The live chat was available gone 4.00 am which is very good for me: some sites don’t have a live chat at all.The agent remained very patient and polite even though I was confused. My query was eventually answered satisfactory, but was a little too long winded for such a simple query, I had to keep giving prompts.Overall, I can confidently recommend this site from this chat.

Won a competition for hospitality football tickets. Was told to email my details within 24 hours. They claim they didn’t get any of my 5 emails (unlikely), and refused to give me the prize – after arranging time off of work and arranging travel, missing a family occasion. Offered me £200 to spend in a club shop for a team I don’t support instead. I’ve emailed proof of my email having been sent in time, but I’m receiving no response to phone or emails now

First they wanted from me normal documents and my account was verified. After few won bets they wanted enchanted verification with paypal statement, selfie, other photos of ID, etc. My account passed this and now on my account was 400 pounds in bets and 300 pounds in pending withdraw. They closed my account without any information, I just was logged out and can’t log in now. On chat they told me this is bussines decistion and nothing about my money !!!!!! Propably they want steal my money now or maybe they did it already… The website is probably a scam… If you can see my comment they stole my money

The worst bookmakers I have used. The app is frustrating while the odds are added just before a race on the dogs so you loose the early price. For example, I was monitoring a dog at 9/1 and by the time they added the odds, the dog was 5/1. The company is a con and I would avoid at all cost. This is the what you get from a small company. Stick with an established brand who offers better promotions and updates the odds in time and not just before a race.

Been using it for 2 months now not had any problems with withdrawals it is the sister company of BetVictor so it’s definitely well establish casino same lay out as betvictor and of course it will have its sister company as I mentioned.. But I can honestly say not had any problems with PARIMATCH hopefully I’ll do another review in few months time let’s hope it’s still stays good

Absolutely shocking, 170 deposited in last couple of days at 10 playing 20p SPINS and not once have I reached 20, definitely a rigged site, all this on the same game where any other site I’d have got over the 20 mark at least7 or 8 times, no fun in dead spin after dead spin so closing this account and wasting my money where you have a glimmer of hope at getting something back, don’t deposit on here if you are a UK customer they will just rinse you, never trust a site where the ‘good’ reviews are only about the staff that solved a problem lol little bit fishy especially when the reviews are actually naming the apparent person that supposedly resolved the situation, ” look boss, I got a good review about me, it was definitely from a real customer ” lol

Their KYC process is ridiculous. They froze my account upon registration and asked for documents. Fair enough, I understand why they do this. Sent everything they asked for and had an email to say my account was now fully verified and active. Logged into the account to find the restriction banner gone so deposited money and opened a slot to play. Pop up saying I couldnt launch games and to contact customer services. I checked the verification section and it said my account was restricted but no other details as to what they require or what was causing the restrictions. Contacted live chat who told me my account was restricted but couldnt tell me why and Id have to wait for checks to be made, what checks? I sent everything they asked for. Had another email during this time to say my account was fully verified and then a few minutes later had another email saying it was restricted and a list of documents to send which were the exact things already sent and approved!! Seems to be an absolute mess. Why on earth are they letting you deposit money into an account you can neither withdraw from or play any games or bets?! I dont understand. In the mean time my welcome offer is almost expired so probably wont even get that. The adviser on chat said she fully understands my frustration and encouraged me to make an official complaint but I doubt that would get me very far. The whole process is just bizarre.
