave them all the stuff they wanted to prove its me. Went back months later and was ‘blocked’ they wanted everything again. I got onto the ‘chat line’ and was asked a serious of, frankly, stupid questions. ‘give me your mothers first name and date of birth’ I asked ‘do you want my mothers date of birth?’ No, your date of birth’ , I asked ‘do you want my mothers forename or maiden name? ‘ No answer. Then extended waits between any communication, then more demands for more information, which they already had, because I had placed bets previously. Whole thing was laughable, never again.

Joined with a privacy policy stating site belonged to paddy power Betfair plc on 24/8/24 and got emails from paddy power plc. Neither companies exist. Check your updated terms and conditions they didn’t tell you about, there’s now a whole section admitting Flutter entertainment are farming your data since I started a court case and reported to ICO and gambling commission . Check the footer of the website which has changed. You’ve no idea which company your gambling with as paddy power no longer exist since they merged with Betfair then became Flutter. They Ignored social responsibility code of practice . Read your terms and conditions. They even try to tell you they aren’t liable when they fail to abide by their licence requirement ! Try and guess which gambling licence your using too as all the licence numbers now on the footer of the website cover casino and two cover bingo as well!. They will change the company you need to claim from mid court proceedings. They will ignore all correspondence even the data protection officer will withhold data from your SAR and not respond. Anyone with emails from paddy power plc and who hasn’t been notified of the changed privacy policy contact a solicitor. Anyone let down by social responsibility failings which are gambling law please contact the gambling commission. Paddy power is not a company or even a group of companies as they were all part of the merger. New companies have been set up Flutter entertainment Uk and Flutter services in August 24 following my complaint. This is not a brand or a company it’s a website with no accountability . It might as well not be registered with the gambling commission as you have ZERO protection. My experience of The ‘flutter edge’ is them using the data of problem gamblers to their advantage and denying liability for letting them down. £3415 in 31 transactions in a matter of hours and not a single intervention despite being excluded on Betfair and Gamstop expiring hours before.

I had an online 3-fold on during the English games today. All teams were winning at 90 odd mins and I had a cash out option of £453 (winning bet would be be £505 and would of came in) I clicked cash out and the next message I got said congratulations you have won £47. I spoke to 4 different agents all all stoped the conversation, they refused to help and told me their technical team said this was correct.
