Such as you would expect this smaller gaming site offers worse odds than most, there is a BOG offer after 10am worth remembering. The casino makes a barbed wire fence look straight, you will lose and the gaming experience is dreadful. Overall the sports side isn’t too bad but the site is run by greedy parasites who are woefully short on moral fibre.

Been fighting to get my account reopened for weeks. They are hiding behind term 15.8 of their T&Cs that claim they can close any account. Given my record, I can only work out that it was because I had more withdrawals than deposits and they are closing accounts of those who win. Not the best look, in all honesty.

I have been playing on herebfor a while and was asked to verify my card before I could make another deposit.I sent a photo of my card and was told I could continue to deposit. A few days later I won 1700 pounds which when I tried to withdraw I was suddenly asked for a picture of my card again , along with endless amounts of documents I told them it was my partners card and that it had already been approved. My.account has been shut down and I have been told I am not entitled to the winnings . Why not inform me the first time I sent card details? Because I was running at a loss?Just another scam

Have been with this site for a bit now and luckily got a good win! Waiting on withdrawal which I’ve been advised is 24hours for processing which is good! I recently joined quinnbet but it took me a few weeks to start using my account, until yesterday.I currently use William hill but have been trying out different bookmakers to make the switch over from William hill but I would not recommend quinnbet for 2 reasons.1. The welcome offer includes terms that are hidden away and the company will not honour the free bet and spins because I placed the 10 bet over 2 bets and not 1 x £10. 2. Customer service (poor). I spoke with someone called Fiona and it was like talking to a robot. She provided me with the complaints email address which is the standard support email address. Someone by the name of James emailed back and he was appalling, blunt and slightly rude.I asked for a manager to come back to me about the query. 3 hours passed so I emailed in again and of course James just responds although I asked to escalate via a manager or complaints agent.That said, the first time experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and although quinnbet do have some decent promotional offers it’s safe to say I will not be depositing any other funds to the website/app and this is down to the customer service received.

Hello, I opened an account with Quinnbet. Deposited some funds using wives card as waiting on new one being delivered. Had a win totalling 4262 rrquested to withdraw this then later on in the evening deposited some more and won 4500 requested to withdraw that also.I was then asked for ID, picture of card used and to confirm if I was happy with my level of gambling. All sent in with explanation of card.Very shortly after account suspended and subsequently closed. Deposits of £1400 refunded and the remaining balance 7362 was in balance before account was closed.They have not offered any Information regarding closed account or remaining balance.My understanding is if I has lost my deposits using wife’s card I wouldn’t of been refunded now I have won I am not getting any winnings.At no point was card in use questioned when depositing or even after first withdrawl and yet I was able to continue using it.I don’t actually care that they have closed the account but I do want the winnings as I said I if I had lost I wouldn’t of received deposits back and plenty even after 1st withdrawal sent in nothing was picked up.Scam betting site avoid.

All round pretty bad experience and I won. Taken a long time to build up a balance, completed KYC months ago. They don’t run the games but if you win big they make it a long drawn out process. £2409 won on a horse. I withdraw and wait 2-3 days to be told May take a week, wait a week and told its being checked, wait a month and customer service just give me the run around and to be honest their attitude stinks. So 4 months on I get my money and first thing I’ve done is shut my account. They gave no explanation or details just agitated me throughout the process saying they need to check things. If I didn’t know better the company isn’t potentially liquid financially on a daily basis or has a very small customer base. That’s speculation but don’t got there unless your thinking of £1-2 bets in which case just throw it away as it’s dead spin central.

The wager is larger on the same game on other sites. For example I play “who wants to be a millionaire “ and on the bet365 “who wants be millionaire “ game you can wager up to 10 euro per spin,.
