Yet again same thing happens time and time again with this crooked site.Played slingo lucky pants, lost over £100 ,on 2 bloody games, it’s a bloody 20p game. It sucks you in , 1 number needed for full house staked £60 got £40.next game 1 number needed, this time lost £80, number didn’t come in so stopped playing. 400/1 odds and still didn’t get number, absolutely fixed!!!!.Crooked cheating bastrds, reels rigged, I keep giving these bastrds another chance, not anymore, lesson bloody learned. DO NOT PLAY ANY SLINGO GAMES, PAYOUTS ARE VIRTUALLY NIL ALSO CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THESE AS NOT REGULATED. THATS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.

Got connected to Kevin, I didn’t have the right documents to hand to be able to resolve my dilemma but Kevin was great, a credit to the company and a great sense of humour. Opened a account no issues, deposited money and made a bet to get the new user offers no problem. My bet won problems started suddenly now after I won had to prove who I was, my address and my funding. Sent in my driver’s licence was rejected but the same photo was accepted when I renewed my passport? Sent in my bank statement attached to account but was rejected as they don’t accept Monza or Chase banks but we’re quite happy to allow my deposit from Monzo to go through. I asked why were they asking for the info after my bet won and not when the account was opened and got sent some link to help pages but no answer.

Stay away from blackjack,13 hands ,won 1, drew 3, lost £100, slow dealing cards,dealer 2nd card not turning over properly,,got 21 after doubling up, dealer gets 21in 5 bloody cards, not once twice, ,then dealer gets blackjack 3 times in a row..,so obviously blatantly fixed . I thought I’d bet on the grand national and I opened a paddy power account not wanting to go in a shop I’m female they wouldn’t take my card because my digital bank is based outside the UK? I’m British? Weird so I tried to close the account and I was going in their shop to place a bet, I don’t bet except for the grand national. They won’t let me close the account for seven years??? It’s like they are strong arming me into using them? Out of principal now I won’t ever go in their shop! I tried everything to persuade them to close the online account as I can’t use it? I’ve never used it? If this was someone with a gambling problem surely this is a bad thing if they try to close their account they can’t I think the financial ombudsman or gaming authority should look at this. As it is I never gamble except for the grand national and I will never use Paddy power I don’t like being forced to do anything! Mostly I want to close it as they have sent me emails every day! Scary it’s like being married to the mob!

Solid App unlike some others, easy to navigate, some free bets but could fo with more for decade long customers for loyalty. Woukd be grt if done the 2 up early payout like their Competitors especially in the footy. Occasionally a wee free bet loyalty would be nice .

Absolutely shocking with them I was playing casino and I won maxi Jackpot 120 euro . because I got all winnings by 3 . Paddy power is an awful betting site to use. They allow you to put money down on a bet and even give you odds during football matches. Then when they win, they void it and say “the market is known”. If it loses I’m sure you don’t get your money back. I tried to make a complaint but sunam in the live chat didn’t log it for me and instead just repeated the same nonsense. Do yourself a favour and stay clear from spending money on paddy power. Use bet365 instead. Much better platform and company.

Everything is going down with them. I put a 1k on 4 football games and my cashout was instantly 600??? After I won 2 of the games the cashout was 950? Less than the bet with 2 more games yet to start. They removed the 2 goal lead win and put bet restrictions on most games, will not use anymore 🤡

I’ve previously reviewed this company as excellent as I’ve NEVER had any issues/problems or complaints regarding my account for YEARS…It’s ALWAYS been in good standing by myself and NOT abused…..!YET when i filled out their online survey……I recently received this complete and absolute PATRONISING GARBAGE…..!!I had 2 emails from them on the same day within seconds of each other…Briefly….The 1st stating that “Based on activity on my account,we have decided that you will no longer be eligible for any promotional offers””We recommend that you contact and request the same promotional break from all other online betting and gaming brands you may use”The 2nd stating even more complete rubbish by way of “they want to give me more control of my play” and this is one way “we’re putting me in the driver’s seat “…So they have now set my budget from £1000pm down to £100pm….I can request they lift this restriction by supplying my affordability details and/or a safer gambling interaction…..in other words bank statements etc and no doubt another SCAM profiling survey…..WATCH OUT THEY’RE HAVING A PURGE…..!As for my future custom …..They can stick the rainbow up their ham-hole….!
