WARNING! DO NOT USE!Take your money and will not pay withdrawal.Over a week and money is not in my bank and they say is not with them anymore and it's not their fault.Terrible Customer Service.Especially Jesus and Stefan.Once I highlighted there fraudulent fake payment to live chat after speaking directly with my bank they ban you.Told me to use an arn reference number and speak with charge back department as payment is no longer with them.Corruption at its finest.Told me to speak with a bank branch manager? lol When I asked why would anybody ever need that? They don't answer questions directly and say speak to your bank.They even give me a fake arn reference number to locate the payment and to speak with charge back department? My bank laughed at me saying why would they give you that long fake number?Trust me do not use.I have since taken legal advice and am in the process of arranging criminal proceedings.I have called them directly to speak regarding my timely 5 year SELF exclusion that they chose to inflict not me because I refused to accept their lies and proved them wrong and I have plenty of supporting evidence.I cannot log in or access now as am banned.Never ever use them or trust them. Absolutely shocking and awful service from Parimatch.co.uk and it's staff. So very simply I haven't been paid my withdrawal which usually takes minutes is now over a week and they say nothing to do with them talk to your bank who haven't received it either. Go to log in to live chat to discuss after following their instructions and now they have self excluded me for 5 years. Ok Parimatch not dodgy at all. Scumbags. I have worked in the betting Industry over 20 years and put customers at the heart of everything I do. I promote responsible gambling and urge anyone with gambling or financial difficulties to seek help. This company will not help you in any capacity. Shame on them. BEWARE!DO NOT USE!

It seems I'd made a mistake when depositing some funds, Jamie saw the problem immediately, stayed on the live chat with me whilst I sorted my side of it and very quickly came to the outcome we both wanted. Maybe live chats are not all crap after all... Thanks Jamie

Parimatch are the ONLY company in this shpere i have ever encoutered that say they tried to pay money back to you , it doesnt get to you , yet they do nothing unless you get in touch. So in my case thye say they tried to pay money back to the card used , it didnt reach and thye dont tell you thye dont even put it back in theaccount ! Surely that is not the work of an honest company ? There are good firms out there - this isnt one

I received a message asking me to upload ID and proof of income which is standard for all bookmakers these days, I spoke to an agent on live chat called Jamie who was a pleasure to talk to, he replied to messages instantly and didn't keep me waiting unlike some other sites out there do.Jamie uploaded my documents quickly via live chat and there were no problems at all.As someone who has been using the site for a little while now I've had no problems at all, the only thing I'd ask for is more options on the bet builder markets.

Parimatch is fraud and big scammers they steal customer money please stop playing in this fraud because I made my deposit in this fraud site on 5th almost now 25days now amount also received to there merchant when asked for proof there merchant denying to give details and also they ask your bank about your fund when will refund my bank told that amount already received to merchant to told customer service but same reason they saying amount not receive I have all the proof and I shared they are denying to refund my funds better stop playing on this site this is a huge fraud site and scammers
