System for complaints is totally incompetent. So far have wasted over 2 hrs trying to talk to someone about my issue. Finally received an email which was referring to the WRONG BET. So I had to start whole process again because I could not reply to the email. They were given the correct Bet ref no on 5 sep occasions and looked at the wrong bet. I don’t know if this is accidental or a deliberate policy to make me so frustrated that I give up and do not chase the issue.

Always reasonable and helpful with good bet offers and free bets. Odds are competitive to. Only think they do need to do is give you the 2 goal payout on accumulated footy bets not just singles 👍

Never offers you a cash out on your bets. When asked about this they fob you off & don’t offer any help to resolve this.

Hi everyone, been with paddy power for years but NO MORE. i had a bet on wed 27th in running & won £418 for £44 stake.. of course an hour after told on my account i was MINUS £272 & TOOK my £100 & odd balance also!!!!… 24 hours later altered my balance to ZERO!!!!… he settled on taking my balance of £100 odd.. because he can???… this is a true happening & he is a BAD LOSER.. of course they will blame a ( computer glitch) & the punter has no where to… thats his thank you to me ( stealing over a £100 ) for years & years of loyalty!!!!! Enough is Enough. Just plated slingo elf, staked over £116, on 1 effing game, staked over £95, trying to get 1 effing number, but didn’t come in. I thought it was a £100 full house but was only £50., my mistake fur carrying on playing, but this game is absolutely crooked and bloody fixed, 1116/1 odds and still number don’t come in. Love using paddy Power.. the app layout is so easy to understand and navigate to place bets or casino flip between the two so easy .. the customer service on the help section. Of the app is really good an agent (actual human) reply to you within 2 mins usually .. friendly and polite staff and theu do try there best to resolve any issues you got .

Honest review: good portal for playing. Shame all games are not available on the app, but that’s a small point.Now in terms of returns, things are very disappointing.I’ve withdrawn before and it seems once I reach that amount again , I couldn’t win anything.I’ve lost 15 hands in row on blackjack.I bet on 20 numbers in roulette and it hit all the numbers I didn’t bet on.Goonies slot acted like it triggered a bonus. Cheating Crooked bastrds. Just played crooked bloody blackjack, lost £128, drew 2, won nil, , got 21, dealer had blackjack, doubled up on £16, got 20, dealer got 21 in 5 effing cards, not once bloody twice. Lost 8 hands in a bloody row, then 6 in a row, yet again dodgy bloody cards, enough is enough, closing account. I don’t mind losing thats the chance I take but when I keep getting mugged on this crooked site, this is why its crooked and fixed. Look at reviews people, ignore most of the 5 star reviews, can not believe they are genuine all of a sudden. Shame on you paddy, .

Signed up for an offer to deposit £10, play £10 on bingo to qualify for 40 free spins and £40 bobbins across slots and bingo. I done the qualifying things and then looked to get my bonuses but it showed as 50% complete and I’d need to deposit another £10. I contacted support who told me that as I’d used my debit card through Apple pay that it didn’t count. I checked and whilst it does say you need to fund with a debit card (which my Applepay is) it does not state that using Applepay will do you getting the bonus. Absolute scam.

Paddy power say that they will pay you out when you’re team goes 2 up I had a bet Aston Villa to win they went 2-0 up and lost 3-2 the bet didn’t offer me the win so what I say to everyone who bets on paddy power change to bet 365 because when you’re team is 2-0 up they pay you straight out. I won’t be doing any football bets with paddy power anymore

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this site. The Website and app are good and easy to use. I had an issue withdrawing some winnings recently but a short chat with an online agent via their website sorted my issues out quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints and will continue to be a paddy power customer.

Got absolutely scammed AGAIN by paddy power. They offered a free e5 bet if you bet e5 on the boxing, so I decided to avail of this and low and behold I transferred the money put bet on but no free bet . I tried numerous times to enquire but automated bulls##t. Waited 1hr 10 minutes to be connected to live chat but just says “waiting to be connected “.I know it’s only e5 but the cheek of them. The old Paddy Power would never treat punters like thisUPDATE:paddy power connected me TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, is this really how customers should be treated. Absolutely disgraceful. The prices are affordable but most of all the help line is excellent. Clear. concise and the advisors are always polite and go that little bit extra to ensure your query is answered in full. I also enjoy their special promotions, which are very easy to do do and cost just 1 pound GBP. All in all a good experience.

I don’t know who makes up your rtp on slots cos it’s an absolute lie. Basically just fleece people no bonuses to be had and then have the cheek to put a limit on my deposits. They have no customer service and their staff are totally incompetent. I spent 3 hours on their chat trying to speak to a manager and still they wouldn’t put me through. They are basically a bunch of scammers. There is no way to contact them apart from the chat and the staff on there just ignore your messages and just pass you on to someone else when you try to explain what you’re problem is. Stay well clear of these cowboys. All they want is to take your money. Their email address doesn’t even work!
