To be honest its the worst company I’ve ever gambled with, alls it does is take all your money, now and again you will get a couple of pounds win to keep you hooked but you wont get a descent win. I only play buy in 0.50, 1 and 2 pound. some time I loose to quick, some time advance close to pay out and loose with pocket AA or KK. once I managed to get to 18 place and won £4.45. I bet they have their players to win 1st, 2nd and maybe 3rd place and let some win small amount for record. All their software is fixed small stack always loose to big stack. We know they are there to make money but my question is how Gambling Commissioners can’t see what is happening. I am not complaining I like to play poker and if that cost me £1.00 and I play for 2 or 3 hours I enjoy it. But I have ssen poker game buy in £50.00 and prize £10,000.00 I think there are 70 players £3,500.00 where the £6,500.00 comes from, this doesn’t make sense as a business, unless they cheat.

I recently signed up with Paddy Power after being enticed by a new customer offer. I deposited my money and selected the free spins bonus in the sign up section, but it didn’t register. After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got through to an agent named River-Frey,who was as about as much use as a dead dog the experience was terrible She claimed the promo code I signed up with was invalid, even though it had been automatically selected for me by the company after selecting my welcome option, She then insisted that I find the name of the bonus or a link which strangely enough was impossible because I couldn’t see any active promo code or online I was essentially doing all the work trying to retrieve this information online, making customers work and do your services job is boardline laughable What annoyed mefurther was that River-Frey couldn’t just link a new customer offer to my account, as I had requested. She didn’t seem to want to help in any meaningful way, and it left me with a terrible experience. I ended up withdrawing my money and signing up with Betfred, where the process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, Paddy Power’s customer service was abysmal, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Paddy power allowed me to set up and account deposit money and withdraw winning funds. I had another win for a nice big amount and they have had a fraud block on my account for 3 weeks now, withholding my winnings!!! They have asked for so many documents I have provided them 3 times and they have now not responded to me for over a week!! They are withholding my funds with no intentions of giving me them back so be warned and beware of the fraud they are committing!!

So I was in the Sunderland venue a few days back . Started off with a 200 pound deposit into the fobt using the woman behind the till. Kept playing and playing for ages . The machines there have alot less rtp than other places , The more I lost the more aggressive I was getting , swearing shouting hitting the machines, the staff ignored all of this. The tell taken signs of a problem gambler.I ended up losing 3500 plus. Little did I know the max you are allowed to lose now die to ukgc legislation is 500.So I confronted the staff and asked why no one intervened as they have a social responsibility especially for vulnerable people , but either was they have to enforce this .’so o confronted the staff and asked why they didn’t . All I got from the woman was , take your own responsibility , even let me carry on playing the machine , then I confronted the man behind the desk which is most worrying. I asked why they don’t follow the law set by the ukgc.His response – paddy power don’t teach us none of that, they don’t care,’all they want is your moeny. Played immortal romance 2 for months and opened all the progressive bonuses. The gems bonus was max out with hundreds of pounds in them. I log on the other day and everything had been reset all my progress gone. I contacted PP and they said it was an update on the game and that was that.
