Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Just had a very poor experience with the paddy power shop in swansea.
Done a special on the Newcastle v spurs game last Sunday. The bet was spurs to be winning 1st half and 2nd and have more corners in both half's. I thought I had won 50to1. Got told by the woman after she made a phone call spurs did win 1st and 2nd half but its classed as 2 different games and spurs had to score another goal despite them winning 2-1 at half time and 3-2 the 2nd half. Never have I heard of this after 20 years of football betting.
The woman behind the till said she will sort out a 50 free bet but after 5to10 minutes of being on the computer said she can do a 10 free bet. I said no don't worry about it and I won't use paddy power again.

Overall a very poor experience and probably will not use paddy power again.

IF this was 6 months ago I would say 5 stars all the way, when I first joined PP the free bonuses were next to none, they were amazing and they really did give back to the customers, it used to be on a weekly or even every other day you would log in to PP games or pp bingo to see a free no deposit 20-50 bonus to play with or a free 20 casino bonus or something and I don’t mean the rewards club bonuses. but now they have got none, all there bonuses and promos are “ALL” pay for bonuses like spend 250 to get a 20 bonus or spend 150 to get a 5 bonus. They obviously have just got really greedy and don’t want to give back to customers, also talking of the rewards club I’ve been an advanced customer so I get the free 50 if you wager 2k a week but the issue there is if you wager 10 you get 10fs then it jumps to wager 150 and get 5 which fair enough but it then jumps from the wager 150 to wager 2k to get 50, nothing in between, surely it would be fair to have something in between like wager 1k to get 25 or something the amount of people that must just miss that 2k mark by pounds is unfair and just unbelievable. Ever since they linked with the other gaming sites they have just got so greedy I’ve gone off them due to this and god knows how many more customers they will Lose due to this. Same issues as everyone else, I had my account suspended after consistently winning money playing poker, they requested some personal documents to verify who I was. Sent them EXACTLY what they wanted but my account remains suspended, only now they have a copy of my passport and bank statement. IT'S no surprise this company has alot of hate, their customer service is so poor and as a customer they treat you like a piece of $h!t. Terrible site.
I was given a miserable 5 BONUS (to wager) in compensation for having been treated like a DOG by a chat master, queen of abuse more like. BONUS that didn't even work!
I am ill and awaiting medical tests for cancer. I had ended up saying this because Madam was telling I was "misbehaving" for typing "in my French accent" and wishing people Good Luck.
She replied I "shouldn't vent my anger online" !!!!!
I complained about it, was given that miserable compensation, not even reassured that my issue would be passed onto Management!

Account closed when I tried to withdraw my balance. Customer services are ONLY available by their webchat. After 10pm there is a crew on with very limited powers and abilities. I've spent close to 5hours talking to customer services, I've submitted scanned ID several times. My original request has vanished into thin air. I've had to complain through other channels as well as their chat

If you are aware most of these companies are all connected. You can check this at the bottom of their page to see their Gambling Commission licence number. Once you click on that you will see all the companies they are linked to. For example Paddy Power and Betfair are all under the same parent company PPB gaming

Like all gambling companies they are nothing but thieves. On a Saturday final in the modus online live leauge there's 10 minutes in between the group ending and the semi final starting yet they can't get betting up till the 1st leg has been won. Then they can't put the 2nd semi final (even though they know before the 1st semi final who will be in the 2nd) up until one leg has been won of course lowering the odds. Before the final starts there's a 3rd place play off (which they don't offer odds on till a leg has been won even though they know for ages who's in it) so they know for ages who's in the final so want you to use their technology yet can't operate it themselves. How can matches be put up not till one leg has been won but the final can't be put up in all that time, unless they are doing it on purpose is of course the only rational explanation. No result yet from a boxing fight that started at 5:00 pm yesterday.

PaddyPower banned me a couple of months ago for no reason whatsoever and then the customer service can't even disclose why you got banned, even if you gave them all the security answers to prove its definitely you.
