I deposited £100 last week from my bank account I won £250 I tried to withdraw £200 and it would not let me . I enquired on the only available communication that’s possible ‘ it’s called live chat , no emails allowed no phone calls allowed ( very strange) so no customer service very poor from paddypower I’ve been gambling with them for about 8 years on and off .my previous account was compromised about 4weeks ago so had to get a new card the problem is paddypower want to put my money into my old account which is redundant very strange , I’ve been on live chat 5 times now and they keep reiterating the same crap every time that I need my old account. I won my money with my new account and not my old account I’ve explained this to these people on live chat who works for paddypower but I get absolutely nowhere. Head office telephone number is on the website but when you call it tells you it’s cancelled as they believe the live chat is best how bizzare they should ask customers what’s best I cannot retrieve my money as they’ve blocked me from trying I only had £77 in my account plus a free £10 bet thank got it wasn’t anymore this is just to warn people please bet with another bookmaker as this is nothing short of corruption. How the hell can you bet £100 and win say £400 or £500 and all you can withdraw is £100 this is baffling. anyway people hope I’ve warned you

A simple addition of a new bank card to my paddypower.com account resulted in all my winnings being confiscated by paddypower.com. My old bank account was transferred to a new account, which required me to update my payment details on paddypower.com. I was requested to make a deposit from my new bank account, which was successful, but instead of being verified again, I was suspended. I was asked to provided statements from a closed bank account to reinstate my account, which paddypower.com know is impossible. I managed to retrieve all my deposited money back after 1hr 15mins on a chat, but lost all winnings. They know exactly what they are doing here. Terms and conditions were thrust in my face will no offer to help. When I asked to speak to a person on the phone to discuss, I was ignored. DO NOT SIGN UP. IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP, WITHDRAW NOW BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!!!

Drove to there shop in Letterkenny to ask for a price.they said they’d have to email (can’t call!!!) and it would probably be a day before they had a reply! Tried there message center, another waste of time! Won’t give a price without an account!

How can we report this to government. They are legit scams. I know they must have done something to the system to make player lose like this. I use paddypower shop in Charleville Co.Cork…I have to say how disgusted I was to walk in to the shop on tues 20th June.. After a recent flooding of the premises on Sat, the smell entering the shop was awful….and the fact that the staff were working in those conditions was disgraceful….This shop has been flooded on numerous occasions and the same carpet is still there…A company that makes millions a year and they won’t replace the manky old carpet is unbelievable….SHAME ON YOU PADDYPOWER…Plus the fact that when the flooding happen (17th June), they were not open for business as you would expect….But yet the staff had to endure those conditions and do their shift till closing time…even though they were closed….sad state of affairs Paddypowers, shame on you again!!!

They ripped my off my horse won at 12/1 they only pay me 15/2 .At the time in shop my horse was 8/1 .I did bet 2.10 race was on 4.15i think they did it to lots of other people as well with same horse.
