I win gambling pure and simple, Thats why betfred hide behind affordabillity checks to not allow me to place a bet,Ladbrokes close my friends accounts after 1 day…today🤣🤣🤣 i bet a horse in france at 11/1 won at 5/1….Who thinks im doing something wrong by beating the firms? There is a simple reason why Quinnbet has many satisfied customers. They do excellent promotions and the customer service and care is second to none. But winners are not welcome. I was a loyal and honest customer with that company. I never put a foot wrong. But I was doing very well for myself and was winning money in the most legitimate way possible. And I wasn’t winning thousands of pounds either. But I was making between £100 to £300 profit on the football bets. Suddenly my account was closed and they would not give me a reason why they would do that. I was told that decisions like that are made by our traders they don’t give us any information. Please don’t have anything to do with this company. They are nothing but scam artists. If I was constantly losing money then they would welcome my business. I rate 0 out of 10.

Do not go with this site they take your money then they close your account with no explanation. They took months and months of bank statements went through with a great detail witch I did argue that there should be only so much they should be looking at. I havnt done anything wrong just betted what I could then I get penalized for it. All there response is that they can basically do what they want without an explanation.

I see these have been at it again with false reviews and punters having accounts closed and not being paid…listen guys all bookmakers take a bet they have to pay you out its only these that i know of that refuse to pay up…1st step get intouch with ibas…even go down the small claims court( postalroute) cant do it online as these arent registered in england or wales( so why they got a licience to operate????) Absolutely zero chance this is a fair paying casino, just session after session of losses, 17 unsuccessful deposits and then finally doubled my money, took my deposit back and played again for zilch, zero, nothing. There was a technical issue concerning my bank card numbers (current vs expired) which hindered me from making a withdrawal. Quinn Bet identified the issue promptly and emailed me proactively, before I got round to emailing them. The issue was resolved within one day with a minimum of hassle and Chloe, Hannah and Zara (who emailed me consecutively) seemed very polite and proficient. The money I was temporarily unable to withdraw yesterday evening is in my account by 4pm today. This definitely inspires some confidence in Quinn Bet resolving problems.

Awful site – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was a loyal customer of QuinnBet for a number of years without any issues, until I won a few bets that is. As soon as I won and tried to withdraw my winnings my account was suspended for an “investigation” and the result of that investigation was that my funds were to be confiscated and account closed. They stole over £1,000 that I won fair and square – daylight robbery. The more people that report them to IBAS and the GC the better.

I had an account since 2019 and never really had any issues. However after a couple of wins not more than £300 I had my bets severely restricted. I’m talking about putting on £25 and being told I could only put on £3.50?. After trying to contact them several times to find out what was going on I ended up just closing the account. They obviously do not want the custom pretty poor service.

Be careful. Playing what is supposed to be a random generated numbers game. First person black Jack. No way. Player always busts if drawn 12 or 13. I mean every time. Dealer never busts if drawn a 2 as first card. Like never not once. Played for hours watching carefully. Nothing random about this game. Had to use this email to right a review.. my user name on quinnett is Alixlind02. I Wouldn’t have even give this site one star, but had no choice. So been playing on this for awhile, all in I’ve lost 1700 pound… I have took out two withdrawals , 300 and 150. Paid out no problem, did take 24 hours tho. Had a win of 400 and withdrew the money only for to get an email to send in documentation to verify me . Sent them my passport, bank card front and back, bank statements. Now they started ignoring my emails, chat is useless and the ppl in them are so rude , cheeky, keep repeating the same things over and and over and can’t answer ur question! Now my withdrawal of 400 was still sitting in pending , 48 hours still no reply from them not a thing. No customer number to call and emails get ignored. Today how ever I go on to chat to complain, and while on chat the closed my account down, then emailed me right after it saying sorry to inform you but after looking at ur documents we have decided to close your account down and this is final! No reason why nothing! And want answer my emails asking why either.. Now they still have my 400 pound winnings, which I probably will never see, How they get away with this I will never know! STAY AWAY. I opened an account 2 days ago and deposited £50. I withdrew £600. No issues. Then next say I deposited £800 an tried to withdraw £2074 winnings. I got an email from their verification team asking for docs. (I’d already given them ID prior to opening) I sent them docs and they said as the card used to deposit was my partners they would not pay the winnings. It’s in their t&c’s. I asked if I had lost the £850 would they have given that back? Of course not. I’ve raise a complaint and will be making a complaint to the gambling commission and making noise all over social media as they can’t get away with this.

Having spent months depositing and betting through quinnbet they suspended my account after winning £650 from a £50 bet and me trying to withdraw £500 of those winnings. I was asked to verify myself by submitting bank statement, wage slip and answering questions about my finances and bank statement. All of which I have complied with, only to still be waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. What is even more frustrating about the process is the communication. It takes 24hrs+ to receive one email even if you give a quick reply. I have been waiting 4 days now after verification only to be suspended. I understand they probably hear this all the time but I have no choice to seek advice on my next steps and writing to my MP (although I know they don’t care either) It’s a shame because it’s by far the best ‘in play’ betting site and I never thought I would win a good amount but when I did I also thought that they wouldn’t try and keep my winnings. I see many good reviews but the bad reviews seem to be a similar story to mine. If you win a good amount don’t expect paid to you- I’m still waiting anyway. I will update this post accordingly. Either with advice that I get or with an outcome from quinnbet. Hopefully my review helps others.
