I find the promotion system very miniscule Quinnbet unlike 90% of slots gives bonus features and feels a little more legit but the Issue i find is not a lot of games and also does not have good enough daily opt in bonuses which makes the other sites more appealing i spend about Ā£50-60 daily but for me to get these daily benefits for loyalty makes losing more acceptable if i can get 25% deposit bonus and 30 spins etc for Ā£20 im gonna got to that site, especially these days as the return rate of mega Sites like sun vegas, w.hill, ladbrokes, betfair so on have really made life a misery for pro gamblers i played 32 red for 8 months straight instead using diff sites daily to see how sticking to 1 would take effect and in that 8 months i didnt even get a bonus feature on Big bass splash for 10 free spins, Lastly a common understanding among users is that if i lose e.g. Ā£1000 in a month i expect a Ā£450 return regardless because mathmatically thats how a regulated sites minimum payout should be but if i play play play an not even see some wins to survive then adios

Been with this site couple of months now.i use visa debit card always take 4 hours or less but withdrew Ā£200 yesterday and 20 hours later money still not in my bank..all they reply is it can take 2/3 days when every withdrawal I have made takes less than 4 hours.automated response every time..

First of all, what made me review this site is because of their ridiculous responses to customers here.They always like to mention the reviewers' other 1-star reviews, instead of answering their review in question.I, personally, use many betting sites, but the ones I review on TP are the extremely shocking ones. Now it is very revealing that you put yourself in the same pot as the shocking ones. And a different account for the better ones.I agree with those people saying that you will spin forever without a win. There are some favourite games that everyone knows the likelihood to get bonuses, which is proven with all genuine betting sites, but you will not get a single bonus using QuinnBet....Coming back to my main concern, either the person responding to these Trustpilot is ignorant, or really stupid, and careless that their appalling responses are public and seen worldwide.I don't know whoever is his/her boss, but they must have been careless to read the responses here too. Just the Trustpilot responses to customers, shows how shocking this company is. I have responded to Trustpilot reviews for many years, and doing that for big international companies, and the responses here just pi$$ed me off, and that is the main reason why I review them, let alone their con artist methods of collecting money, and never paying out.I wish I checked this before signing up with them, but glad I checked, instead of betting more with them, and expecting anything back.You can use my Ā£50+ as a charity, or at least use it towards recruiting a better Trustpilot agent with a lil professionalism or customer service skills.

Quinnbet provide good casino bonuse and have all the usual great games. The 10% weekly casino bonus on losses is very welcome.When you're betting on horse racing the daily free bets are great and the weekly quarter back on accumulators I'd fantastic.I did have a problem with one of thee casinos games not paying out on a bonus run, this issue took sometime to resolve due to the game provider, but while waiting customer support were very communicative and answered my queries promptly. In the end my winnings were paid out fully.

Reading the reviews,All i suggest is all firms should check everything before any gambling takes place, Wither its someone who previously had a gambling problem with a diffrent firm or was the person with a diffrent name to that of the bank holders card allowed to place a single deposit,Come on !!! Surely it shouldnt have got passed first base let alone only set alarm bells ringing when hed won something,If that person had lost would he have the legality to demand his losses back? These things coulda happened in 1970s but not now surely? Its the firms responsabillity to ensure only the individual who is using his own bank account and isnt registered with any problem gambling outfit that should be allowed to open an account in the first place...quinnbet u need tighter rules to open an account in first place

Very poor. I came across quinnbet and thought id take up the 1st deposit offer of 50 free spins on my 1st deposit of Ā£10. After i played out my Ā£10 i hadn't received my 50 free spins. I emailed quinnbet support, got a quick reply and was told my 50 free spins would be awarded the next day at 4pm. Come 4pm the next day i still hadn't received my spins. So again i emailed the support with a very polite message, then like before i got a quick reply, saying i wouldn't be receiving my 50 free spins because they already gave somebody else who used my I.P. address previously 50 free spins. What the hell!! Im sorry, that was blatantly untrue. Im the only person in my house hold who plays. Anyway, ill just play elsewhere, and won't be going back to quinnbet. To just parm me off with a ridiculous excuse was laughable

No responsibility for problem gamblers. They wait until you've spent thousands before questions are asked. They clearly know if you've previously been on Gamstop. I admit, I came off Gamstop after 5 years, hoping to dip my toes in and get a big win. Foolishly. Addiction is an awful disease. Avoid this company at all costs. I was due 10% cash back today but these horrible people lied about the amount. I repeatedly challenged them to send me the stakes and returns for one game and was told this was a āridiculous askā and to āstop messingā. I have had rude responses from these people many times and have even written to Brenda Quinn a few weeks ago who is the CEO and even she has not responded. Itās all very well having good offers but if you donāt pay out or even bother to calculate the figures accurately, whatās the point?

Iād give them no stars if I could, company of thieves, if anyone has lost money but used a different card you can claim a refund, they will allow you to deposit, theyāll even keep your money, but if you win they wonāt release it and theyāll offer refunds, they wonāt inform you that you can get a refund though. I encourage everyone to chase up a refund as theyāre all thieves.

Seriously these parasites need to be dealt which accordingly. Won a few bets and the next minute my account is restricted to only being able to win Ā£75.00 on any bet. Withdrew all my winnings and 3 days later i am still waiting for this to be processed, it is over Ā£2000 i am waiting for. Sent numerous emails and had crappy responses saying it will be done in due course.Spoke with them on the live chat to which they responded with "we cant speak with the pay department but it will be paid in due course"When the hell is due course, just getting nowhere with them.Stay well clear of Quinnbet!
