Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips arent enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and its simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before Ive deposited thousands with you, its that simple. Avoid.

Casino offers are regular and worth doing and slots in general are reliable and entertaining. Deposits and withdrawals are prompt. Website response appears slow at times although my Internet speed is quite poor. All in all a good casino to play

STS Abuse and twist the verifactaon process to fit their own criteria benifit> ie to deliberately hold funds and disable ones account. my account was also disabled !!!Sent them my docs and they dont accept.Use all the excuses from, obscured to creased. Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars. The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Very stable site.no crashes or freezes as Betfair does with annoying regularity.The liquidity for horse racing and mayor football leagues is more than adequate.minor or secondary football leagues is poor.overall I am slowly moving my laying from Betfair to BETDAQ.But I am not a high roller.However for the normal layer or backer BETDAQ is more than adequate .I had one interaction with customer services ,the speed of response was above adequate and my query resolved .The banking ,deposit,withdrawal also works faultlessly.However it is not instant as Betfair or B365 as example.overall very useable site.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. ( cue the crap underneath about how they protect their customers and have strategies in place).Please use a different betting service.

Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing 12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID – including bank cards, oh no those aren’t good enough because you didn’t sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don’t work on) – bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get “Your council tax bill isn’t the address on your account?” (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief… Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

Joined and deposited money placed a bet won the bet and asked for withdrawal . Account blocked and asked for self employed tax Paypal screenshots etc submitted. Poor stuff I have deposited once and now waiting for them to process documents terribly slow live chat waste time just state 72 hours . Now sitting with 3900 of my winnings and I cant withdraw them . Firstly they charge you 0.25% to make a deposit. Secondly the website/app/mobile site doesn’t work, constantly buffering and you are unable to place a bet. And lastly the customer service is shocking. Please do not make a deposit with this bookmaker Worst I have used my a long way.

Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a 20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. It’s very early days as I only opened an account with them 5 days ago. But I need to say that I’m a very small player on sports bets and horse racing mainly, and so far I’ve been impressed. They’re based on the Isle of Wight (not Gibraltar). I’ve made 2 withdrawals so far and they were paid almost instantly, virgin bet and virgin games were previously the quickest and they paid the following day. The site is a bit glitchy if ur on a laptop, but seems much better on the phone. They dnt seem to have an app yet but it shud deffo be in the pipeline coz these people seem to know what it takes to plse a punter. In the first week of getting my account I did alright everything was looking good unit last week which was roughly my third week I got an email saying I had to have a lower deposit limit with no explanation. I said no I would like to keep it how it is and they then they restricted my account pending ‘vericication’ even though I sent my documents when it was opened and was able to play and withdraw initially. Spread ex is a very good betting site. There is a large selection of fixed odds, they settle bets as fast as they can, they send withdrawals daily… any time I have ever called then for.suppprt it has rang once and been answered straight away. Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find good odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. Unfortunately my recent experience of the Tote is similar to many people below – opened an account made a small deposit won a reasonable sum on the placepot then decided to use a a little profit on the gaming tables 20 minutes later account suspended – no explanation – then an email from safer gambling team stating that I will have to produce all manner of documentation, pay slips, bank statements etc etc – I am in profit! The Tote are completely incompetent and their staff just read from a script – agree with earlier comment they used to be known as the Nanny Goat now just the Nanny State. They will just hide behind the safer gambling legislation but that is nonsense they should not be asking for so much personal information – I have told them they are risking contravention of the GDPR but they don’t seem to care.
