As per others i see giving a review is that I was allowed to gamble and they trusted my identity UNTIL I tried to cash out and then they decided that they would suspend my account. I have been using paddy power two months. Customer Service is not good at all. If questioning about their fraudulent actions(especially they interchange the teams point), they will suspend the account saying you are addictive! Beware! The points they are showing on the app is different than the real results, once you find out they will suspend your account🤐

Bunch of cheaters!!!! The give offer for new customers 50/1 odds. I open account, after puting a bet on the game they give 50/1 stake, I get 1.73. When I ask where is my 50/1 they told me I did pay money from apple pay not by card and I don’t qualify. I deleted account with them and don’t want to deal with them anymore!!!

Misleading website.. long term occasional customer.. spotted that now need to opt in to get best odds guaranteed.. opt in.. site says your opted in.. bet wins but they don’t pay at best odds.. Small print states that only counts from next day.. If so then site shouldn’t say opted in until you actually are..Dodgy dodgy.. closed account and would recommend avoiding

Wanted to permanently delete my paddy power account as I was not happy with them locking all in play football betting numerous times when other bookmakers and the sister sites of theirs didn’t so they went ahead and blocked me from sky betting sky vegas etc,betfair,pokerstars and all the other sites they have, shambles! you should be able to close down an account completely without harming your access to others in their brand.

Where do i start Put 5 bets on the football today 25/11/233 accumulation bets were coming in at 90 mins and conveniently the games were marked suspended for the whole 90 mins (Over 15 games) the cashout for the 3 bets would have easily totalled over £1000 and in injury time teams scored I didn’t need to score and my bets went down.no cashout offered for over 90 mins is criminal

Something is not quite right with this company. I’m a user of 5 different gambling sites all of them give some and take some with good spins and bad spins. This particular one definitely has a higher % for the house. The slots always hit a bad RNG from the database. £300 down from different days in the week and different times of gambling. No bonus rounds and if it is it’s a scripted low paying measly little number. Very few in-game features activated if ever. Very very shady.Deposits and withdrawals are speedy, customer support non-existent in early morning hours. Would give 0 if I would.Took my £10, said I only deposited £5 so I deposited another £5, didn’t give me the 200 free spins. Then wouldn’t let me withdraw it into my bank I cut my losses and settled on taking it out via gift cards. £11 Asda gift card. Didn’t work. So they’ve stolen £15, not given me the spins they said they would and not given me the money back they took under false pretences. Absolutely horrendous betting site. Have lost count the amount of times i have had a bet doing reasonably well, showing a cashout of upto £20/£30 with 4/6 of the selections winning. As soon as the bet gets any closer to a win, they suspend the cashout for the rest of the game for no reason atall, this is so you cant cash-out anything & then eventually your team usually end up conceding a goal. I just had a bet where on the game facts a player had scored and the play resumed, a player i had on my betslip to score. Yet i checked my betslip and they hadnt ticked it off and had suspended the bet showing no cashout, when none of the games were suspended or being checked in anyway, they were all in play. My cashout would have been well over £200 as i only needed one more scorer, an amount i would have certainly cashout out on. Within the 15/20 minutes that paddy still hadnt ticked off my bet even though 5 of the 6 selections had won, it was still showing no cashout. The last remaining team on my betslip then conceded, and as soon as they conceded, to no surprise, a cashout instantly comes up, but the cashout was almost £0.00 as it was almost the end of the game at this point. Paddy knows exactly what they are doing in scenarios like this, they know how to scam players, remove cashouts & twist rules to benefit themselves. I will never be using this site again, and highly advise anyone else to use a different site also.

Getting back about Paddy powers bookie .I knew who took my money at the time i hand in docket he photo copy it i say i go to other PP about .As i said before i say to my self i keep docket for Royal Ascot .The girl in bookies around the Royal Ascot first day on, she look at me if a trying a quick one like being rude .i said how come i still have docket.i should have saying one of your worker from other branch took my winning when he photo copy it got his friend to write same details on other docket. 100per cent sure head office where great not getting back to me i was foolish posting the docket for proof.If that employer rob for me he will do it in bookies .i don’t go near that bookies again ,no outside office for people to go to and so on.
