Avoid like the plague. Parimatch rob you more than your standard bookies. Be careful to not place a bet prior to the teamsheet coming out because if you place a bet on a player, and they don’t start, it will not be voided if they come on at any point, even the last minute of the game!! They will accept your money at odds given as if a player was playing 90 minutes and unlike the top bookies, they won’t void single selections that do not start a game. They will rob you blind. Customer service is no better, they are “sorry to hear it” and end the chat. Aidan I’m referring to you..

Rubbish! Let’s say that you place a bet on the football. For example, Man U vs Liverpool (not my actual bet, but an example).£10 Man U win (90min)£10 Draw (90min)£10 Liverpool win (90min)At the 90th minute, Man U are winning 3 – 2. +8min added time gets added. During added time, Liverpool equalise. The game ends 3 – 3. Has your £10 Draw bet won? No. The caveat was that the score should be drawn at the 90th minute. At the 90th minute, Man U were winning 3 – 2, so by that logic, the Man U to Win bet should have won right? Apparently not. This bet also lost. Talk about moving the goalposts!Of course the £10 Liverpool bet loses.

Poor Customer Care Support. Poor bunch of team. I have deposited 500 but it is not credited into my accounts. Despite of bank statement everything I have given. Share many a times. What a terrible experience! Again, spent a lot of money, max win I got in 3 months was £15. Deposited everyday!!!! It’s so fixed, I enjoyed before but now I just lose and lose! Don’t understand the good reviews. Parimatch is ruining gambling now. Almost all casinos I play is run by them and after that change I don’t win anything anymore, just lose and lose. In fact, I’ve spent over £700 over all casinos in the last 2 weeks depositing everyday! I win max £20 from a bonus feature if I win something, I also haven’t had bonus features in weeks. Be aware! This is just getting out of hand and I’ll be recording my activity to raise a complaint if this carries on! I feel robbed.

Was playing some roulette and lost £400 at 5am, not a big amount compared to how much money I’ve won from them (with my methods), and that’s when they decided to jumped in and restricted my accounts, after a long night of work I was too tired to speak to anyone but I did it anyway just to get my accounts back, but the agent on the phone was super rude, mocking me for “losing my money back” and tries tricking me into saying “I spent all my salary on betting every month” she knew I don’t but she’s evil and enjoys bugging customers, at the end she asked me to give her an amount of how much loss limit she should place on my accounts, I told her an amount of my max monthly disposable amount and she was being a bastad about it, and then she hang up on me and next day I got an email saying THEY EXCLUDED MY ACCOUNT FOR 50 years

I cant recommend Parimatch.£900 was supposed to of been sent back to my card.It appears accordinG to PM it FAILED !! Noone told me despite me askign over and over.No other company has told me of this situation. Mkae of that what you will.Be vary careful and wary of this compamy

My experience was made great by my two advisors Harvey and then Jamie my began with Harvey Who led me in basically made me understand what I had to do and gave me took over my care later on and completed it fantastically both were extremely competent very friendly and did everything in their power to make things easier and smooth from me after some of the experiences I’ve had in my short six to eight weeks of online gambling it made all the horrible experiences water away so thank you for making things easier for me especially after the rough ride I have had recently very happy customer and of course a nice win on top really did help with the good mood lol
