My account got Denied or banned. Contacted Customer Support and they said that I had to prove that it was me with proof of ID and selfie. After that, they re-activated my account fairly quickly. When I asked them why did I get denied, they explained that they need to verify customers under special circumstances (i.e. winning a lot, I guess).

Staked £125 on 2 effing games of fecking slingo lucky pants..Absolutely fixed payouts, over £111 on 1 bloody game which is 20p.i needed 1 number staked £8.72p x 11 times, still number didn’t come in.555/1 effing odds. This is without doubt the most crooked, fixed slot on this bloody . site.its beyond a joke, the only reason I lost this much is because I won £250 elsewhere. Not many betting sites have good ratings as far as I can see.. But Paddypower is good, I’ve used a lot of different sites in my time, but I’m enjoying paddypower. For me it is easy to use, and I seem more lucky aswell which is an added bonus.. It’s great for MMA, Boxing and Football. In play bets, which isvery useful for someone who likes to place bets late.

Tried re-opening an account, after self exclusion, many years ago, and true to their word, even with the offer of freshly baked cookies, they would NOT re-open, in faireness, while i’m miffed, they did the right thing

You can easily deposit but once you want to withdraw €100 you have to withdraw half on paypal and it won’t let you put in on your card. An absolute disgrace of a rotten irish site. When you deposit no one asks you from what card etc but once you withdraw it’s the most difficult stupid process that I have ever seen in my life AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

My experience with Paddy Power has always been great they have a huge range of games to play in both bingo and games! I prefer like shamans dream and fluffy. In bingo you can build up points very quickly and convert them for bonus cash or bingo bonus. They allow you to deposit as little as £5 too and withdraw £5 .. theybare very generous with bonuses. I got 10 free spins at 60p just randomly yesterday.. great and there is never any wagering on hardly anything! Definetely my favourite. 110% recommended 😀

Absolutely crooked bastrds. Played slingo lucky pants, lost over £120,on an effing 10p game. How the hell can you lose over £90 on just one 10p game. Its so crooked, I only upped my loss limit today, after 10 days of lowering it to £1. Coincidence I don’t think so. The annoying thing is I never opened this bloody game I opened a different one but lucky pants loaded so I played it ,instead of closing it down, big effing mistake. ,I can afford to lose this as I won on horses on a better site,Just shows how fixed the slots, games are ,etc on this site.Stay away .

At first I got regular bonuses with decent payouts. A few months in and still I tinker, but now its just take take take from their site. I suspect they decrease the payout per player account!I also get FAR fewer promotions after having played their games.

Every time there’s an issue it’s solved quickly and usually positively for tge customer. Also they do good things like payout on losing bets when it’s clear the outcome should have happened.

I only hit one star because there is no facility to decline stars, such is my disgust. O the 21/07 I contacted customer service and spoke to “Sean” explained my problem/query, he said he understood, but had no mechanism to deal with it. He said he would elevate it to the area manager, who would phone me in a couple of day’s. After three weeks without response I wrote a letter Mr Peter Jackson CEO Flutter Entertainment, I registered it to make sure it was received. After another three weeks without response I again rang customer service and spoke to a lady, Kelly, and politely expressed my disgust. She assured me she would elevate my call to management, and someone would contact me.Surprise, surprise, now a total of “NINE” weeks I have had no contact from Paddy Power. The policy of this company appears to “Stonewall” customers who wish to discuss a problem. Presumably they think, going legal is too expensive, so if we ignore them, they will go away. However extensive bad publicity might yield some satisfaction. Bring back Stuart Kenny, a gentleman. My name is Chris Melligan.

I find myself perplexed by the negative reviews for PP. I’ve been a user for many years and haven’t encountered any issues. The slot payouts are generous, betting prices and offers are competitive, and the abundance of free bets is noteworthy. As a surprising gesture, I even received a pair of PaddyPower underwear/boxers as a gift at my home address. Overall, my experience with Paddy Power has been consistently positive.

Problems arose with slot games, as In random games from fish frenzy to paddy wheel (under construction) games freezing always on (all logged ) on bonus wins! After 16-20 travesties over 2 months and possibly at least 1k down I upped my request to a higher requested ALL details under GPDR .., they eventually looked into this and it’s currently reappointment. Still this ‘trail’ cost me finically and created great stress to my demeanor and an emotional anxiety and depression. Note at least another 16-20 Games book bonus win lossed and further depression. I do believe it’s now resolved but further loss was with I , amounted to > 60 more games fully underperforming. I need remuneration for all my lost winnings and that per stress induced.

Problem sorted,couldn’t access free bet . Went to chat line,connected with Emily, problem sorted in 5mins. Have used chatline a few times, have always had problems resolved. I only bet on sports,and have no problem with PP. A fairly generous bookie in my eyes. Yet,many complaints on the gaming. More fool you,surely you know the computers are programmed to make money! If you want games,go to a casino!! Sports betting much harder to manipulate, if I lose,its my poor choices.

Absolutely gob smacked. Never have I known a casino like it. I have played loads of online casinos. Played 15 to 20 different games. Every slot I played was exactly the same result. Massive losses just to get the bonus/free spins. Every game I played I would give up after 4 or 5 bonuses/free spins as Every time, on every game, it payed between 2x and 7x. How is that even possible unless it’s a fixed con. Every game, every bonus. I know you don’t win big every time, but 2x to 7x every time!!!!! After the fourth game, I started fiming my play because I thought no one would believe me. So I now have around 14 games with 4 to 5 bonus on each game, landing 2x to 7x on film so that they cannot deny it when it lands in the inbox of the gaming commission. I’m still flabbergasted now that this has even happened. I feel like the victim of fraud. I would not use them again. They will immediately prevent you placing bets as soon as you are fortunate enough to win over £100 from them. Even if you have already lost multiple times that amount. Basically if you like to lose money but have no desire to win it without being immediately banned then you should use this site. If not then avoid like the plague.

My go to site now, I only play slots (fishin frenzy mainly) and have found it to be really good.. obviously with all gambling I have good days and bad days which again is no fault of paddy power.. inrecently opted into a promo then logged in over the weekend to find a £60 bonus which was unexpected. I went on to withdraw 350 from the bonus.. had an issue yesterday with a withdrawl that is not resolved yet but chatbwas really helpful, great site fast payout and enjoyable games :)Really enjoyed this site, however had a problem with a withdrawl, was told to wait 24 hours for the money to be refunded.. contacted 24 hours later to be told I need to wait another 24 hours now..
