To get a free £10 bet each week you have to wager £50, other sites offer you £10 free bet for much less on a weekly basis. Don’t bother with these there loyalty programme is rubbish, go lose your money elsewhere

Thieving crooked bastrrds, Played blackjack, one 2 hands drew 1 ,lost over £100, such crooked cheating bloody cards, ivget 20, dealer gers 21 in 5 cards, I get 19, dealer gets bloody 20 in 4 cards, etc ,etc, slow dealing cards, obvious whats going on. RubbishThey suspended my account pending investigation (fair enough) as my bank details got compromised in July to which Paddy Power (and Betfair) confirmed my bank details had been used by someone else on these two betting sites.Now it has all been resolved, and I have been refunded the fraudulent activity, they will not let me re-activate my account or make a new one. I received the usual copy and paste response on chat as below.—————————————–I have checked your account and I’m afraid it has been closed as a business decision taken by our security team.Our security team can close accounts as a business decision at their discretion. Unfortunately, we would not have any further information regarding the reason for the closure.—————————————–So I have been banned because my bank details got compromised. No explanation, nothing. Very unhelpful on online chat. It seems Paddy Power and Betfair (same company/group) only want criminals who compromise peoples bank detailsTotally unfair as I have done nothing wrong myself on Paddy Power and Betfair to justify being banned.

Hello, my name is Marcel. I go to paddy power in Canterbury (Kent) every day. Every time I play the machines and put money with the card, I lose. Every time I play with cash I lose. Any new person who enters the agency wins, as possible. New devices were brought to the game room, I’m the only person whose device was broken when I paid by card. Each game has a certain percentage that should give it out (92, 91, 90 88 etc.). Any amount of money you put into the device does not pay. The staff is very disgusting, they are unprofessional people. The location does not have a manager, you cannot contact anyone because they tell you that there is no manager, in addition to everything, what surprised me the most is the fact that people who work there do not have access to the safe to return money to you if you have won. There are people who in their work scheme, NOBODY AND NOTHING WIN because they don’t have access to the safe. It’s something phenomenal to go every day and lose, and I don’t understand why no one notices to do checks. Effectively, the customer is stolen from the front. You can put thousands of pounds in a device because it doesn’t give back even 1 percent as long as the staff doesn’t have access to the safe.. I have proof and footage from several days… weeks… . It is gross fraud and covert theft. I do NOT recommend anyone to play with this company and especially in Canterbury.

Need to speak to someone as an offer hasn’t been paid out to me. Literally the only way to get in touch with them is to message an agent, but every single time you try to do that you get the message “Sorry, none of our agents are available to answer your query right now, please try again later”. Very, very poor customer service.

This Paddy P is a big *hit betting site I just made an account one day ago I won small amount and I wanted back the money I paid in and they had closed my account for no absolute reason.They sent this to me “Regarding the account access, upon review of your account, I can see your account has been closed down on the business ground by the security team, as a result, you will no longer be able to hold an account with Paddy Power or Betfair…” I do not recommend this betting site to anyone its bull*hit

Don’t bet with these Bookmakers.I deposited £300 to place a bet, only to be told I couldn’t place the bet… so immediately withdrew the money. Since then, 4 days have passed and my money still hasn’t been returned to me. The staff keep referring to thing like “security checks” it really seems like a dodgy company to me. They took my money immediately and yet there is this big delay with giving it me back!!!

Absoultely awful. Made an account and paid £10 for the 100 free spins. I never got the free spins. Messaged them asking why, they immediately canceled my whole account with no reason given. Didn’t bother to refund me my £10 either. False advertising never again would I use such an unprotected app. They canceled my account, but I still have to email a different department to get my personal information deleted off their system. Today Saturday 16/9/23 I tried to do a £1 reverse patent which if highly unlikely it came in would run over £87,000 and although Paddy Power actually states that you can only win £1,000.000 on any one bet their website would not allow me to put on a e/w £1 patent but only a £0.47p one I would still be happy if this came up but it just proves that they are not a genuine bookmaker at all in my opinion they are like the rest rubbish like taking your money but scared to have to pay out too much.

Win one bet and you’re on suspension.Moreover their favourite trick is letting you DEPOSIT money, which they immediately grab….and then freeze your account so you can’t take back even your deposit. Then follows an endless stream of demands for paperwork…just to get your own money back.If these criminals really needed that paperwork, why didn’t they ask for it BEFORE grabbing your deposit.Because they are THIEVES…that’s why.I met a guy who know spends all his time going from paddy power shop to paddy power shop vandalising their equipment. This time Gamstop said my self-exclusion was for 5 years starting on the 31st August 2018 which ended on the 1st September 2023. According to paddypower I started my self exclusion on the 16th June 2916

If you wanted to, you could use PP and all their free promotions to make money – without actually putting forwards any of your own money, and win big. It’s down to you and the choices you make. Whatever you do don’t open an account with this bookmaker.They advertise that they will give you the best odds Guaranteed but when your horse wins at a bigger price they say you did not opt-in It’s a way of underpaying you I see that the same thing happened to Ian Arnold who has also left a review on 28th August.They also lied to me when I rang up stating they would pay me out within an hour they never did.Ask yourself why don’t they give you the best odds Guaranteed automatically. there can be only one reason which does not take much working out.
