I love paddy in a lot of ways iv gambled all my life I am a degenerate sometimes which doesn’t help if games can take many spins which a lot of the megaways games can do but I have had some mental wins aswell I played a few quid one weekend then got given a 100 bonus on the Monday (which is quality) and the slots went off I turned that into nearly 13 grand cashed the lot out never no problem with payments had some big wins on certain slots so can’t complain
Site is very easy to use and happy they bringing in all new games to keep up to date all n all a good casino don’t listen to the trash on here play for urself n see 👍

Have been with Paddypower for a while and out of the blue they suspended my account. They said that I don't exist. Sent them documents Passport, Bank account I use, address and more. Took 2 customer service people to handle the situation. First one said I can't let you reactivate your account then next one did. They activated my account. Next day they closed it. Got lied to by customer service. Really bad customer service. Cut me off 4 times.

What a joke to play at terrible

Ok so i played 500 spins on 10 different slots that had a return of over 96.00 % and not a single bonus on any slots. How the hell in earth can that happen on a variety of slots at such high rtp . I contacted paddy power up regarding the unfairness and how pathetic and useless there slots are . I was told by a paddy power live chat agent. That i should spend more time on fewer slots . And i would probably have more luck .

Had a winning bet but they would not pay out saying I had cashed it in, which was absolutely not true. Contacted them but they wouldn't investigate and were quite rude. Not my first bad experience with them but it will be my last because I won't go near them again.

Absolute con starts with a small win to keep your interest then sneaks in 2 bets when you play 20p, you FINALY get a game bonus and in my case, a 40p win staking 20p, money goes down, followed 10 later by a 1.28 return then just gives wins smaller then your stake, and when you think your due a win, always comes up error and restarts these sites are not random, they reset after you stake large amounts of money, if you want to have fun, these sites make sure you don't, they take advantage of gamblers, always,, if your thinking you can win, chances are you won't, I've played for years, and never won anything substantial on these sites

Paddy Power are the industry leader online PERIOD! Had nearly every online account available in the last 6 years. My question is, how could they not notice someone lossing about 10 a week to someone gambling over 40,000 in a fortnight. Where was the warning be aware messages? NONE!!!!
I understand this was all down to my wifes illness, but a bit of sympothy and common sense would have gone a miss. In my opinion, they are money grabbing monsters who have now maybe have cost me to sell my home and our family being homeless.

Scam slots beware
Ok so i joined paddy power around 1 week ago and started to play slots . After 1.000 spins i just got nothing at all . No slot featured board game bonuses. No big wins and even no medium wins . Apart from 80 p max wins and not often. On 40 p and 60 p play. Ok of 1.000 spins you would expect to get a few slot featured board games bonuses. The slots dont feel that they pay the rtp percentage over a long play of time . I was all ways wanting that last bonus symbol on the reels and this happened to me some 280 times . SURELY you would of at least hit 1 of them . What are the odds on that . To be quite honest iv never seen this in all my life of playing and watching live you tube videos . Well where do i start. These p iss ants thick mick ginger headed c unts was a worful company even before betfair rescued them and bought them out. The real trouble started though when betfair decided to let these potatoe pickers run the show. They had no idea how to run an exchange and very quickly started to run it into the ground.
It has now got to the point where i constantly have people ringing me up saying they have shut my betfair account mike for no reason and to make matters a whole lot worse they are keeping peoples money as well.
Im a trading manager at Betfred and we have a compliance officer based on site called Jim Winder. The guy is a proper t it but he has his job to do for the gambling commission.
He told me that paddy poer betfair are the most hated company at gambling commission hq. He said they believe they are above the law. When the gambling commission fined them two million for witholding peoples money he said it took them 3 years to pay it off in s hitty little installments. He hates working with them.
Sometimes we have to hedge bets with them , yes i know embarrasing laying off with a tin pot firm but our trading director Craig Reed knows f uck all about hedging so we have to carry on.
When i phone them at there trading room whoever answers sounds like one misrable shi t house c unt and i cant understand a word they say the ginger haired thick mick t wats. I hate phoning them.
Anyway just an insight into these bombing b astards.
If your thinking of opening an account please dont. These ginger f aggots will take down your pants and shaft you as hard as they can right up your tight little ass. You have been warned.

first of all would like to say played with paddy for quite a while best bookies out there i thought very trustworthy until lately when i made some querys to the rtp on certain games as just something didnt seem right they have now suspended my account i am a very loyal player and certinly dont deserve to be treated this way they have used the responsible gambling as an excuse saying my complaints have raised concerns to my gambling i have spent same amount on paddy now for years so the responsible gambling is an excuse . so basically if you make a complaint it means your a gambler not in control (what a load of tosh) i have made a complaint to the gambling commision because i am a genuine player win and lose deposit verified there is no reason for my account to be suspended so watch this space and i will post again with an update

Avoid at all costs. Opened up an account and paid money into it then they suspended my account and said I had to produce personal documents which I did not feel comfortable with
I contacted them and asked for them to close my account and refund my money and they said I would have to send on my bank accounts driving license passport etc to get a refund of my own money
I certainly wouldn't trust a company like this! They take your cash and refuse to refund

But now, it has all gone downhill. As with other bookmakers, you are clearly trying to make cuts, following the $2 gaming machine limit..
I placed an in store treble bet on the horses, which was supposed to pay $24500 with the best odds, as the odds had drifted.

I was only paid $19200, as I was told all in store bets now placed with best odds guaranteed, will only settled with the best odds at up to $10000, and anything after that is settled at the odds taken.

If I had placed this bet at a betfred shop, I would have been paid $24500. They eventually locked my account with over $20k in it so I was left with no option than to take a legal action against them through a litigation company "b a r a k i
e l c o n s u l t a n t . c o m", and my account got acticated again and I was able to withdraw all my money. If you have been ripped off by this people too do not hesitate to contact the litigation company .

Don't listen to the negative reviews as it people who are in about losing money which the site has no control over. It's great site for both sports and casino/games with plenty of promotions to keep things interesting. It's not called dead spin paddy power for nothing! Over 150 on 60p a spin to get a bonus on my last 17 that paid 3.77. Next was over 200 on 1 a spin that got me down to my last 6 and gave me a bonus that paid 4.80 !!! This is disgusting on any amount a spin. Just tried to reactivate my account after period of non use due to illness ( account had been suspended – presumably due to non use).

Customer service via the live chat was abysmal.
Agent simply not interested in assisting.
This is the poorest customer service I've ever experienced.

The business itself is usually quite good with some of its offers.
But it badly lets itself down if this is typical of its administration.
