Cant make withdrawal at all Even tho i am logged in with BankID all time and have sent them several pdf copies of my bank account and bills !No support just an auto answer that keeps saying different things like send in pdf file Last time i tried Trustly but still got mail i should send my bank account in pdf format. This place is usually good and i have spent a lot of time and money here with out complaints.However i had an issue with a slot tournament and the agent i spoke with in the chat was unhelpful and i was in the chat for over two hours as he argued with me and was completely unhinged. I wish i could post the chat here. Its nuts. This was the first time i contemplated writing a review but i had to as this experience was the worst i have ever had with anyone. I asked to be trasnfered to another agent and he argued with me for 10 more minutes and then refused to give me the complaint email. Mind blowingly bad.

They take your money, they control the tables and outcomes and then they leach information out of you to get your refund (if you have anything left and want to get out). Never give/disclose these people your bank acct, transit, branch number or swift numbers for a refund. If you want to try this site use visa and make sure you can call visa for a full refund when Ppoker stops contacting you through email. They will if they cannot gain full access to your bank information. Gamble responsibly.

I enjoy playing there,deposit and witdrawal are fast and costumer support is great. The only thing that got me to drop 1 star is the software that needs improvement and the trafic that is sometimes low, other than that, its the most reliable and trustworthy site around.

Managed to make a few withdraws then made 2 more withdraw which took me to a profit has not paid out spoke to customer service who contacted the payment department and they don’t know why ? Now I’m told to wait 24 hours while the investigate and they will email me .An hour and half on phone calls for nothing . And I don’t use twitter .

I’ve played both poker and slots and have an account with them for more than 10 years and I never won. Casino doesn’t event give you hope you might win. Spent hundreds of dollars to get a bonus to make 5$…Never had that many issues with pokerstars with both slots and poker.

This is a honest review after years and years of playing poker..Please guys read reviews first I can assure you there is no such a thing as random card generator on this site.SAVE your money save your time and don’t deposit even 1$ to this site.its just eating your time it’s unplayable the site it’s designed to rake you as much as possible so they making a money they don’t care about customers they are here just for collecting money.. Played all sites and everyone says online poker is rigged but I gotta admit the run outs on partypoker seem far too frequent. I only deposited for the bonuses and will never play again. 19 all ins preflop. Won 1. 2 I was behind from the start. Most where ak vs aq aj. Aa got cracked 3 times twice by 89. Online poker is bs but this site is just pointless it’s not poker, to lose that many all ins when ahead is just crazy

I was expecting the welcome bonus and free chips for a promo code. IF YOU WANT YOUR BONUS YOU HAVE TO PUT WORK IN. They gave me nothing. It will involve hours of work and complaining. I cant even get my money back now they want a picture Id and whole pile of crap. Im leaving the money i deposited in there and deleting the account. Thats how much trouble this was. keep my 40 bucks and all the fake bonuses . This site reminds of a drug dealer that used to go to my school at lunch time. The crashing during tournaments is annoying, log back in tell you tournament ended, (witch it hasn’t). Bad beats is a given, its poker. Though I would never play cash games on this site. I’m sure I split the pot with a pair when I had a flush, but whatever. Partypoker off the past was much better than this, but then I played on pc, the app is crap. Just play small tournaments here. Don’t gamble real amounts. There is to many unknowns, and trust me I play plenty sites, this joint bugged out on app. Don’t risk it. I’m good with the fun tournaments. I’ll still play but for fun just. (Partypoker) Send a few ppl to trial a few other sites, you will see the difference yourselfs. I promise.

Been playing off and on for years on partypoker, the past ten years the company has become something I don’t even recognize anymore… absolute trash. Best way to compare it is Bing maps to Google maps(Pokerstars). The Rng through out the years has been rigged (I had cracked the code and won the same tournament 3 times back to back on the same day). When I reported it, The staff just played opossum then fixed the issue. Their blatantly robbing people of their money just saying. Now with this Id verification crap they’ve gone to far. I’m almost convinced their stealing peoples personal information and reselling it…claiming it as a data leak. They shouldn’t be asking for peoples SIN NUMBERS!!!, Proof of address like utility bills etc. this is not a job you clowns, and where not applying for a credit card. so why the do they consider it acceptable to be asking people for that information? your not a crypto exchange either. Your a bunch of identity stealing scum-bags though!

Cant trust this site. Trying to withdraw money and they reversed the transaction 4 days later. No message to let me know anything and only after I contacted their team did they tell me they were investigating. I retried withdraw and its been another 4 days and nothing. This seems like they are trying to keep traffic and money on the site. Ill be closing my account after I receive my withdraw. To think this site used to be one of the best what a fall from grace. Poor customer service, here is a response I just got: We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately there is no update on the matter as of now. All relevant departments are engaged with highest priority and we are doing our utmost in order to resolve your case as soon as possible. highest priority isnt making sure your customers are happy your highest priority???Joke of a website.

I play nearly full time and make money off the cash back unfortunately partypoker will let you think you have clearly reached the cutoff point for a rake back target only to find out that you have been paid a lot less for the previous target. A dirty low tactic by partypoker.

It’s a scam! Really hard to contact with complaints on several occasions I’ve had to split the pot in poker when I clearly had the winning hand I even have a screenshot this time as proof I had a full house and the pot was spit between myself and a player with a pair! I will not be depositing again ?

I have video recordings that i myself took whilst using this platform.all slot machines are rigged and know how much you are going to win or lose before a spin is complete.if you get a feature bonus before you even pick your key or box etc it knows how much to credit you even though these are advertised as totally random. how would they know what boxes i am going to pick before i myself know ????if you use this platform download bandicam and record your gameplay and raise a complaint with resolver. I am going to sue this company as it is 100 percent a SCAM and the poker is ridiculous like i cant confirm if it is rigged but its the most controversial platform i have used.

If you see lots of 1 star reviews and then a 5 star review it normally tells me its someone who works there posting it!.. I have been waiting for weeks now and the just send the same preprogrammed email saying we are trying to resolve the issue and appreciate the patience. If this was true they would resolve peoples issues and not keep them waiting for weeks and months for a simple issue, no doubt they will leave a message under this one pretending to have noticed or be helpful but this company is the complete opposite, if you dont want to get your money stolen then I would be extremely careful using this site! I wish I seen the reviews before I started playing here!
