So, I’ve been with paddy power for quite sometime. Usually only to do bets/lottery. A while ago I started playing the games, however never won a bean kept taking from me. I decided to ban myself from playing the game section for a year. The hear was up and thought I would have a dib. No word of a lie over a period of 2 days I spent over £100 did not have any build or wins and had 2 bonuses giving me pennies. I have now banned myself from the games for the foreseeable. Absolutely terrible site that just takes, no game play for your money. I have played more 2 star sites and won /bonuses etc. Just greedy! Il stick to only using pp for bets and lotto from now on. Only that way will I feel less robbed as its done online for the world to see not behind doors where they just take!! Stay clear I would if I was you

Signed up to Paddy Power for a promotional offer.I won the bet and they never gave me my Free bets.I have taken screenshots of both the terms being completed and my bet winning.Their customer service is a bot that isn’t useful at all. Avoid this company.

Terrible company. They lure you in with a promotion then when you ‘win’ they will point out why you somehow breached the terms in a tiny bit of small print. I planned to use this platform to have a few fun bets but instantly deleted my account after they did this. Only have a few small bets during big tournaments and this is the worst platform I’ve ever used.

Many people contact companies dissatisfied with service etc. and they can become frustrated talking to ‘robots’ or being asked to repeat verification and process but with PADDYPOWER one gets to ‘talk’ with an actual person who can overcome sarcasm and frustated retorts by a complainant such as I was but my problem was solved satisfactorily and I regretted my comments accordingly and apologised and the person dealing with my problem wished me well and attained a rethink result on whether to stay or not with the company. All’s well that ends well n’est pas.

I signed up and was supposed to get £30.00 free and 100 spins,I’ve not received any as apparently I didn’t do sign up properly. I have been told that I won’t be receiving any. Then they told me that it was technical issues with it,they said I would get it manually put in to my account but now their saying that I didn’t do sign up properly. Total rubbish, they won’t even reimburse me the £10 I wagered.

The customer service rep (Pooja) is a useless idiot and completely incompetent in doing simple tasks. I opted into a promo, wagered the correct amount but did not receive my free spins. PaddyPower (Pooka refused to credit the free spins and I wasted 1 hr of my life.

Just received fantastic customer support from Paddy Power (Andrew) who followed up on my enquiry, and after our communication of approx. an hour with the on-line chat, all my issues were resolved. So appreciative of his support and professionalism. I’m a happy mann.

They had technical issues which meant they was able to get results until ages after football matches had finished resulting in there cash out option not being available on any of the bets made they stole all profits owed to you within the cash out option. Took me hours to get to talk to a agent on their chat and they talk rubbish and didn’t care. Steer clear, try another site (skybet I have found is good).

PaddyPower are awful losers . I put a bet on inplay on the Germany v Scotland opening game at The Euros / correct score bet when it was the current score at that time , I then cashed out as a VAR decision went my way and took the profit. This morning they have reversed the bet and i now have a £222 deficit as my account balance. I did nothing wrong i took a price offered then cashed out soon after. I then withdrew funds. Nothing wrong whatsoever. They will argue that the bet price should have been taken down but thats not my issue. I have closed my account with them losing out long term as a very long standing and loyal client with a healthy turnover throughout. Disgraceful behaviour because they lost a bet !Do not touch these shisters.

I feel very safe and financially secure using this site .. i had an issue withdrawing .. and it was because they suspended my account but it was soon up and running again after some verification checks! I thought it was gona take forever I was ready to use another betting site .. but they resolved the issue quicker than I thought .. so I’m very happy about that and I feel much more secure knowing the checks they go though to make sure it is actually me u using the account 🙂

Had two issues which dealt with very professionnally. One issue was resolved where Chris had to overcome my lack of technical competence. The second issue was referred to the appropriate PP section. Just super service.

After a terrible experience on the customer service i deleted my account. My son who has a gambling addiction and has banned himself from all online gambling sites was able to illegally use my account and submit his card details lost hundreds of pounds in one night. received a email back saying they don’t check who’s bank is being used all they see is numbers. customer service is a joke and the company is a scam.

I signed up for PP as a new customer in late May upon which I had to upload my drivers license for verification purposes. I did this and was advised the document would be reviewed.A week later and I had not heard anything from PP so I log in again with the account still being under review. I open the chat to speak to someone, except all I got was the chat bot. This lead me to uploading my drivers license again, being advised I would be contacted soon through email. Guess what, of course no email.Almost another week later I log in again, my account still being under review. Only this time I notice that they are looking for additional documents. I open the chat, this time I somehow manage to get through to an agent. He asks me to upload ID and proof of address, pdf being the accepted formats. I upload both documents (passport and utility bill) in pdf upon which the agent advises me they only accept pictures. So I upload my ID in jpg format. This time the agent advises me they do not accept scanned documents, only pictures. At this point I simply have enough and decide to close my account with them.Don’t bother signing up with PP.

I had the misfortune to have to contact Paddy Power’s customer services and although my issue was resolved for me, I have no complaints about the resolution whatsoever, I will not be using them again.I spent over 2 hours on a “live chat” being passed on from one advisor to another and had to answer questions I had already answered because the new advisors couldn’t even be bothered to read the earlier exchanges on the chat.I was informed that if I didn’t respond within 5 minutes to their advisors they would close the chat yet I was left waiting continuously, for as long as 15 minutes on one occasion.If only Power valued their customers enough to allow them to actually speak to their customer services in person over the phone then my issue could have been resolved in minutes.Unless you have enough spare time to spend a couple of hours on a “live chat” my advice is find a bookmaker that will, when the need arises, allow you to speak to their customers services over the phone.

One of the worst customer service you can expect from them, they treat you like a kid and Liam and Jenna from Safe Gambling Department are the worst one I have dealth with and I would not recommend using them to bet, their are 100’s of better websites out there

Customer service seems to be very good any issues are sorted fast and free plays are almost instantly added how ever the bad bits the bonus rounds or features are a very poor pay out. No matter what stake you play (I have done most of them ) for a bonus/feature it’s not worth it maybe I’m unlucky but on other sites the payouts are a lot higher My advice would be play 10-20 pounds and hope for a small win as for the jackpot games I’m not even sure if they are real if you get a jackpot king you definitely won’t hit a big prize So over all out of a lot of sites I play this is the lowest payout for a bonus/feature Only play 10-20 of you don’t win walk away leave it for a week or two if you do win it’s only a small amount so don’t get excited Total waste of money

Had a problem with my account and when I contacted the customer care team they informed me that it was for security issues requested some information sent it in bingo account sorted good to know that my account is safe and in good hands well done to the paddy power team this is the way to do customer care 10/10👍😁

Paid £30 to my PP account via Worldplay, 22.4.24. It apparently didnt reach PP. Have had endless hours over many different days at online help with them to no avail. Goes round in circles, utter rubbish. They wanted my bank statement, i gave them it. They said they would need to pass it onto the resolution dept. Got an email back later stating I could not reply to it but could go online again to the online query line, and so it continues. Thankfully it was only £30 Ive lost. My bank confirmed it has been sent so cant get any help there. I will never us PP again thats for sure!!

This is crazy. My account was verified yesterday and today I got an email saying my account was closed. I didn’t even put a single bet on. 😡😡 And customers service agents have no idea as to why the account was closed and this is unethical.

I had issues with some hackers who fraudulently authorised payments from my account to the paddy power website.I had a chat with the customer service agent who re assured me that the account was under suspension and the case would be reviewed and dealt with as a matter of urgency.this gave me a sign of relief and reassurance that the merchant was a reliable and good merchant .I wasn’t expecting them to communicate to me in that manner has I have heard lots of beting companies are very bad in communicating but was different case with paddy power.

After opening an account yesterday05/06/2024 and deposited money into it on the same day, as i tried to log in this morning the msg came through saying “you are unable to log in as your accouint was Closed “.Very strange indeed that the money was taken from my acc and then with NO explanation – my acc was Closed .Spend a lot of time with Teh chat with No joy and tried once again only to come accross River-frey Lady who tried to help .
