They have the remove the option of withdrawal. Better to keep only deposits.. the body which goes to graveyard and money wg8ch goes to royal panda will never come back.. Slow glitchy mobile website. As soon as you process a half decent withdrawal they block your account, wait a couple of days and request doc’s. They then use there 72 hour period to ignore your emails / uploaded docs. all in all miles behind competitive sites. definitely do not put customers first.their contact us number was also invalid. When asked its due to a global pandemic.doubting if they will ever process these withdrawals, looking at other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence.

Signed up due to the great offer for the Fury fight, did all the right things to qualify for the bet and it won. Under ‘offers’ i checked and all the green ticks were there so it was complete. I waited for my bonus and nothing came. Useless over whatsapp, only read my messages and not reply. Livechat and email said my account details were not recognised as apparently I signed up thru a different website…but yet the account is there when they took my money. Absolute shambles. Do not be fooled by them. Take your money to the other better betting sites.

Terrible site,I deposited 20 by paypal and then tried to place a yankee bet but couldnt?then contacted chat and advised no exotics available?Then tried twice to place a single horse bet but slow glitchy site made that impossible.Contacted chat to close account after hitting withdraw button to take deposit back.I was asked why closing account and gave reasons above,”ok thanks “was all i got,no apology for the crap service then just cut me off ,must happen a lot.These new betting sites are useless,used a tried and tested one,total amateurs.AVOID.Would give zero stars but have to give 1 to review.

“Nanny” was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift 500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months’ bank statements showing 15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn’t have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. I cannot recommend this bookie at all. They charge a commission on deposits and they charge a fee on withdrawals! A few bookies will charge one or the other but I have never known one to do both. Their sports betting page takes ages to load, if ever. It is as if they want you to lose patience and go to the Casino instead. The free bet offer includes an obscure clause saying that if you have had a free bet with one of their affiliates in the past then you are ineligible! As if a regular punter is going to know what bookie is affiliated with what! What a miserable and wretched way to catch punters out.Luckily I only deposited twenty pounds. If you deposit any money with Mrplay after reading this then you are a fool.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet 100 or more on virtual sports and get 20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. Run a mile from this site huge headache all round. Terrible slow dysfunctional website. They choose when you can play at Mr Play buffering the website so you cant place a bet the majority of the time, strangely the deposit function works amazingly fast. The slots have the lowest win percentage i have ever experienced at a casino apparently 20 is a big win after you spend hundreds. No chances to claim your losses back at all. Outright fraudsters. Well thanks for nothing parimatch. I sent all required documents and now you tell me that I can’t use my account as I can’t afford to lose 1 a week. What a joke, you really should be ashamed of yourselves discriminating against the disabled. I joined Parimatch 7 months a go so that I could have the odd flutter, and I really mean that as I maybe have a couple of bets a month.I had no problems until about a week ago when I got a notification asking for copies of my last 3 months bank statements. No problem, I sent them these and then they get back asking what I do for a living. As I am disabled I get back saying I’m on benefits, they then get back to me saying do I have any other income such as a pension, income from shares etc that can support my gambling.What on earth do they need to know that for? I’ve never had no problems with gambling (to be fair they’re not to know that) but in the 7 months I’ve been with Parimatch I have lost just 30 with them. That works out about 1 a week. How the hell do they think I have any sort of problem? Are they asking all this because I’m not losing enough? I opened 888 account with 100 saying I get 100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didnt accept it so I play won 700 but was not able to take it out. They stop my account and dont let me withdraw my money out. They keep all my money . Robber send them 100s email to solved but same email reply and nothing was done . Its over 3 weeks now. My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free 88 ? I played 11 of the 88 i won 45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. So then the 45 was randomly turned into 10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can’t collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the 77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? Initially I gave this website a good review. I have only used a few times now and wow if I could take back my previous review and give it a zero I would! I actually think it is family and friends who have rated this site and beware you will lose money hand over fist with no payouts whatsoever. All of the one star reviews made me skeptical about my withdrawal, however, yesterday I withdrew 630 from a 25 deposit and today (less than 12 hours later) the money is in my bank. I provided a picture of the debit card and a picture of my passport and that was it. No issues at all.
