I SEE NONE.NO PROPER SETTLERS.I SAY THEY ARE JUST SUPERMARKET CASHIERS.I ALSO HAD SINGLE BETSSHE THOUGHT THEY WERE ACCS.I HAD TO TELL HER THEY WERE SINGLE BETS.I TELL YOU ALLPHOTO COPY YOUR BETS AT A POST OFFICE.THEY MIGHT EVEN DENY YOU PUT A BET ON.I HAVE BEEN BETTING OVER 50 YEARS.I ADD ONLY ONE PERSON IN PP SETTLING BETS VERY EARLY AM.I WILL NOW GO AND TRY BET FRED AFTER 9AM.I WAS IN EARLY AT PP.

It’s the best site I have ever played on I won 10.000 grand about 4 months ago was meant to put it towards our mortgage but it went on bill’s an a holiday I have never had a holiday with my kids I’ve got 3 kids 4/5/9 and because of Paddy power I have had my first holiday with them I’d like to thank Paddy power for making it happen for me thank u so much fingers crossed in the future it happens again

Just a shocking company under the new owners. Such a shame, their customer service when they started out was so good and you were able to phone and speak to real people who were very helpful. Now, when you get past the web bot you get an online agent who will keep you waiting for an eternity and who seem to set out to be disingenuous and constantly ask you to wait for 10 minutes while they check something and will often after an hour or so of you waiting, drop off line so you have to start the process again or walk away in frustration. Paddy Power underpaid me on a bet. They seem to do this regularly looking at the reviews here. I will cancel my account with them which I have held for years but not before I have reported them to the Gambling Commission as Paddy Power really should not be allowed to treat people as they do. Avoid them like the plague!

As soon as I deposited money to bet, my account was locked. I uploaded all the verification asked for and was ignored. Contacted customer service who refused my request to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and then closed my account completely despite me resending all documentation- they also kept asking for selfies and “further proof”, none of these methods listed on their webpage. I’ve had to go through the gambling commission to recover my funds

Crooked thieving bastrds Played slingo lucky pants, staked over £120 on 1 fing game, still didnt get needed the 1 number I needed fir £40.00. This us an effing 20p ffing game. Absolute dissatisfaction this site, avoid at all costs. I have over £30k losses over the last 6 months. At the beginning was amazing. I hit few decent jackpots but ever since I was contacted from paddy power and I was placed on a monthly limit they just drain and drain until I’m no longer able to deposit.. if this isn’t rigged then what is?? I have spent years reporting bugs in the app that prevent users from seeing their balance on-screen due to close button occlusion. They wasted my time multiple times promising me it would be fixed. Bug is still there today from the moment I first used the app years ago. The lies from customer service is not on. The refusal to fix a basic and fundamental issue is not on.

Self excluded from betfair &sky betting yet paddy power have allowed me to continue playing weekly with no issues.. i didnt even realise betfair & sky are all the same company ‘flutter entertainment ‘so since i have realised this i have been contacting paddy power for the past couple of days via live chat to just be put through to safer gambling team where I’m told no one is available and then im cut off. Today I contacted flutter entertainment instead. Still awaiting a reply. How can this happen. & what can be done about this? I closed my account last week myself i was asked why I was closing the account and if I wanted just a regular closure? Flutter entertainment ur in the wrong. Bet £50 on Scotland to beat Italy in rugby match today@ 5/4. I should have received £90 (£50 stake + £40 winnings), but no. Although Scotland won 25:13, Paddy Power insisted they had placed a 13 point handicap on Scotland. What!!! The teams were evenly matched from the start and who would ever place a bet on Scotland to win with such a handicap and at such low odds? Paddy Power’s reply: Scotland only won by 12 points, so Italy won 13:12! Their handicap” terms are obfuscated, to put it mildly. Is it any wonder that Paddy Power has such a very low Trust Pilot Rating!

Unless you use online gambling sites this may sound confusing. But if you do listen up. I placed a bet builder on a football match (England v Denmark to be precise). A few minutes later I placed a win bet on a greyhound. The dog won but the bet was not settled. When I checked my open bet it showed that I had placed a bet builder x 2 lol, how on earth can a single bet to win be classed as a bet builder along side a four leg football bet builder! I spent one hour on chat trying to explain to an agent but to no avail. Sometimes we just get turned over even though we are correct

I placed a bet on virtual racing 9/2 fav. It won the race, and straight after the screen behind the counter said, result pending, it took 48 hours to get a reaction from the staff, and I was told the horse that I had backed came last. I had stood in front of the screen and watched the race and it came on the screen the result. 1st number 6 , 9/2 fav. yet I never got a penny back for my 40 quid e/w bet. There must have been other people backed in this race that had the same problem. This paddy power bookmakers cheating people out of there good earned money.

Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Underhand. Used PP for years, had the odd issue, but this time it just takes the biscuit. EW bet turned to a Win bet due to a late NR, but no communication from PP so I was none the wiser having placed my bet well in advance. My horse came 2nd (so was placed) but due to late rule 4 change I lost my bet (even though it was an EW bet). Zero communication from PP, and all the chat agent quotes is the T&C’s. Shocking customer service. Not surprised they make so much money, probably mostly from raking it in through late NR changes and PP not giving you the option to take your stake back or amend your bet. As a result, I’ve withdrawn my balance and will never us PP again.

Don’t understand all the complaints. Iv been using them for a long time and have won over 1000s and always pays out..loads of gaming choices.. I love it!! Had a issue withdrawing my large win as I had a new card and as the last 1 deposited the most it has to go there as it was more than I deposited on my new card. Got onto live chat and uploaded a bank statement showing deposits of my old card and they deleted it. Money has now been with drawn to new card. 5star all the way!!

So tried to simply change a detail in my name (which Bet365 did in minutes) – then went through an horrific ‘help’ experience that the two ronnies would be proud of. Ajay didn’t have a clue, had no grasp of the english language, constantly asked the same questions after being given the answer the first time and so after an hour of smashing my head against a brick wall simply closed the account.
