Awful, still haven’t got in contact and blatantly refused access to my own account despite having over £289 in my account! They state that I had to be verified even though this has already been done! Despite fulfilling there requirements they have now suspended my account! I have been advised by my lawyer to warn them of impending interest and charges!! Doubt they will even bother to reply!! A really NASTY company! Which I have decided to continue to review until they do their job properly and give me my credit back with interest! DO NOT USE

⁰Stay away from this bloody site. Played blackjack lost 14 hands in a row.its unbelievable blatantly crooked without a doubt.In total plated 23 hands won 1 drew 1. In effect lost 21 hands.How can you lose this many hands without a win.Cardsxwere turning over very slowly especially dealer cards, which again just shows how crooked this game is. RTP 99.2% IS A BLATANTLY LIE.I don’t mind losing but expect a fair game when I play but this site just doesn’t do that.This is not a one off .I play blackjack regularly on other sites also and I have never ever lost more than 4/5 hands in a row.But paddypower just take take take.No payout .I thought blackjack was bad but the slingo slots are in another league. Nil PAYOUTS. I would give -1 if I could.I had a football betting ticket and 1 leg was with Alexandre Lacazette to score or assist (FCSB-Lyon). He didn’t start so every other bookie would give that as a void. Not paddy power, they gave my that as a loss because he was subbed in from bench in minute 70 and didn’t score or assist. In which world a ticket start when the march almost finished?

Hi all, I am looking for constructive feedback. As a regular race goer in terms of an owner and punter for 30 years, I at the request of PP decided to open an online account.The application including the uploading of documents for AML and identification purposes was relatively straightforward until I tried to lay a bet when my account was automatically suspended. Having spent 2 hours on their live chat, they have arbitrarily provided me the maximum spend of £100 per month. My daily requests for deposits was in excess of that amount. Despite demonstrating my disposable income was far in excess of this request their refusal has resulted in the account being in suspension, irrespective of the fact my initial deposit when opening the account far exceeds their present monthly limit.My request for assistance is to understand if anybody has a solution to this nonsensical approach by their chat team.Clearly PP do not want to verbally communicate with their customers and seem to hide behind a mixture of AI generated responses and human delayed responses (given the number of customers they are talking at the same time). My intentions are simply to receive feedback to resolve my dilemma, irrespective of the embarrassment they have caused me this evening.What really concerns me is whether there is a data breach between betting organisations ie do they share information.As an example if one had an account with WH and that account was very successful would the individual betting agency essentially block a punter or would they collectively do so. Alternatively, if one abused a site do they share this information to protect the gaming industry generally. Any constructive feedback would be welcome.

They offer you free bets when you have earned them but their odds nullify them.The odds they give you are way below what they should be. If you are looking for fairness then give paddypower a miss and go elsewhere. There are better betting sites out there.

Had no problems for many years , then started to notice slight odd changes to my bets after they were placed , they were very small so didn’t bother me much , but last night I placed a bet at 7/1 , few minutes later I looked at it had changed to 11/2 , no explanation was given , won’t be using them again after this.

Disgusting company they have no morals they lie and if you win anything or spend larger amounts they hound the life out of you with emails and app notifications to get you back betting all the time then lie about it if you make a complaint and close your account down I’d go elsewhere with a company that’s not out to outright scam you.

Spent over an hour trying to get questions answered via webchat. Painfully slow with big waits for customer service agent replies. To add insult to injury, my issues were not resolved. I don’t know when Paddy Power made the decision to close their phone lines but it was a big mistake. I will close my Paddy Power account. I hope the savings they make moving to webchat are enough to offset the loss of loyal customers. Far too stressful. Incredibly poor service and not worth my time.

Honestly wouldn’t waste your time or money. First few deposits yeh, you’ll probably win, but after them first few times, you’ll then be met with dead spin after dead spin, every single game is the same, I’ve screen recorded my play for the last few days, and you can see exactly what I’m saying. Doesn’t matter what game you play, or the amount of the bet 10p or £1.50, you’ll win nothing. No doubt I’ll get the generic all slots are random blah blah blah, I can’t ride play the exact same games on other sites, and you will within 10 spins, but on here you can spin and spin and you won’t win anything. Paddy power cheated us out of our winnings – a bet was placed at 35/1 and when the horse won PP only paid out 7/2 (the eventual starting price) now they are hiding behind chatbots gdpr and AI driven responses. There are no contact numbers for PP and no proper complaints procedures. Cheating Beware!

Wiped my active bet, not settled, so far winning bet just disappeared along with my money. No record of me ever having made it. Customer service team having me waiting 40 minutes with nothing, just log me off due to in activity while they scramble. Won’t be using them again.

Paddy Poker is a scam. The gameplay is terrible you will be playing AI Bots that call anything and always get there. You can tell which ones are bots they all take extraordinary long to call/fold and they never communicate even if you try with them. The customer service is terrible I won a tournament £373 it was showing on my home screen but not in my account so I wasn’t able to withdraw it. I contacted customer service to be told there was no issue on their end, after threatening them with the gambling commission and IBAS they conveniently found the fault and told me it was a glitch on their end and that it will take up to 10 working days to review and fix. I had to send over proof of the tournament I was in asked for “codes”, dates, times, I had literally sent them screen shots 2 mins after winning, the tournament was still running how they couldn’t find it was suspicious. They tried every loophole and technical jargon to not pay me. Now 2 weeks later no pay, no result and they have suspended my account. I am now in touch with a legal team to deal with them. Seen a lot of reviews on the App Store regard the same thing it seems they love taking your money very quickly with no problems but hate paying you out with loads of issues. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Beware of “MuchBetter” Wallet. It is a Scam!! They are taking customers’ money. They stole my money. They message you asking for the transaction details when you notify them, but they will say things like “We can’t find the transaction with code you provided”. Me and Coinbase had no problem finding and verifying that it was sent and successfully received. They will just lie to you. If you want to read the horror stories for yourself then look at their reviews on “TrustPilot”.

I contacted support regarding my withdrawal querying how long I made a comment about wanting to use the money to buy baby milk straight away my account was frozen and I was put through to another team. A nice chap called Callum The truth of the story is I wasn’t shot off money and I don’t have a infant that depends on me I use my winnings to help the local addiction center and mothers and children and would rather use the winnings then the 600 I have in my wallet Long story short Paddy power had a dedicated team looking out for it’s members with a duty of care and take this very seriouslyYou just think these organisations are taking everyone money and fat cats getting rich but after my experience I respect these people for investing time, money and resources and most of all with a team to facilitate this directive that care and watch over all members ready to help.Well done paddy power, well done Callum,Well done to the team

What else to say about this site apart from utter rubbish £300 on one game £1 a shot and never even got a small bonus got nothing at all. Just seems like most sites out there take all your money then mabye at some point will be you out a little bit. Been playing This now for 8 weeks must have easily spent £1200 and never been able to get even a small win.
