Unbelievable, Played blackjack, 15 hands won 2 drew 1, slow dealing cards again, lost £135. DEALER had 5 BLACKJACKS ,3 IN A ROW. I DOUBLED UP TO £64 ,GOT 21, DEALER TURNED OVER BLACKJACK, 10 SPADES PLUS ACE SPADES, FOR 3RD TIME IN A ROW, CROOKED CHEATING BASTRDS.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I DONT MIND LOSING BUT THIS IS TAKING THE PISSSSSSS.AVOID AVOID AVOID LESSON LEARNED, CLOSING ACCOUNT.

Went to login today and it says my account has been closed. No email or notification. Now on hold to their live chat which is painful. £1,000 in credit that i now have to waste time chasing

Set up my account no problem very few questions..I won money yesterday and suddenly its suspended pending further information requirements…but I was able to deposit not withdraw..outrageous behaviour helpline is useless..avoid this company

Went to setup an account and it did not allow me to. Says duplicate account creates. Turns out someone has used my name, my previous address and my date of birth to setup an account. An email address i have never setup got used by someone and a bank account i never banked with got setup by someone but that is ok to this company and it would appear that identity theft means nothing to them. I have advised an advisor via chat that someone had used these details to setup an account and all I get is ‘it needs to be reviewed’ Apparently they cannot inform me if the account gets suspended or anything whilst this gets investigated. Even though I had to send a bloody selfie picture of me with ID. I’d rather not have to go down the solicitor route but I may well have to. To top it off the agent I spoke to doesn’t appear to know alot.

Looking to close my account as no longer needed. Daily spin is called Wonder Wheel – personally I’d name it Wonder Why I Bother Wheel. Beat the drop is okay however, the questions are odd, if we could create our own, could be better. Slots side, well, just avoid it, slow, glitchy, lagging almost. There are far better sites to use.

Terrible company have no idea how business works. Closed my account randomly with no explanation even after I contacted them to find out why. Credit in the account has gone too. They couldn’t run a bath let alone conduct decent business. Avoid like the plague. Plenty of other sites to use, my advice is use someone else.

Have to say as a betting company there is no comparison between the likes of Ladbrokes and paddy power. Paddy power go above and beyond with specials etc. And if you have any disputes they will most likely resolve them unlike ladbrokes. Will always bet with Paddy 5 stars

I visited the Betting Shop in Middlesbrough and the 2 men working were super friendly and very accommodating. They made us tea and coffee and gave us biscuits and also had very professional knowledge of bets.Would have stayed all day but after a nice win we decided to leave.Nicest and most friendly betting shop I’ve visited. Cash Out Facility was suspended on a game for 10 minutes whilst it was in play with no reason for it to be suspended. I wanted to cash out but was unable because of this and in the meantime the other games changed to which the bet was lost. Webchated and they referred to their terms and conditions which was a fair response but it felt like I had been let down by their app and cheated. Not a very good experience and I would reccomended using Bet 365 as could not fault their website and betting service.

PP paid out on a bet, the money is in my balance as a credit – then changed their mind and took the winnings back – customer service is terrible. I am pretty sure sure they can’t legally do that, however they basically just said “tough, we have done it, if you don’t agree close your account ” – nice touch after 6 years placing bets nearly every day!!! anyone recommend a better service I can sign up for?

Been with SKYBET for years and wanted to try other betting site. Tried Paddy Power but won’t be betting anymore. Placed £10 bet on American Racing. Watched the race and horse won at 3/1. Went shopping and looked forward to £40 coming my way. Checked account and horse had been disqualified and put 2nd. Wasn’t till later I was told knnthe chat PP don’t dont do first past post in all racing unlike other sites. Sorry PP very very very poor and won’t be back.

Joined PP and deposited money, then account was frozen saying needed ID check (that’s fine). But 2 days later afyer submitting ID no response, account still locked and can’t even withdraw my own money back out.
