After being with sky bet for a fair old few years I switched to paddy power . Found they offer proper cash outs on football build a bets where sky bet would offer less than a £1 even if I was close to winning or going to win a few hundred. Honestly sky bet should look after there customers . They don’t so have lost my custom . Yeah only a small pawn but sky bet it only takes a wave of people to sink a ship .

Easily the worst company I’ve ever joined online for slots. Dont give them your money.. you won’t win anything. It’s an absolute con. I feel sick with the money I have paid them. The fact they do not reply to comments on here tells you all you need to know about this company!

Unbelievable. I played slingo Luckypants today because I won a few hundred at Cheltenham. Bug noisy mistake. List iver £120 in 4 games .This us a bloody 20p game. Wanted 1 number every game but didn’t get it, so stopped playing. It’s just so blatantly fixed its beyond a joke.odds of over 600/1 and still don’t win the full house of just £40.Stay away from all slingo games as now they are not regulated so you can not even complain about the unfairness of this game. Customer service is shocking!!!I have been having problems with my account since Boxing day and have tried to resolve this via the chat and have been passed to 5 different agents in different departments all of whom asked me the same questions and asked me to upload the same documents. I tried calling but you can’t call and have even emailed a complaint and have not received any response!

Tried to have a bet on my account and was told a number of times to try again and after many attempts the race was off and naturally the horse won so being annoyed I tried to close my account and was told that my bank was not on their list of payment methods but was there to take the money so having been asked to submit a copy of my statement which I did only to be told that it would not be accepted as it was a scanned copy There are no true bookmakers any more just money making machines that find ways not to pay out

The assistant is crap. Kept asking me the same question. It was like it was in a loop. Also no phone numbers available to speak to anyone for help. All in all I’m not happy with the way paddy power works I deleted my account but they kept all my information. I don’t like that either.

Returning from self exclusion after 6 months is not easy to do. However, at paddy power I was given the time and clear instruction on the process. PP staff were incredibly helpful and patient. It took time but I am now able to once again enjoy a flutter knowing I am in safe hands at PP. Incredible assistance. Thanks again PP 👍

Never trust their ‘free bets’ offer. Its basically a lie and your cash balance will be deducted with the amount the ‘free bet’ purports to offer.

Customer service was bad and claimed I used a payment service to deposit when it simply wasnt true. I then proved this by sending bank statements and it was then never brought back up. Instructions on what to do was unclear and time consuming. The account is now closed and I have to wait 24 hours for them to sort this issues therefore losing a day of cheltenham. The Agent I was speaking too was confusing and constantly made spelling errors. Overall shit experience wouldn’t recommend.

I have been a member for so many years, accepting all the rules and inconveniences and in return to get sorry!!!but is nothing we can do…not even possible to open a complaint to describe what went wrong with my last deposit….not showing in my account and been told that is still pending…! Pending for what??? This morning my last deposit as been taken from the balance calculation of the monthly base. Ok so on the bingo side of it, U can play slots whilst doiyso. Today I realised that they are connected to sky bingo slots, fluffy favourites is one. Like all the others same names countless times in an hour and as for those saying they can’t withdraw as the site says you are verified, regardless if they have had plenty of time to do so they cannot ask you to verify just because U want to withdraw. They just can’t do It. So don’t spend your money just cos they refuse to let you, go to the gambling commission if they won’t pay out and report the fact they take deposits but won’t pay out without verification. My account was suspended, reason given I had multiple accounts. I have had one account for many years.The customer service email is not responded to, so one has to resort to online chat. This is a lengthy procedure.Any error is on their part, i have had the same account for years, however without reason they require bank statement, credit card details, passport or driving licence. They will not even close the account without this information, they must know how it was funded, just refund to the bank.Faceless company just interested in mass profit, the amount they earn could surely justify decent customer services for clients.

Awful, still haven’t got in contact and blatantly refused access to my own account despite having over £289 in my account! They state that I had to be verified even though this has already been done! Despite fulfilling there requirements they have now suspended my account! I have been advised by my lawyer to warn them of impending interest and charges!! Doubt they will even bother to reply!! A really NASTY company! Which I have decided to continue to review until they do their job properly and give me my credit back with interest! DO NOT USE
