I had a query with regards to a bet I thought I had won with Paddy Power which hadn’t paid out. Using the live chat option the agent talked me through the somewhat complicated criteria until I understood my mistake & therefore now have a better understanding of the markets I am betting on. I use several betting apps but always view Paddy Power as my ‘go to’ & this customer service experience explains why!

The slots on this website are awful it does not matter how much stake you put on from 20 pence to £5 you do not get anything back. The goonies is definitely broke it does not give any bonuses out or any money. Not £1 back after spending £50 on that game on a daily basis! It’s very unfair it needs looking into, I don’t care what you say the games on paddy power are all rigged! The website should be closed down especially the slot game side. What a horrible experience. Will not depositing again on here!

I wagered a moneyback bet incorrectly and because of that I didn’t receive my free bet.I spoke to customer services at Paddypower (who were very helpful) and they told me that I didn’t follow the correct procedure. Having said that, they did ask me to be more careful how I place my future bets, but also, they gave me my free bet as a goodwill gesture.That to me is what makes Paddypower the best in the business.

I’ve loved loved using PP for over 25years now! The site is the easiest by far to negotiate around with it’s easy to use simple outlay! I have to say my only complaint over the past few years is missing the phone chats with my fellow Irishman! I dislike chat messages and virtual agents immensely think perhaps many of us do actually?! Signed up to a new Paddy power account & deposited £10 with the promise of 4 x free £10 bets – received the first one having deposited ( & lost) my £10 then received an email overnight saying my account was suspended & i had to verify even though the account was already set up & i had to supply verification. Sent a pic of my driving licence & thought that would be sufficient but then received another email to say i needed to provide a utility bill & a picture of my bankcard!! Absolute joke of a betting site & if they have to be that stringent just to avoid crediting a few free bets then I’m glad that I’m not continuing with an account with them … like most bookmakers, quick to take your cash but not so quick when it comes to settling up or customer satisfaction

Paddy power didn’t resolve my issue when I couldn’t cash out my bet due to errors. When spoke to both the agent and the manager online both could still not help and said don’t rely on the cash out payment . I asked for a deadlock number to persue the topic and they still changed the topic to mention they couldn’t help. So I lost both my stake and my return due to their cash out error. Won’t be placing bets on their site again as you will always get an error when it comes to cashing out. I will mention this to others not to place bets on their site too.

Sometimes you win but not often enough, and wins are a joke anyhow always small amounts. It loves to take your cash as most casinos do. Years back people had a real chance to win cash but this day and age they just mainly want to take your money. And wins are like rare occasion and bonuses are getting to be no existence. Its more bad than good very very rarely good. Maybe once per 3 months you’ll get a decent win if you play every day.

why can’t I give zero stars? Never start a chat with their Indian call centre. Just close it and keep typing Ireland until you get through to someone there. The indian staff are clueless and incapable of solving any problem.

My old debit card number was still registered and about to expire. I contacted PP and the matter was resolved very quickly and very satisfactorily. On a more general note I find the PP online betting facility second to none. Sports coverage is excellent and winning selections paid out promptly. With Cheltenham racing coming up shortly I could not live without my PP.

Please do not deposit money with this company! I opened an online account and deposited £200 office lottery money into paddy power account in August 2023. The account was showing as suspended when we tried to access it, no contact at all from pp..They had suspended the account and when we spoke to them through online chat they asked for further paperwork which was provided immediately. Account is still not accessible 7 months later! We have tried to raise complaints, contacted via online chat almost daily which takes hours, asked for deadlock numbers to refer to ibas and still nothing but false promises or conversations cut off after wasting hours connecting. This company are appalling! No contact phone numbers, complaints email refuse contact unless customer service online chat have raised the complaint (which they don’t) Ibas cant help without deadlock number. They have effectively stolen our money and blatantly refuse contact.

Something has changed at Paddy power as i used to get a few decent wins, but lately its been absolute rubbish with hardly any wins and when you do win its pennies and the bonus when you do get it has been a joke. I’ve also been getting the free spins every week for the last few weeks and they are a total waste of time and effort. I won’t be using these scam artists again and will be closing my account. Its a mugs game and we are the mugs.. falling for there games, so they can syphon your money away.

Don’t know how this site is still operating. This site is shocking. And theft more than anything.I played 500 pound on fishing frenzy. Big splash. 1.20 a spin. Without a win over 4 pound.Hahaha. February 2015 I decided to gamble safely and as such, placed exclusions on other accounts I held at the time including betfair (who didn’t merge under paddys umbrella until September 2015).Keeping only my paddypower account, 10 years of loyalty, even becoming one of paddys pundits, filling in endless surveys for the greater good. Bombarded on social media with adverts and offers, I recently signed into my old betfair account… Where a message popped up reminding me of my decision to be perminantly excluded and that they also extend this wish for exclusion to several companies under flutter including paddypower and skybet but not tombola. Instantly the same message then appeared on my paddypower account.I have spent a total of 18 hours with online chat, repeating the same story and given several reference numbers and each time assured someone in safer gambling team will provide an update. Firstly I was asked to come back and quote the reference and most recently told I will receive an update via email.Although using the same chat system and staff on two occasions I was told incorrectly I should speak to betfair. To be told on betfair that I should only contact them via paddypower.No numbers to call – not a care in the slightest for my loyalty. For being a safe gambler, a paddys pundit. I actually feel betrayed.

Joined for 40/1 Arsenal to win last weekend. Required £5 deposit, max stake £1.Deposited £5 & then £15, one of the payments was apple pay other I input my long card number.Upon winning the bet, I did not receive my £40 in free bets. I spoke to customer service who were condescending and ignorant. They kept sending links to the rules but not answering me properly, instead they were insinuating I did not use debit card but I contacted my bank who confirmed I did.Do not join these guys based on their constant promotions. They want to get you in but don’t want to pay out.

There is no customer service . Outsourced and they pass you from pillar to post . Had an awful ordeal when they made an error and instead of resolving the rep put my account on hold. They did nothing for 1 week and then when I wanted to withdraw they asked for my bank statement (I’ve been with them for 10 years) still no money. To add insult I had to spend 3 hours with a gambling safeguarding person answering the most ridiculous questions about gambling. Never depositing my money to these riff raffs

This is a review of Paddy Power slots, and as an example “Paddy’s Wonder Wheel”.Firstly, avoid this game, avoid slots on this site in general. The games know exactly how much you have lost, how much you have won, how much you have staked and so on. If you are “lucky” enough to get to the wonder wheel on this game and win anything, you will not hit the bonus again, so withdraw instantly.
