Ridiculous implementation of recent government gambling measures. They offer bonuses but if you actually play the wagering requirements they hit you for playing too much !!! You have to spend an hour answering embarrassing questions on their chat and they put restrictions on your account. Don’t whatever you do have a one night binge because they are actually sitting there watching you play. I lost £100 playing slingo last night and when i went to deposit more I got a message saying they take safer gambling seriously and they had reduced my monthly limit from £500 to £150 (The exact amount i had already used, INCLUDING the £100 I lost), so i could not deposit any more! Closed my account. Plenty more fish in the sea, although gambling will soon be banned altogether. The creeping signs are there, slowly tightening until it will be the reserve of the rich only.

I had been a loyal and regular Paddy Power customer for over 10 years. However, I just received an email informing me that the trading department had reviewed my account and I would no longer be eligible for any promotions. I checked my account and over the last 12 months I have won a small amount, so I can only assume PP don’t like anyone to actually win. I have therefore informed PP I have also reviewed my account and requested them to close it ASAP. I will also let everyone else I know who uses PP that they have no respect for customers and are only interested in you if you lose.

Worst betting company, I have used so far. When I lost bets in the past, I wasn’t restricted but now that I have had a few wins. I am restricted and not allowed to bet the stake I desire.

Once I was there and I dropped a credit ticket while I was going to the toilet. Someone else used it and took my money. While I reported the matter in the seconds untrained staff didn’t know how to block the ticket into the system. The fraudster right in the front of the staff noise did place a bet. I complaint to the manager and the area manager but nothing was refunded to me. Bear in mind I was the one to blame. I asked politely why your member of staff did not block the ticket? One female member of staff told me that if I reported the matter to the police with their reference number I should be able to get my money back. This is Paddy Power in Camberwell. Did indirectly take my money!! It’s not a good experience and not customer care at all. The worse shop and I’ve never been since. DON’T GO THERE…..

Disgusting complaint about faiyaz. Sits behind a computer requesting a selfie of me holding my photo ID and won’t provide a surname to make a complaint without it. Locked out of my account saying my father’s name is incorrect and this is the only way of opening it? Really, why would I send personal details and pictures of myself to someone sat behind a computer when there are other ways to confirm my details. Think the papers need to hear about this story.

Paddy power are just like the rest. My cashout froze tonight. I contacted them and was told bets are about the final outcome. And they reserve the right to freeze cashouts in the interest of the company. I wish I had screenshot their response as this needs to be reported to the gambling commission. Be aware and avoid

Would leave zero stars if possible!!!Shocking ripoff company!! Placed a bet on Thursday afternoon on Buick to win two or more races at Haydock and Ryan Moore to win two or more races at Salisbury. Salisbury was abandoned without a race being held but they still settled the bet in their favour as I was told buick didn’t win two races at haydock! Bet should have been void as soon as the Salisbury race meeting was cancelled. Had an “online chat” with one of their customer service morons, wazeer, and it took him half an hour to come to this decision!!!I have shut my account and gone to sky bet and advise you all to do the same.

This is the most controlled game that I saw!!! Play for 2 houres on 1-2-3-4£ bet just to give me my money back twice amd after eat it again!!! This Company have actually stolen £80 from me. I have irrefutable evidence is is 100% genuine claim. They are thieving vermin. After the incident last week, they agreed after 2 hours to send it to the game software manufacturers and told me to wait for an update. I out all these facts on a plate stage by stage. This is a Complete no brainer. Still today I have heard nothing. This would tske 5 minutes for a competent person to work out however their staff are lazy slobs who just want to go home. PP your licence should be immediately revoked.As I said thus is absolutely clear theft what they have done

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Paddy power has suspended my account with no reason why! They have ask me to upload documents, ID, address and bank! I did all that straight away and now it’s 13 days down the line and still no update! I have spoken to 19 agents and 4 supervisors and all they have to say is we will be in contact shortly! It’s an absolute joke! No empathy for customers who spend thousands monthly with them! If I have uploaded documents why can’t you review it!!!! Last time this happened it was reviewed within 2 hours! Bet Builders are totally unfair as the prices are based on your selection playing the whole 90 minutes. So a player playing the whole 90 minutes maybe at 1-3 to commit a foul within that period. However he maybe a sub and only play 10 minutes, the live price would then be say 3-1, but you don’t get that you only get 1-3. Its a con.Thats why they give you free bets on Bet Builders.

Beware of Paddy Power! They suspended my account after consecutive wins. After I uploaded all the necessary documents they needed, they closed my account without telling me the reason why. Then when I try to claim the money on my account they only returned part of it since they don’t return winnings when they close your account. They will take the money of your previous losses but won’t give your winnings. They are scammers and scum of the earth and I hope karma gets them where they deserve it.P.S. I have only 1 account, I use my my own debit card with my name on it for my deposits and withdrawals, and I live in the UK. I never breached any rules whatsoever and just place normal sporting bets like anyone else. The fact that they won’t give an explanation makes their company questionable beyond doubt.

Account was closed for over 2yrs due to me using my partner’s credit card with her permission my mistake, but got account reopened last Friday and thankfully I did.
