Certainly no luck of the Irish on this site!It’s embarrassing they even associate themselves with being Irish. They ask you to take their surveys and when you do everything starts going downhill from there. Don’t payout on bets! Freeze out accumulators and bet builders! Slot games rarely hit the bonus! They also glitch and the game switches off when a jackpot is about to drop especially after putting a good few quid into a game! Customer service is w##k! Don’t pay out on competitions! Paddy at one stage used to let me win. Nothing to get excited abt like but at least I made a profit. It’s been over 3 years n these blood suckers has been bleeding me dry.On pokerstars, always seems to crash or slow down when your abt to win big. Nother words…don’t let you win at all. Same it paddy account. They have literally place restrictions on my account on how much I win n that’s nothing. Up until now, I didn’t know they were both same site. Least now I know n think I should share with those if yous who don’t.They are horrible horrible people who will take you for all you get every time you play their sites.

Had a bet on Denmark v Germany game and showed on bet that Bah was carded and allowed me to cash out and withdraw after 15 minutes of “deliberation”. Once i had withdrawn the bet decision was changed and Paddy Power called back the payment leaving my account in a huge minus balance until it was recalled. Tried to contact customer service and chat was cancelled by the operator and no help or even explanation was given.

Absolute scumbags and a total scam !!!! Do not place a bet with paddy power they do not honour their bets, I won £1600 and they cancelled my bet and just refunded my stake !! They should be investigated

Honestly a joke. Always the same winners, barely ever get any wins and usually it’s a couple pounds, constantly on 1 to go. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your money. Don’t be fooled by the great wins when you first sign up, it doesn’t last.

Not into betting or football really but tempted with a Facebook 40:1 odds offer on England winning against Slovakia. Gained a £2 free bet but for the life of me couldn’t understand how to get it! Ended up putting my entire £5 over 3 bets. Not been paid anything yet despite winning. Likely to be closing my account

Had troubles with sign up £50 free beta. Don’t get them. (I actually forgot to enter code) and I contacted customer service via messaging them (which you can’t do on other betting apps at all. It’s email only) and they sorted it for me. Really really helpful and quickly. Great customer care and service. And favourite betting app now.

Daryl was excellent and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.Unfortunately Paddy Power on the whole are a complete joke.Having firstly suspended my account because I had similar details to someone who asked to be permanently excluded, it then took them three weeks to reactivate it after realising I wasn’t the person who asked to be permanently excluded, only for them to close my account a week later for exactly the same reason.It’s a shame as they have some decent promotions, but not worth the hassle if you have a common name as you’ll spend more time on to their customer service team trying to sort their cock-ups out than you will do gambling.

I think Paddy Power are one of the better online betting sites. Always fix any problems quickly and pay up instantly. Unlike others who take ages to pay. That’s why I don’t use them.

Unfortunately yesterday i lost my very expensive reading glasses. After looking and checking at home I retraced my movements, so this morning I remembered I was in paddy powers in wexford town. Tom and all the staff are so good, as are the shop at the other end of town. I’ve had a very long conversation with a girl called Sheba. This girl went above and beyond get through to the shop in question. She did get through to the shop and my glasses are there. Big shout out to Sheba.

Some of the worst customer service I think iv experienced. After messing up my bet, they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. When it evident they could have. Then asked where to go to make a formal complaint and was completely ignored. Horrible unreliable service and shocking customer interaction with help services.

I asked for a price on top goalscorer market for Ivan schranz in euro 2024. Traders came back (very quickly) and said they can’t give me a price on him. Talk about laziness, the prices in Paddy powers are not competitive. I’ve sky net prices and service is much better. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I am a Paddy Power account holder and bet on horse racing via the Racing Post App.My account was £39:09 in credit and had an ante post on English Oak at Royal Ascot (this won). Last Monday I logged in to place my bets for Tuesday and found I had been hacked and my account was 0:01p with the English Oak bet still to be run. I immediately contacted Paddy Power via the only resource possible, text chat (waste of time). The upshot was they acknowledged fraudulent activity and put my account on suspension. The following day they decided to pay what was in my account £39:09 and close my account permanently.I then contacted again and nicely stated I wasn’t happy but if that’s the case then I would like the English Oak bet to be Honoured and put the £39:09 in to my bank account that’s on the Paddy power account.I was fobbed off and when I contacted on Friday (after English Oak won), they said a new case has been opened.Tonight (24/6/2024). I contacted to see what was happening for I have had no further correspondence.They said the final decision of closing my account and retaining of my funds were final and no way of appealing or contacting voice to voice. All they said was they could offer advice on Safer Gambling. I said I only bet what I can afford to lose and given I was in profit then that’s safe. Charlatans!. Do Not Bet or have an account with these

I was fully verified 2 years ago. I submitted driving license, passport, proof of funds and proof of address. (They only requested these documents after a big win … very suspicious) I then went through the process and verified myself and played for around 12 months where I wasn’t really winning anything, very minor withdrawals of £100 at most here and there. I then got a big win and paddy power asked me to submit all documents again and put a freeze on my account until I provide them with the same documents already submitted previously … again very suspicious after a big win. £230,000 wagered in just 12 months at paddy power but out of principle I won’t be playing with them again. Constant re upload of documents. You get fully verified and then you have to start it again every time you get a big win. It’s ridiculous . Horrible company.

Best prices esp. horses. Main thing is their elite customer service which even during busy, hectic days they sort out your issues fairly. As far as bookies go I wouldn’t waste my time and money anywhere else.

As part of the group that owns several others PaddyPower allegedly said that I’d requested permanent exclusion false accusation because even gamstop and gamcare said I was only registered for self-exclusion for 5 years. They also closed down my accounts associated with the parent company flutter.com which own skybet betfair etc. Liars flutter never reply to my emails. It’s most likely because when I won a few hundred pounds I withdrew it
