Just had a reply regarding my ibas case against this shower of crookes they havent replied to ibas after a month,remember to read my reviews youl see what these are trying to not pay me 3500 in winnings 10 days after the horse i bet won…A bookmaker that takes a bet,even if its restricted amount have to honour the bet not spit dummy out after someone wins…listen in next month there will be 10/15 reviews all 4 or 5 stars turn up same day DO NOT BELIEVE THEM YOU WILL SEE THESE TRUE COLOURS IF YOU WIN A GRAND OR MORE….YOU BEEN WARNED

Was aloud to play said I was verified.Then suddenly because if I win I draw cash out I was told to verify.OK again fair enough but did not receive email.So suspended my account however they let me deposit but not play again fair enough once I found out BUT they would not let me withdraw my deposit? But 5mins earlier let me put it in.Now waiting to be verified will keep you updated what’s next I just want my money back and will close rip off company

I keep getting texts about betting they are for a lady called Jean, which isn’t my name. I can’t block them, their text format doesn’t allow it, neither is there a STOP or unsubscribe option, it is so annoying. Why lock people in to this when the subject matter is ONLY gambling /betting but it would affect addicts or people who depend on it spend more. They need to format the text so it can be stopped or blocked, and who the heck is Jean???

Absolutely shocking customer service. Was spoken to by Rachel like I was a 2 year old who couldn’t read. I read the terms thoroughly and NOWHERE does it say that if you place an inplay bet where cash out is available when you place it, they can switch it off at anytime (5 minutes after placing the bet) and won’t let you use it. Will be taking this matter further.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES, Had an account for around 4 months got all the daily promotional emails etc, everything fine up until withdrawal. They approved £302 that was fine but when I tried withdrawing £858 all of a sudden they wanted unredacted bank statements, a selfie of my face next to my ID copies of my bank cards, naturally I sent this in as I wanted my money. About 20 minutes after sending this they completely closed my account for no reason and sent me an email with about 20 different T&C’s on it stating they are investigating my account for ‘suspicious’ gambling. And will not be withdrawing my funds of £858 never seen anything quite like it so essentially they have stolen my money! 🙁 Cannot believe the gambling commision have not stepped in here and done something about these criminals how on earth they have a license il never know. And can clearly see I’m not the only person they’ve done this too! Scumbags

Have always found advisors pleasant. Asked for verification on opening account and no problems with that. Just been asked for more documents but understand they have to do this once you hit certain limits. So far no problems but will update if anything changes.

Got email asking for id. Told them I didn’t have any. I have letters bank card but no photo I’d. So soon as got email I withdrew my balance. Won’t pay it out. Literal criminals. After initially losing my balance and re-depositing I went on a good run and got into the green. Suddenly my account is closed and they refuse to pay out any winnings. Reeled off T&Cs none of which applied. DO NOT USE

toxic company, had my account confirmed verified since start of march, withdrew at least 10 different occasions, now they are asking for more documents for verification (despite the account being verified and confirmed verified) i’ve sent the documents and they are pretending to not have checked them yet and have delayed my withdrawal 3 days now for 1200 AVOID UNLESS WANNA DEAL WITH TOXIC TOXIC PEOPLE

Signed up with Quinnbet earlier this year. Had a few winning and losing bets. Then I had a decent win, and my account got limited. Fair enough i thought, some bookies do limit accounts after a win, they only like losing customers after all. But as with so many others i’m only reading about now, they will come up with any reason under the sun not to pay out. They’ve told me they’ve done a thorough ‘investigation’ and decided my bets were ‘suspicious’ based on nothing. Only thing suspicious is this companies shady dealings, i’ll be opening up a dispute with IBAS, these guys are crooks

Was told by my friend to join up as it’s suppose to be a “fair” site and that she got good free games… Where? I joined up, Deposited 40 and within 15 minutes, it was ate. One free game for 1 and another for 10. Very little 10-2-p paylines here and there. This site is god awful.Enjoy my 40 cos I won’t be playing here again. I made a mistake, went on the chat thinking I would be speaking to a bot which I was at the start(very low expectations tried looking for a phone number emailed them etc) the appeared CHLOE who I tried to explain what I did and it didnt make sense( when you text something, I think sometimes its not want you wanna say or out of context etc am a voice note or call person) CHLOE understood straight away(shock) CHLOE sorted my problem that I caused not them!
