Deposit after deposit with no return dead spin after dead spin, after 9 deposits you’d expect a little back but not on this site, all the “good reviews” are about how good the staff are even naming them on most lol wonder who actually wrote those reviews ?

Their KYC process is ridiculous. They froze my account upon registration and asked for documents. Fair enough, I understand why they do this. Sent everything they asked for and had an email to say my account was now fully verified and active. Logged into the account to find the restriction banner gone so deposited money and opened a slot to play. Pop up saying I couldnt launch games and to contact customer services. I checked the verification section and it said my account was restricted but no other details as to what they require or what was causing the restrictions. Contacted live chat who told me my account was restricted but couldnt tell me why and Id have to wait for checks to be made, what checks? I sent everything they asked for. Had another email during this time to say my account was fully verified and then a few minutes later had another email saying it was restricted and a list of documents to send which were the exact things already sent and approved!! Seems to be an absolute mess. Why on earth are they letting you deposit money into an account you can neither withdraw from or play any games or bets?! I dont understand. In the mean time my welcome offer is almost expired so probably wont even get that. The adviser on chat said she fully understands my frustration and encouraged me to make an official complaint but I doubt that would get me very far. The whole process is just bizarre.

Pari match team and management. From last 11 days I’m not getting my deposit amount back to my account .Word with chat with your support team and even had mail mail to support team .From last 11days they are giving only a solution. They’re saying that we r doing our best but there is no solution from your side I think soI had given you UTR I’d and transaction ID even with a screenshot but is not working from you people I think so.

WARNING! DO NOT USE!Take your money and will not pay withdrawal.Over a week and money is not in my bank and they say is not with them anymore and it’s not their fault.Terrible Customer Service.Especially Jesus and Stefan.Once I highlighted there fraudulent fake payment to live chat after speaking directly with my bank they ban you.Told me to use an arn reference number and speak with charge back department as payment is no longer with them.Corruption at its finest.Told me to speak with a bank branch manager? lol When I asked why would anybody ever need that? They don’t answer questions directly and say speak to your bank.They even give me a fake arn reference number to locate the payment and to speak with charge back department? My bank laughed at me saying why would they give you that long fake number?Trust me do not use.I have since taken legal advice and am in the process of arranging criminal proceedings.I have called them directly to speak regarding my timely 5 year SELF exclusion that they chose to inflict not me because I refused to accept their lies and proved them wrong and I have plenty of supporting evidence.I cannot log in or access now as am banned.Never ever use them or trust them. Parimatch are the ONLY company in this shpere i have ever encoutered that say they tried to pay money back to you , it doesnt get to you , yet they do nothing unless you get in touch. So in my case thye say they tried to pay money back to the card used , it didnt reach and thye dont tell you thye dont even put it back in theaccount ! Surely that is not the work of an honest company ? There are good firms out there – this isnt one

I received a message asking me to upload ID and proof of income which is standard for all bookmakers these days, I spoke to an agent on live chat called Jamie who was a pleasure to talk to, he replied to messages instantly and didn’t keep me waiting unlike some other sites out there do.Jamie uploaded my documents quickly via live chat and there were no problems at all.As someone who has been using the site for a little while now I’ve had no problems at all, the only thing I’d ask for is more options on the bet builder markets.
