Played jackpot prizelines last night put 16 euro on it just to receive back 3 euro told staff about my experience they kept going on about safer gambling then blocking my account because I told them the game is totally messed up and no wonder why 1.3 reviews staff are horrible trying to get me to make everything I say the opposite to easy close your account!!

Just robbed me out right!! I put a 20 pound bet on and they suspended my account and removed the cash out feature which was working before this. Demanded document photo I’d which I explained I don’t have at the moment as with moving house lost it and can’t afford another passport yet asked for my deposited 20 pound back and they refused outright until they have the documents which they know I don’t have!! It’s theft clear and simple!!!

When you get a win they suspend your account so as you cannot make any withdrawals, but you can bet more though!!!!2 hours on chat and i gave them exactly what was required for ID verification and they still won’t lift the suspension on my account.How can they get away with this???????

Whats going on with this site 2 months ago my account was blocked thay said i had put on self exclusion when i didn’t ast me loads of questions sent my id in open it back up been depositeing for two months and shut it down permanently for no reason the day before thay give you 5 pound for toping up all week went on chat just get a robot can someone please give me a explanation to why if it shouldn’t of reopend it for some reason then i want two months of money i have deposited because you shouldn’t of took my money and i will take it further as it brakes the tc of the Safe gambling the is no reason for shutting my account down

Paddy powers is disgusting they did no affordability checks on me instead they took all of my money 10000 pounds in course of a week daylight robbery and to top things off all bettings companies got rid of dc slots e.g i use to play batnan and catwoman cash but it kept coming up errors at all betting companies anyone who played the dc slots should be reimbursed also the money i have lost goes to celebrities and days out for them paddy power should have been reasonable and reimbursed me for my losses or some due to mental ill health reasons the tv adverts are false and to little to late i am still suffering and have help contribute in the downfall in my life they wont even be reasonable and be goodwilled yet i am ill because of tgem

Hi all just shut my Paddy Power account down.No rudeness slagging off in my review as I am an adult.But after 10 possibly 15 years of being a very very LOYAL customer I did another bet builder small print READ IT rpt READ IT it was only a fiver !! I’ve been on Paddy Power for a while, never had any problems or complaints. All withdrawals have appeared in my bank account within a couple of working days. I’m up a few hundred quid on age of the gods roulette and a couple of grand on the horses. I would give 5 stars except I have my suspicions that the chance of getting a good bonus in the casino games will go down if you are in profit, and go up if you’re at a loss, which seems unfair. I’m not 100% sure about this but I have noticed a trend. I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never used it.

Used to spend approx 1,000 month In deposits. Probably only lost 200 as I banked. Cos I had a big win on another site. And deposited more that month. I had to have a review and spend over half an hour. Answering questions regarding my spending. It went on and on. The result. Was offers 500 deposit a month. Would not give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Just spoke to luke on chat what a shambles, I did a super Yankee today 3 winners going on to the fourth and paddy power gave it as a looser on the cash out page in fact It had won in a photo finish. Made a bet on the grand national. Won it. 700. Used Apple Pay to deposit but they couldn’t pay my winnings back via Apple Pay. Told me to deposit 5 with another card and then I could withdraw to that account. I did. It didn’t work. Checked the app 10 mins later and they ha d closed my account. No telephone helpline only a chatbot. Chatted with the chat bot and they told and they told be they needed to remove Apple Pay so I could withdraw to the card. Still waiting for them to do something to help. Now 705 lost in transit. Ridiculous.

Unable to withdraw to debit card. Took 2 attempts via their chat facility for them to finally do a manual transfer taking upto 5 days!. I hope everything goes through. Also wonder if they are GDPR compliant as I would like them to delete ALL my details as I will never be using them again

Well I joined paddy power almost a year ago as I have been quite lucky in the local shops with slots, first of all I had to fight tooth and nail for my deposit bonus which I did eventually get…. 15. Not bad right????…… Well me thinking I’m going to play this smart…. 15 quid with 20 pence spins.
